Welcome, welcome all...to a place of wonder and awe! Step right up - what we have for you today is a series of plots for the one and only Arya Stark - from George R.R. Martin's series, Game of Thrones!
In my latter posts, I may chose to add a few other Soquili that are looking for plots, but for right now this will serve solely as a place to store all of my ideas with Arya.

I myself am more partial to PM conversations...but it doesn't matter. 2) Please please please remember! Arya is from Game of Thrones. Some people haven't read the series/watched the show. Arya may not be friendly, but we all are! 4) Don't be afraid to offer something or someone, even if the plot you want isn't listed below. Arya will be up for most plots! Note: Except for mating. She will not be mating any time soon. 5) If by some strange chance I turn down your offer, it's simply because I don't see Arya responding well to your character. It's nothing personal!

And now first, a bit about the Stark's family history; All of this information is related to the Game of Thrones House of Stark. I put this here in case you're interested; most/some of it really has nothing to do with the Soquili version of Arya. Warning: However interesting this stuff may be - do not read unless you want to be spoiled with some of the history. None of this spoils the book, but it does spoil the history - be warned!
~ The actual history of the House of Stark begins with the First Men. For those of you who do not know who the first men were - they were simply the first men to have ever arrived in the land of Westeros (which is where the story mainly takes place). Arya and her siblings are ancestors of the first men, because during one of the many battles that took place in ancient Westeros history, the First Men were forced to move and settle north - which is where they've always remained. The Others (or the White Walkers), threatened the lives of the First Men...so a man by the name of Bran the Builder built the Wall to keep them out. He also built Winterfell, the castle in which the Starks live and rule, and became the first King of Winterfell. Many years later, when Aegon the Conqueror came over, the title was changed to Warden of the North - no longer there being a King in the North. House Stark is the noble House of the North. They are a bit wolf-like in nature, because of the blood that resides within them, and because of that, the family sigil is a direwolf. The words of their house are, "Winter is Coming".
Arya Stark is the daughter of Ned Stark, who, when the story first opens, is the current Lord of Winterfell. If you wish to know more - there is plenty, plenty interesting tidbits on the internet about the House of Stark - but from where I stand....I am done.

And a bit about Arya;
Despite being born a girl, she does not wish to act like one. Her sister, Sansa, is the epitome of what it means to be the perfect lady, and Arya the opposite. She loves dirt, slime, and anything that keeps her from having to act like her sister. Often times you'd find her swinging her sword or rough-housing with the boys, instead of giggling and gossiping like the rest of the young females in her herd. She's also got a bit of a mouth on her - always quick to insult or antagonize, and because of this she is often finding herself in the heart of a mess. That does not stop her, however, from continuing her behavior because well..she's a strong believer in being who you are. Don't follow the masses just because everyone else is doing it - and for that reason alone, she has a tendency to dislike her sister. Among all the child's-play, Arya is extremely resourceful, and quick-witted to boot. It would appear she knows how to handle herself in most situations, even in those she does not have the upper-hand. Because of this, she is able to survive. Her love of swordplay has driven her to want to learn to become a warrior, and she is willing to do whatever. it. takes. to achieve that goal. She won't ever give up - not for anything. She will push through every bump in the road and come out harder and stronger than before - each time. She is quite difficult to get to know because she keeps to herself. Due to what happened to her family and the cause of her fleeing her herd, she chooses to keep to herself, unless otherwise provoked. If you mess with her, expect to be looking at the pointy end of Needle, her precious sword. She will not hesitate to fight. But if you do not wish to fight her, and are only looking for a conversation, a grunt or two would be the most you'd get out of her, unless you had something to offer....something worth sharing. She no longer cares about much else than finding her family again. Which is where the vengeful part comes in.... Arya wants to see those who caused the destruction of her herd, dead. Her list - the one she whispers to herself at night - is full of names and faces of those she wants to kill. If you get in the way of that goal, consider yourself added to the list.

..::Roleplays & Plots::.
1.) Stick 'em With the Pointy End- I would consider this to be some of Arya's most important RPs because these will all deal with her training to become a warrior. So far what she knows about swordplay is what she did with her two older brothers back in her herdlands - and that is it. I am looking for multiple trainers, all who can teach her the different aspects of fighting with your body and with a weapon. She may fail, she may succeed - it depends on who is applying to fill these roles, and how Arya and the applicant interact. So - time will tell! I was thinking maybe, 5 different trainers? She's learned not to stay in one place for too long, so she'll stay with them for a bit and then take off to find the next step. Each of these RPs will only require 1 RP each. (0/5 Slots Filled)
2.) The Mind is a Powerful Weapon- Arya may be sharp-witted, but she is still just a child, and does what all children do - make foolish decisions. Sometimes her urge to plunge at the enemy outweighs her control of the situation, and therefore, I am looking for someone to fill the role as a mental guide. A caretaker, if you will. Someone who witnesses Arya do something foolish (maybe she gets into a fight with someone she can't handle? Maybe she falls through ice...?...This can be discussed). She'll be grateful of the assistance, that her & the Soquili in question would do a sort of...battle of wits. Maybe this Soquili can teach her that fighting with the sword is not always the best option.
3.) Of Mind, Body and Spirit- What's a bit of training if you cannot touch on everything?! Since Arya is currently a sourpuss (considering what happened though, I'm sure anyone would be!), I am looking for someone to help heal her spirit. Someone who perhaps helps her realize that she can have goals of revenge, so long as she keeps those goals in mind and does not go off track. Not everyone needs to die, some just need to be taught a lesson, right? This Soquili could either be a super friendly one, or an older, wiser one....offer away - I will chose as they come in. This role may also be filled by multiple applicants if necessary.
4.) The History of Soquili- A perhaps simple RP, but one that I think is vital in shaping Arya to become who she is meant to be. Anyone can apply for this role, I am just looking for someone who is knowledgeable on the subject of the breeds and locations of the Kawani Lands, so that Arya knows what she's getting into. All she knows are the distant herd lands she grew up in...and in order to become the best warrior she can be, she must become one with the lands.
5.) A Silver for Your Thoughts?- I am putting this here in hopes of finding someone to fill this role, but I am expecting it to never be fulfilled...unless someone happens to get a very specific Soquili. xP Anyways, Arya's silver coin that she wears around her neck was given to her by a stranger in a cape, sometime during her travels. She knows not what it is, what it does or what it is worth, if anything, but she keeps it....just in case. I want her to have a run-in with someone who either knows about the history or perhaps superstition behind the coin, and can enlighten her. Perhaps that Soquili is lying...perhaps that Soquili is looking for a trade....I don't know. Perhaps this Soquili is simply one who dabbles in voodoo and pretends to know what the mystery behind the coin is. Either way, Arya will listen to whatever he or she has to say, because the coin is her most prized possession (besides Needle of course!)
6.) Valar Morghulis- All men must die, right? Arya has killed before, but that thing was no Soquili - just the lion that she carries on her back. (Yes...she carries a corpse...). I want Arya to lose control of herself one day, and stab a Soquili with Needle with the intent to kill. Now, where your Soquili comes into play is this; you can either have it so the Soquili witnesses the attack and tries to stop it (the death would then be an NPC), but is unsuccessful and berates Arya for murder OR you can have it so your Soquili that is the one that is attacked. Whether or not you want it to end in death is up to you...maybe Arya just seriously wounds, realizes her mistake and tries to help. We can discuss.
7.) Family, Duty, Honor- Tully House words, yay! Anyway, unrelated to the Tully House itself, I'd like it if Arya met other wolf-like, pawed or wolf-tailed Soquili because she is, after all, a Stark. She hasn't met anyone of her kind since she fled the destruction of her herd, and I think it would do her a world of good knowing she's not the only one of her kind in these new lands. She may even be nice to them...
8.) Anything else....? I will always be on the lookout for interesting RPs for Arya, since she's an open book when it comes to plots, for now. When I get her started on her search for a crew, then I will close her availability to RP anything other than that specific plot.

..::The Faceless Men::.. This is not a spoiler to the series, merely just a concept taken from it. Arya's version of the Faceless Men does not necessarily follow the series' version. After a while, Arya will start to feel comfortable in the Kawani Lands, realizing that although she may miss her herdlands and her family, she can make something of herself here, and that will spark an idea. As a foal, she heard whispers coming from the adults that talked about what she recalls as being the, 'faceless men'. She had never seen nor heard of the concept before, but her father did tell her that these faceless men served a purpose. They had a reason to fight. She never got the chance to find out exactly what their purpose was, but she kept it in the back of her mind. The Faceless Men. Who were they? Anyway, this plot begins when Arya decides to create her own little herd, or group, or crew...whatever you wish to call it. She will call them The Faceless Men....
These Soquili will aim to serve a purpose, much like those of whom she heard about in her father's stories. Each one of them will have to come armed with a goal in mind, maybe...vengeance against an enemy, a search for a loved one, anything you want to have your Soquili's purpose be...Arya must know about it first and foremost. Her crew will be just that....a crew. Traveling companions. Brothers in arms. They will not be friends, they will not be seeing each other for long. Once each of their goals are served, they may come and go as they please. Arya's end goal is to seek vengeance on those who destroyed her homelands, but until then, she is willing to help those in need.
So long as she gets the opportunity to use Needle. She will not stand for pettiness within her band of warriors. These are serious matters - her family, her homelands, they're all serious matters. Don't like it - leave. She does not own you, nor you her...you are simply there to serve a purpose. Once fulfilled, or even before, you may leave.
What Arya is Looking For: 1.) Warriors. Fighters. Those of whom can stand beside her, weapon in hand, and fight. She will be looking for someone most likely stronger than herself. That is because she isn't going to be willing to train that much, but if she deems you worthy, you may apply. 2.) Healers. Every army needs a healer, right? Soquili that had the ability to heal never existed in her herdlands, so she'll be looking for plenty of these. 3.) Scouts. Can you fly? Can you spot the enemy? Arya will be looking for your help. 4.) Teachers. They may also be warriors, but those who are willing to teach the weaker ones in the art of battling.
Rules for Applying to The Faceless Men: ~ You must not tell anyone your name. You will forever go by a nickname - one you pick out for yourself. Even Arya herself will never whisper her real name to her crew. ~ You must come armed with a purpose for joining. Each and every one of Arya's Faceless Men have a purpose in life - something to live for, or something to prove.

I'm interested in the training RP. I own Jon Snow, and I thought it might be nice to have a little bit of training, bantering (if you wanted he could give her Needle). What do you think?
Name of Soquili/Familiar: Hototo Image/Cert: Nickname: The Lost Warrior Position: Teacher, Fellow Warrior, Mentor, Aly Personality: Hoto is my big strong warrior warhorse....with a complex. He's calm, gentle, wise, efficient and deadly. Depending on if you're friend or foe of course. His mind is like an iron trap, he takes in everything and never lets it go. He has a specific interest in breeds and the Kiwani lands and loves the lore behind them. He's highly curious and knows much about everything. He is highly compliant warrior. What is the Purpose: Hoto has no purpose or thinks he doesn't. He lost it and has been wandering far and wide to find a new one...or get up the gumption to go back to the old one. Not realizing that it's okay for him to be who is and do what he has been taught to do, even if it's not with the individual he was taught how to do it with. He can make a life teaching others what he knows, he just hasn't realized it's a worthwhile pursuit yet. Plots?: Do you have anything in mind that may be fun for the crew to do? List it here!

*makes a post save* I really want to plot with you, Summer - I've been really getting into GoT and Arya is easily one of my favorite characters and it would be fun to RP with you/her. (I've been watching the eps pretty regularly when I get together with my friends I'm watching it with, but currently I'm only a few eps into the 2nd season).
I'll have to look through my herd soon when I'm done with the workday and see who I have that can fill the roles, but I'm also utterly up for suggestions if you want to look through in the meantime ^.^ My rando sig links to my teepee smile

Just tossing out a few ideas I came up with from my soquili. But please! If you have any other ideas inspired by my soquili, don't hesitate to bring it up smile Feel free to take a look through my teepee and let me know if you have any other ideas/soquili you'd like to plot with ^^.
Jusserande is my most "knightly" soquili. If he were a person, he'd be a graceful fey swordsman. Charming, well-spoken, and chivalric. While he's a flutter, he believes that flutters are descendents of fey nobility, based on his upbringing and his father's stories.
However, he doesnt' yet have a LOT of experience. He's capable, but not really tested. He doesn't have a chip on his shoulder, he's just earnest and idealistic.
Full personality/history:
Personality: Jausserande is eager for adventure and great battles. Growing up with stories from his father of heroes, Jausserande hopes to be one of them some day. While he certainly maintains his appearance as a fine young flutter, he would rather be a dashing, fair warrior than a noble enjoying the lap of luxury. He has the wandering spirit of his flutter forefathers, and refuses to balk to the fact that also bears their slight, delicate build. He has a bold spirit, and a good heart, although his thirst to prove himself might get the better of him.
History: Jausserande is the foal of Rohannon and Sevati. While raised like most soquili amidst nature, specifically, a nestled grove in the woods, sheltered by the winter snows in which he was born, he grew up to tales of nobility and heroism from his father, Rohannon. Rohannon believed in his heart that he and his mother were estranged nobility, whose lines (and wings) were evidence of a fey ancestry generations back. Jausserande had no reason to argue these claims, and clung to the chivalric ideals and stories of great battle. That despite the fact he was but a flutter foal, that he had greatness in his blood. He seized more on his potential for great adventure and great deeds than the supposed noble fey rights of his birth.

Barghest might be an interesting encounter. He is with Anju's herd, and has some aspects that might jive with her familiy memories. He has the lupine features, and focuses on omens. And well, what with the multi-eyed raven theme and portents, he kind of fits in well with the GoT mythos XD
Info:
Personality: Barghest is obsessed with the concept of Portents and Omens since he was taught what his name meant. He views himself personally as an omen of death - his form like the Barghest. The wings on his shoulders like Ravens - both omens of death. He takes as much delight in terrifying victims as actually causing them harm - sometimes even being the 'set up' for one of his siblings or herdmates to do the dirty work. He will terrify, 'forseeing' their death being close at hand. He IS a carnivore as well, and fully enjoys feasting on the prey when all is said and done as well. He also has a fascination with the more carnal devices of divination (that he heard stories of from Xibalba and Psyche, and a bit from Anju). Particularly Haruspex and hepatomancy - where the entrails or liver of an animal is inspected and interpreted to determine the future. Sometimes he will use these divination methods to determine where he should go or who he should target next.

Anyway, Arya may mock Jusserande for being so by-the-book with his knightly-hood. I'm up for all sorts of RP with her, but I think she may automatically dislike him because he's so straight, and well-trained. However, she may want to learn a thing or two from him so she wouldn't dismiss his presence all together. I think it would be interesting!
Barghest. -oogles- I'd love any and all encounters between him and Arya. I don't know how she'd respond after immediately seeing him, but once she found out his connection to omens as a way to try and target her enemies. I think that would be tons, and tons of fun!
