Defined Missions
Title: Bribery Rank: E Information: Taking your own personal ryo or items, try to bribe yourself or others into a village, bribe people for info, other items, et cetera. This is a tricky business! Solo or Squad: -- Minimum Posts: -- Personal Infamy: +(face value of item(s) or info) extra Public Infamy: +(face value of item(s) or info) extra Note: No Ryo reward. No bonus extras for gaining access to places such as villages. Getting bribed lowers all Infamy by the amount gained in Ryo, face value of item(s), info, etc.
Title: Extortion Rank: E Information: Someone's been rubbing you the wrong way, so dig up some personal info and use that to get something they have that you want. Put them in their place! Solo or Squad: -- Minimum Posts: 2 Personal Infamy: +(face value of item(s) or info) extra Public Infamy: +(face value of item(s) or info) extra Note: Extra personal and public infamy can only be gained if the person extorted is an RPC or an NPC run by a mod.
Title: Harassment Rank: E Information: About as easy as this gets, all you're doing is finding a shinobi and harassing them. It can be through vicious taunts, petty low-level jutsu usage, etc, but must have some kind of response from the target. Afterwards, hightail it out of there! Solo or Squad: -- Minimum Posts: -- Personal Infamy: +(amount of chakra and/or stamina retaliated upon you) extra Public Infamy: +(amount of chakra and/or stamina used in harassment) Note: Can stack easily with Stall, Divert Attention, Impersonation missions, etc.
Title: Theft of Virtue Rank: E Information: The Thief of Virtue has a shop that deals in particular scrolls, scrolls that any Shinobi village would not wish to be released into the hands of the public. That is where you come in, as a former-nin you know more secrets of the Hidden Villages than the shop's normal couriers and clients. Your job is to sneak into a Village by any means necessary and retrieve such scrolls. The higher ranking the scroll, the higher the mission rank. Solo or Squad: Variable Minimum Posts: -- Personal Infamy: +0 extra Public Infamy: +(Rank of Scroll) extra Rogue Notes: Mission offers no AC reward, but double Ryo reward for rank. You get to learn whatever was on those scrolls, free of charge, before handing it over. (still must properly train it, as allowable) E-ranked scrolls are palm sized, D-ranked are arm sized, C-ranked are torso sized, B-ranked are child sized, A-ranked are adult sized, S-ranked are room sized, and S+ranked are building sized, due to inherent puzzle like defenses. B-ranked and higher scrolls inherently have anti-sealings applied to them, to prevent theft. Village Notes: Scrolls thieved will become not able to be learned by that village's shinobi until tracked down, diplomacy with another village to regain said jutsu information is performed, or a village shinobi that has personally learned it writes another scroll. It is up to the village's Kage to keep track of lost jutsu, and to moderate their shinobi to prevent those from being learned.
Title: Espionage Rank: D Information: You've been tasked with looking into an event or area covertly and recording the goings-on therein. You're to flee if someone notices you, so ideally there won't be any conflict. Solo or Squad: -- Minimum Posts: 4 Personal Infamy: +0 extra Public Infamy: +0 extra Note: Awards Ryo as a B-Rank mission if the character escapes with information without being caught.
Title: Reminder Rank: D Information: Someone's gotten on the wrong person's bad side and you're being paid to go teach them a lesson. Rough them up, let them know who sent you or give them a warning, and then hightail it out of there. Be sure to leave them alive and more or less in working order! Solo or Squad: -- Minimum Posts: 3 Personal Infamy: +0 extra Public Infamy: +0 extra Note: None.
Title: Thievery Rank: D Information: Theft in and of itself is most difficult to do when everyone is looking, but you're a shinobi! Go thieve an item from a shoppe or rpc, and make sure to not get jailed. Solo or Squad: Solo Minimum Posts: 4 (not including travel posts) Personal Infamy: +50 extra Public Infamy: +100 extra Note: You get to keep whatever was stolen, free of charge.
Title: Ambush Rank: C Information: A group of travelers is passing through an area. Your task is to attack them someplace there are no witnesses and leave them for the wolves. Solo or Squad: -- Minimum Posts: 2 x each present shinobi Personal Infamy: +(Rank of Enemy) extra Public Infamy: +(Rank of Enemy) extra Note: Rank of Enemy is based on the Fight Credits. Taking on more than one shinobi is dangerous, but also vaults the A.C. rewards. Leaving before the minimum post count is achieved lowers all Infamy by the same amount.
Title: Establishment Rank: C Information: Get yourself a steady place to stay, probably within Sasagi City. This could be as simple as clearing out an alleyway of vagrants or contracting with an established group, or as complex as setting up a multi-facility compound with many of the amenities a major Village would offer, such as a library or training space. Solo or Squad: -- Minimum Posts: 3 Personal Infamy: +0 extra Public Infamy: +0 extra Note: Can only be completed once per building type (i.e. living space, training grounds, library, etc.). Resets for a building type in the event of destruction or forced eviction from the premises.
Title: Highway Robbery Rank: C Information: You choose a roadway to stake out and wait for signs of anyone transporting goods or information across the different nations. It is then your task to either rob their courier or convoy blind or to assault any shinobi that may be assisting and guiding them along their journeys. Performing admirably against another shinobi will increase your notoriety in the lands, granting you an AC bonus. Solo or Squad: Variable Minimum Posts: 3 x each present shinobi Personal Infamy: +(Rank of Enemy) extra Public Infamy: +(Rank of Enemy) extra Note: Rank of Enemy is based on the Fight Credits. Taking on more than one shinobi is dangerous, but also vaults the A.C. rewards. Leaving before the minimum post count is achieved lowers all Infamy by the same amount.
Title: Networking Rank: C Information: You've run into another rogue whose skills you at least respect enough to consider working with them. Establish a connection and complete a mission together to prove your willingness to cooperate. Solo or Squad: -- Minimum Posts: -- Personal Infamy: +0 extra Public Infamy: +0 extra Note: Can only be completed once per RPC or significant mod-run NPC encountered.
Title: Toll Road Rank: C Information: You need to make some coin, so you've decided to set up along a road and collect a "toll" from anyone who passes by. It's not suggested you stay in one place for long when attempting this. Solo or Squad: -- Minimum Posts: 4 Personal Infamy: +(value of tolls collected) extra Public Infamy: +(value of tolls collected) extra Note: Can only be completed once per week per subforum.
Title: Arsonist Rank: B Information: A building, facility, or other installation needs to be destroyed, either to make a point or simply because that's the job. Hop to it. Solo or Squad: -- Minimum Posts: 5 Personal Infamy: +100 extra Public Infamy: +100 extra Note: None.
Title: Band of Thieves Rank: B Information: Establish a friendly rapport between your group and another rogue group. Cooperate on a mission, event, or arc to prove the bond. Hey, maybe it'll go somewhere in the future, who knows? Solo or Squad: -- Minimum Posts: -- Personal Infamy: +500 extra Public Infamy: +500 extra Note: Can only be completed once per group.
Title: Cabin in the Woods Rank: B Information: One of the several known cabins that dot the different lands, often used by organized rogues, has gone dark. It is unsure if this was the act of so-called 'Legal Shinobi' silencing our bases of operations or if some other inhabitant has moved in and claimed it as their own. The originator of this request is from the "Moderate Man" Bar and Grill. Perhaps you should speak to him or her before beginning your journey? Solo or Squad: Solo Minimum Posts: 10 Personal Infamy: +(Rank of Enemy) extra Public Infamy: -(Rank of Enemy) extra Note: Once in the "Moderate Man" Bar and Grill within Giman, Roll 2 Random Number Generator posts, from 1-16 for the first, with the second based on how many unlocked threads the indicated subforum contains. The first post dictates which subforum/land you'll be heading to. Second one corresponds to thread in that category that you will be posting in. If you score a locked subforum, you choose your destination. If you score a locked thread, then you may choose your destination. Being engaged while trying to avoid shinobi contact will require silencing them, as simply killing them will draw too much attention. This will give the above extra Infamy, as indicated, otherwise the extras are nulled. Rank of Enemy is based on the Fight Credits.
Title: Divert Attention Rank: B Information: You've taken it upon yourself to help a fellow rogue do their mission, as a squad. The method by which you do this is up to you, but you must keep the those pesky village shinobi from interfering as best you can. Diverting attention will require a lot of really flashy events, whether you use jutsu or not. Causes those that are having attention diverted from lower their Public Infamy. Is recommended to use with another rpc using Divert Attention also, for best results. Solo or Squad: Squad Minimum Posts: -- Personal Infamy: +100 extra Public Infamy: +50 extra, per post, per shinobi diverted. Lowers the Public Infamy by the same amount for those being diverted from. Note: None.
Title: Protection Rank: B Information: Sure, it's all fun and games extorting people for money, but sometimes there's a benefit in actually protecting them. Stick close to someone/something/someplace you want to protect and chase off any danger that comes its way. Solo or Squad: -- Minimum Posts: 4 Personal Infamy: +(base infamy of any thwarted missions) extra Public Infamy: +(base infamy of any thwarted missions) extra Note: None.

Title: Bingo Book Rank: A Information: Everyone has their general information stated in a village's bingo book. Bingo books are usually created and produced by the village's Anbu/Oinin squads in their headquarters. You are tasked with village infiltration, to scrub your or another's information from their database. Doing so will massively lower whoever's Public Infamy it is that is successfully scrubbed. Solo or Squad: Variable Minimum Posts: -- Personal Infamy: +(Rank of Enemy) extra Public Infamy: -(3x Rank of RPC) to those scrubbed. Note: If engaged, the above Personal Infamy give extra Infamy, as indicated, otherwise the extra is nulled. Rank of Enemy/RPC is based on the Fight Credits.

Title: The Exodus Rank: A Information: You're being sent back to the village from which you once held ties, origins, friends, and loyalty. Under contract, you're moving back into the village to meet an old contact and friend who has as little loyalty to the village as yourself, but more reason to remain, to retrieve a piece of information. (be it in dead drop or live handoff) The problem here is many still remember your face, and possibly your actions upon leaving. So long as you remain in disguise and avoid all confrontation, you have a passport to freely enter your previous village. Solo or Squad: Variable Minimum Posts: 10 Personal Infamy: +(Rank of Enemy) extra Public Infamy: +(Rank of Enemy) extra Note: 3x Ryo payoff. If engaged, the above give extra Infamy, as indicated, otherwise the extras are nulled. Rank of Enemy is based on the Fight Credits.
Title: Banking Scheme Rank: S Information: You've decided to get into banking, but the problem is you don't have any clients. Solo or Squad: -- Minimum Posts: -- Personal Infamy: +0 extra Public Infamy: +0 extra Note: Can be claimed once per significant client you gnab. Infamy gained from this doubles if you take the money and run, but it's also very, very bad for your reputation.
Title: Counter-Counterfeiting Rank: S Information: Rumor has it someone's managed to make a sizeable amount of cash, emphasis on the "make". Small shops are more easily fooled than Takumi, which is threatening to slow trade with the region until the problem abates. The local economy is getting seriously out of whack because of this, so you're going to pay the counterfeiter a visit and make them stop. Permanently. Solo or Squad: -- Minimum Posts: -- Personal Infamy: +(Rank of Enemy) extra Public Infamy: +(Rank of Enemy) extra Note: Awards triple Ryo. Rank of Enemy is based on the Fight Credits.

Title: Mercenary Rank: S Information: A Village or other significant party has offered to pay you handsomely to assist them in a grand undertaking. Get ready to listen to someone give you orders for a while, because you're on their payroll now. Solo or Squad: -- Minimum Posts: -- Personal Infamy: +500 extra Public Infamy: +500 extra Note: Your pay is up to you and your employer, but be aware that it's split amongst you and your allies.

Undefined Missions
Title: A Dance in Fire Rank: -- Information: A highly known tavern called "Moderate Man" Bar and Grill (within Giman) is also known as an illegal information scouting den. When a client comes looking for information on a certain person's normal haunts, personae, strategic weaknesses, or even just what's on the menu, they leave the request with the notice-board located within its walls. The missions taken from this board are generally perilous if you get caught, and are lengthy in time to take. As such the owner of the establishment (Rogue Mod) personally handles which cases he will place out to likely mercenaries. Solo or Squad: Variable Minimum Posts: 10 in location Personal Infamy: -- Public Infamy: -- Note: The Actual Mission can be delivered only by visiting "Moderate Man" Bar and Grill and speaking to the Owner. (Rogue Mod, generally)

This mission alters another mission to allow for negative Infamy instead of positive Infamy gain. Those impersonated either gain Public Infamy (if Rogue), or gain a really bad reputation (if a Village Shinobi). Solo or Squad: -- Minimum Posts: -- Personal Infamy: -- Public Infamy: -(2x original mission's Public Infamy and Public Infamy bonus) Note: If the target has a Gaia Online post style, please use that and try your best to be them.
Title: Skirmish on the Outskirts Rank: -- Information: You've taken it upon yourself to test the military strength lying outside of one of the hidden villages. Solo or Squad: Variable Minimum Posts: 5 in-battle posts, per person involved. Personal Infamy: +100 extra Public Infamy: +50 extra Note: Fight Credits are the basis for A.C. or Ryo rewards.
Title: Village Mission Mimicry Rank: -- Information: Taking a mission normally reserved for those in the villages, you'll be doing as the client asks. The Thief of Virtue (Rogue Mod) can hand out these missions, but there is a catch! The little time folks don't have much to give, in either credits or ryo, quartering all On the plus side, this will get you on the good side of the law. Solo or Squad: -- Minimum Posts: -- Personal Infamy: -- Public Infamy: -(original A.C. gain) extra Note: 1/4 the amount of Personal Infamy & Ryo given per normal Village Shinobi mission performed.
