Getting along with in laws

	Hi all ! I'm not in a relationship but I was curious if any of you or if you knew someone that has difficulty getting along or to be liked by his/her in parents in laws. Are those relationship didn't end well because they just couldn't bare to not be liked by his girlfriend's or boyfriend's family ?

	After my mom got married to my dad, she never got along really well with his parents (including his late step mom who came along when I was about 10 years old)... My parents are still married.
