Justification for Domain Choice (required if Getting Domain): Her power governs literal communication, though largely non-verbal, so 'Communication' seemed fitting.
Powers from Domain (required if Getting Domain): Ability to enhance the ability of soquili and non-familiar communication skills within a certain radius of her physical body through empathic/emotional cues. Non-familiars exposed to her for long periods of time become more inclined to assist soquili that bear a token from her, and unbonded familiars that are exposed to her for a long period of time may actively assist her and those she has shown favor to by passing along messages or becoming couriers. Due to that, she has a vast network of 'friends' that will pass along messages from her and to her over a wide territory. Most of the critters that operate in her network need to be 'refreshed' periodically with a visit, and those that choose not to do so drop out of the network without fanfare.

Personality (required In general): Soft spoken and carefree, Rhea lives her life in the moment and doesn't appear to put much stock in the next or the one that came before. She is a deeply compassionate and honorable young mare, often moved to acts of charity without thought for her own well being.

Plot ideas (required): Her history is complex and involves my purewalker disguising himself as a wolf and gaining her trust and access to her network in order to seek out his victims. He was careful to rarely seek her out in person for fear of her detecting his true nature, but he maintained a strict boundary around her to restrict her movements and anyone else accessing her without his permission. Eventually, however, a posse of warriors from several herds forced him to show his true nature to her or risk dismemberment. Free of his influence, her network grew in size and strength as the herds that had unintentionally rescued her realized who and what she was and what her abilities were. She now serves as the access point for a larger network of individuals seeking to bring peace to the troubled lands of Soquili.
