I think my friends and I have an idea for the wings. It's the dress and corset I need help with.
Hmm.... That's quite an outfit. Give yourself time and patience, though, and you'll be able to pull it off.
The base dress looks very similar to a lot of renaissance dress patterns. Go to your local fabric store and flip through the pattern books in the "costumes" tab. The renaissance dresses are usually towards the front. Many of those dresses have flow-y skirts with the lower U-cut neckline. You can look for corset patterns in those books, too.
In terms of the black choker-attach-to-the-corset dealeo (or is that a harness?), I'd recommend making that two separate pieces: one for the choker, and another for the straps attached to the corset. You could probably use d-rings and clips to attach the straps to the corset, and the side straps can wrap under your armpits and fasten in the back or along the side, whichever is easiest for you.
