I have looked into and researched how it can be feasible to break 5th Edition, at least with the PHB and basic rules. I have found 2 ways, one simple and one complex.

1) Complex: Start as a Human Variant Cleric in the War Domain, taking a feat at first level (have to remember which); at 3rd Level take Fighter levels, choose the Battlemaster to gain Maneuvers, then continue on your track as Cleric. Take Great Weapon Master as a feat at 7th level as opposed to the stat bump. The damage output is nuts, pending spells, and the ability to add +10 to any attack as a giant middle finger is very nice.

2) Simple: Start as a Human Variant Druid (or any race that compliments ability score, really), 2nd level select Circle of the Moon. Done. Your wild shape instantly jumps from transforming into CR 1/4 to CR 1, which lets you change into a Dire Wolf, Giant Spider, etc.

Ah, gotcha.

I like it considerably more than 4th Edition, and slightly more than 3.5 (only because I did the playtest and had a blast). Only real problem I have is how bad Rangers have it right now.

Dear everyone,

Here is a sneak preview on how my brain works:

This immediately makes me want to play a 5th edition Ranger.

If anything of the rumour mill is to go by about it being like 3.5 you dont need to get complex.

Wizards op.

Wizards have been improved; still keeping the typical wizardy stuff, but...

I'm usually the sorcerer, and to see sorcerers getting things innate to them, it's great xDD
