Founded a little further from the beach, the Lumiere District is
-just as it seems- where the successful and rich can be found residing in their
homes. And just like any other fancy housing, the people found here are more
than likely known throughout Soleil for their wealth or personal business.
Although, the occasional "lucky duck" will safely land a spot here in Lumiere, but
it's quite rare. Surrounding the housing are fountains, waterfalls... Any and all
things that lead back into the sea. The water is a crystal blue here - forming a bit
of a pool for anyone who might want to take a dip. These houses are more
castle-like and consist of up to 4 floors; balconies and all.
