[PRP] Bumming Around [Shaheen/Zhi]

Zhi was dead.

Or well, no, but one couldn't blame anyone for thinking so considering the Conquest horseman was, at present, doing nothing but laying face down on the ground. The fact of the matter was that the man was beyond bored, his past few days having been spent...well, doing absolutely nothing productive.

Although he never would have admitted it, Zhi genuinely missed some of the friends he hadn't seen for a while now. Jay, Shaheen--even Shik, to some extent (though really, he just missed harassing him). Unfortunately, he had no idea where any of these three people were.

...Doing something that was actually useful, probably.

Letting out a low groan, the man lifted his arms and then let them flop back against the ground again, his voice muffled by the earth.

Why had somebody left a carpet lying in the middle of a vacant space of dirt? That was one passing thought that Shaheen had to herself as she approached, curious, but only mildly so. If she had given it even more thought, she might have realized she actually recognized the carpet, or at least, it's colors and patterns, which were that of a conquest soldiers robes, a soldier she had not seen in quite some time and, if brutally honest about it, might have completely forgotten about for the time being, his existence paling in comparison to the current insidious plot she had involved herself in.

And so, believing that what lay in front of her was nothing more then a simple carpet, she stepped right on top of it, bare foot crushing down, making her grimace slightly as what she thought was a rock but was more likely to be part of a spine dug into the bottom of her foot.

This carpet wasn't very good at carpeting things at all, it seemed.

Lucky for Zhi , he was facing downwards and so couldn't catch a glimpse at Shaheen's magnificent golden panties as she passed over top of him.

This was not what Zhi had expected to happen.

That being said, considering he was laying facedown in the middle of a path, he should have had the foresight to see that someone would possibly step on him by accident. At least, he assumed it was an accident, but he couldn’t be entirely sure. It was entirely possible that the guilty party had done it on purpose, which the man found entirely possible since—in his honest opinion—one would have to be as blind as a bat to now see that he was a horseman sprawled out over the ground.

(Hopefully he didn’t say so aloud to Shaheen).

He somehow managed to remain completely silent upon feeling the first step, though his eyes popped open and blatant shock. It wasn’t until he felt the foot dig into his spine did he finally emit a loud and indignant squawk, lurching upwards and attempting to throw the figure off of his body.

”Are you trying to kill me!? Who do you think you ar—boob lady.” Oh.

Shaheen had pursed her lips and looked down at what she thought was a carpet as she took a second step, this one landing on something softer but decidedly round and awkward, as though there were a spongy rock lying just beneath. It wasn't until this moment that she began to clue in to the fact that maybe, just maybe, this wasn't actually a carpet but instead a.....

She looked down, just as the thing she was standing on began to bow upwards, wiggling and rocking while she tried to keep her balance on top of it, barking out a laugh at the sound of it's voice.

"Zhi!" She sounded happy enough, though her wings had flared out to either side in an attempt to keep herself on his back. "I didn't know you gave up being a soldier in order to become an area rug instead." She was doing a stupendous job of not falling off, so far, and might have even flexed her knees before pushing down with her feet in an attempt to flatten him once more.

Yes. Good. Wonderful. Zhi had established that the one presently standing on his back was Shaheen and, in turn, the horsewoman had realized that that odd "rug" was actually him.

...So why wasn't she getting off of him?

On the contrary, instead of leaping off the minute he started trying to shake her off, she seemed to be making a conscious effort to maintain her balance so that she could stay on his back. Letting out a drawn-out, plaintive noise, Zhi suddenly flopped limply against the ground and buried his face back into the dirt.

"Get ooooooff," He complained, voice muffled, "You're crushing me!"

Shaheen did not get off. Instead, she flopped down quite abruptly so that she was then sitting in the middle of Zhi's back, one hand resting against the top of his head, fingertips drumming against his forehead as she mused to herself out loud. "But that wouldn't be any fun, Zhi. Besides, you are not just a fantastic area rug, but you make quite a comfortable couch as well!" That was a blatant lie, as she could feel his bony frame beneath her not at all bony and very much voluptuous self.

"Besides, I want to talk to you, and this seems like a good way to make sure you don't go anywhere, or slap me with your ridiculous sleeves." She grinned down at him, stopping the drumming on his forehead to reach down and flick at his nose.
