Feel you up? I had a guy ask me if he could feel me up, because he'd never been with a woman. This was really creepy, but it was after telling me about his porn collection and continually asking me how I felt about sex, even though I wasn't going to answer.
I told him it was inappropriate and tried to never speak to him again, but I never considered him a friend just a classmate so this was easy.
If this is happening and you've repeatedly told them to stop, tell them it's sexual harassment and if they don't stop you'll report it.
Hit on you excessively? I'm pretty oblivious when people hit on me. It's easy to ignore. I'm also in a pretty solid long term relationship right now, so any excessive attention can be ignored. I have friends that may hit on me jokingly but everyone knows its a joke.
If they're doing this it might be a crude way of saying they like you, try asking them to stop if they don't you may need better friends, or find out their reasons for hitting on you excessively it might just be a joke to them.
Wont stop putting their hands on you mostly? The only person allowed to do this is my boyfriend. If anyone else does so, it's sexual harassment.
I'm not sure how young you are, but guys supposedly get more mature later on, so it may pass.
If people see you as attractive you should take it as a compliment.
