Personality: Chibutsu's personality is what to be expected of him for someone his age, but their are a few individual traits that make him slightly unique, both physically and personality-wise. He's a little insecure of his outward appearance, though this rarely shows unless brought up by someone else in a negative way. Generally he has a very upbeat attitude with a drive and determination to match. Despite Chibutsu's slight insecurity, he's rather friendly and social, and enjoys being mischievous on the occasion. As friendly and cute as he may appear, when angered, his mentality is very much similar to a shark's. He also has a natural instinct for killing, hunting, and things of the like, which is the explanation often used for his random biting (but most likely, it was done purposely). Like a switch, Chibutsu can go from a friendly shark-boy to a ruthless killing machine. While he can be a bit headstrong in certain situations, he has no problem following orders and completing tasks as requested. Inheriting the Hoshigaki's violent nature, he has somewhat of a short fuse, as he can be quick to anger. Chibutsu enjoys a good challenge and is quite eager for spars and fights, always willing to test his abilities against others.

• Mystic Hero: The user is much like a hybrid warrior, focusing on mixing ninjutsu into their personal arsenal. Through their great devotion to this path the user can cast ninjutsu without hand seals while wielding a weapon, D at gennin, C at chunnin, B at Jounin, A at Konin, and S at Sannin. These techniques maintain the same description and criteria to use, as well as require the same amount of time to mold the chakra through the weapon as would be needed to perform hand seals, meaning the techniques are not instantaneously cast. The user’s spirit is so strong, that they can utilize their physical bukijutsu techniques to negate ninjutsu techniques of the same rank or below.

As far as history is concerned, the Hoshigaki clan as a whole is very few in numbers, known by most to either be extinct or hidden in secrecy. It had been many decades since there has been any member of the Hoshigaki clan to reside in Kirigakure. Chibutsu knows very little about his past or his parents, other than growing up with his mother -- who was a human -- in Amegakure. He heard countless stories of his father, Daisame Hoshigaki, and his legacies within the village hidden in the Mist. Growing up, and hearing these stories inspired the boy, and with his mother's permission, he was sent to Kirigakure to live his life as a Shinobi.

Personality: Katsuro is rather mature for his age, being raised strictly as a child. Unlike most children his age, he finds entertainment in reading, studying, and learning new things to quell his strong curiosity. He is a proud member of his clan, and respects all who are apart of it. This pride can lead to subtle hints of arrogance at times, and he will not stand quietly when others are disrespecting the Uchiha clan in any way. The gift of which Uchiha possess are the clan's, and theirs alone. Because of this belief, he has a slight issue with non-members who have the Sharingan implanted. He is just as proud of a Shinobi for Konohagakure, and deeply cares for the well-being of the village and its citizens. Katsuro is a very perceptive and observant intellectual, with a levelheaded attitude. He keeps his emotions well under control, generally appearing calm and focused. A peace-loving, dutiful shinobi of the leaf, Katsuro is also friendly, honest, and humble.

Katsuro was born into a noble family of the Uchiha Clan within Konohagakure. His father, Akio Uchiha, was one of the core members of the Uchiha clan, serving as an adviser to the Uchiha clan head, while his mother was apart of the Anbu, working under the Hokage. Katsuro was raised strictly and lovingly by both of his parents, for they had high hopes that he would become the leader of his clan, and eventually the village someday.
