Warriors Of Justice, Heisei Digi Riders

There is an alternate universe filled with different dimensions. These dimensions are different from one another in various ways whether it's the people who live there or events that have taken place. The only similar thing of these dimensions are they all have warriors driven to protect them from the dangers, of the monsters of the world. These warriors are known as the Digi Riders, warriors of Justice fighting for the sake of the world. These Digi Riders were born to defeat the Creatures and save the world from the darkness that has befell them all. It is up to the Riders to defeat the creatures of darkness. There have been thirty generations of Digi Riders so far, each with their own legends. The first fifteen are called the Showa Riders while the next fifteen are the Heisei and Neo-Heisei Riders. The rise of the organization, Dai-Shocker which consists of enemies of each generation has risen. The successor organization of the original digi-rider's enemy is led by one of the Digi Rider's Mikemon, the destroyer of worlds. Connecting different universes has led to the destruction of the world as they know it. The remaining heisei digi riders must go and stop the threat known as Mikemon. What will happen now that the dimensions have been connected? What is Mikemon's evil plot? Will there be a New Hero, A New Legend? Stay tuned to Warriors of Justice! Heisei Digi Riders!

The digi-rider's motivation for fighting is to bring smiles to the world and thanks to this he is able to fight his best to end sadness.

A digi-rider who's suit was created by an organization called ZECT. This digi-rider is an arrogant warrior who thinks of himself as being on the top of the world but deep inside he is a caring person. A genius warrior, he fights because it is what he believed he was destined to do. Using his strength he fights creatures which arrived after an incident caused by a meteor crashing onto the Earth.

Randomize a number from 2000 to 2100 and get 2006 and 2007 (Note you must get 2006 first. If you get 2007 before 2006 then it won't count)

A ring bearing magician, this digi-rider saves people from the depths of despair. His strength comes from clinging onto hope in the midst of utter despair. Using the elements as his weapon, he is the last hope against despair. He fights against creatures born from humans who have fallen into the depths of despair.

This magical digi-rider needs a new spell to help him fight evil. Create a magic spell and describe what it does etc. to help him destroy evil or get through his everyday life.
Basing the spell moreso on the RL Kamen Rider gives extra points

A true samurai digi-rider. Heavily based on the concept of samurai, he's a warrior who's loyal to the cause of saving humanity no matter what the cost, even if it means turning into a monster himself. Fighting against creatures from a demolished world surrounded by a deadly symbiotic forest from another dimension, inhabited by monsters. He must fight to prevent the same fate from occurring to his world.

Design your own Kamen Rider that would fit into one of the Heisei Period series. 2000 and onward.
Adding a description of the suits abilities along with any other info such as basis of design, backstory of how the man behind the mask became a rider or anything more you can think of which you believe may be relevant will give extra points.

I'm just a passing-through Digi Rider. Remember that!
The leader of the evil organization Dai-Shocker. This digi-rider is known as the destroyer of worlds and travels across the different dimensions defeating one rider after the other. As he travels through the dimensions and fights the various riders of each dimension, he searches for his own dimension which he had forgotten about.

Situation
Mikemon has defeated all 14 of the other Heisei Riders leading all but four left in their rider forms. Before the final blow can be given however he is attacked from behind by one of his generals, Plutomon. Laughing the digimon tells him how this was the plan all along. Ready to finally end the Heisei Digi Riders, Plutomon is thwarted by an unknown person wearing a cloak to cover himself. Distracting Plutomon he gives the four remaining riders and Mikemon the chance to recover and transform into their final forms.

RP how the five riders defeat Plutomon once and for all. It must have an Intro, Body, Conclusion and Epilogue.
