Really, I have heard of quite a few people using that site. And the answer to your unsure-ness is no it’s not legal. Sites like those rarely are. Since Gaia actually does have a no pirating rule:
No Pirating: Requesting or sharing material you do not own the copyright to or have permission to share (such as music, software, and anime) is not permitted. .
I am playing it on the safe side. I would also say be careful who you share links with. One wrong user (a stickler for the rules or someone just mad at you) and you might be reported.

I found these articles pretty helpful in understanding which legal streaming site to use. On a side note if some reason you get not available in your region you might want to use a proxy point, which is legal and basically just makes it seem your IP is located at a place that it is available. ( it does do more but for this purpose that is what it does)

The reason why I put these links is that it be nice if you could do something like that and review the sites that are legal streaming. Quality of the episode, what countries can view it, amount of Anime available, type like is it only older or newer/dub or sub anime, if the paid subscription is worth it or not, and other things. As it is I think there was a small section that did talk about legal downloads from itunes and google play you might want to see if you could cover that. I know it is more work, but I think it would fit in this type of post. Also if it works for mobile devices. For example crunchyroll while a good site does not allow me to use it on my mobile device without the app and the app will not work unless for some reason I have a subscription. I know nothing but complaints from me lately and I am not satisfied with the work you done already which is pretty good. It just what I think will make this already good post better.

Honestly, I use KissAnime quite often, It really is a good site to use, I really do recommend it.

My favorite anime's:
Your Lie in April
Clannad-Clannad:After Story
Anohana
Akame Ga Kill

The one I'm currently on is called "Orange" it's a new series, I highly recommend to watch it!

well...i know i hardly come and visit, except a few times XD

but...for all the spanish speakers, there are two great pages where you can see a lot of anime for free and subbed, not dubbed, it is animeflv and reyanime...at least those two have been working really good for me

We all have our favorite sites we like to go to, to watch anime. However, I think you all are missing the point of this thread. It was intended to keep you up to date on shows coming out. Also, to list videos from legal sources, not sites like KA, WAO and such.

Why?

Firstly, listing links to such sites can actually against the rules of some sites. Do you really want to get banned for name dropping? Secondly, with the sites currently listed, you don't have to worry about companies enacting The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This is why you'll find videos pulled down from Youtube, Google search and other sites (the crackdown is real). Thirdly, you don't have to deal with fansub copies. Which (face it) can be cheesy, misspelled, hard to read, and badly translated. And lastly, you're actually given back (a little) to companies and letting them know: "Hey we like your stuff. Keep it up."

So please keep this in mind with future post.

Also, if there any legal sources for other languages/countries please let me know and I'll be glad to add them (when I can). For example, I know there is a company streaming anime in New Zealand. I can't access the site properly because they automatically know I'm American from my ISP number.

Greetings "Tackle and Tickle",

I would like to share this info with my Guild Members in the "Anime Conventions: The Global Connection" Guild. I'm the Captain of that Guild and I noticed that you support the "Anime Help Guild". Recently my Guild and the "Anime Help Guild" became Official Affiliated Guilds. I know that Nena hasn't announced that yet so consider this a "spoiler". One of the things that this Affiliation will do is to help both of our Guilds out because our two Guilds go together nicely in the Otaku Universe. So check us out.
