Rayen had just moved into the city, and his house was in a perfect spot where he could take Chitto out for a walk. He had his hands shoved in his pockets as walked forward down the street, and his trusty small side-kick was right beside him, trotting a little as the young Shiba Inu walked. "Good boy, Chitto. Now just stick close to me again--" he cut himself off as he watched his young pup run off.
"Chitto!" he said, following after him. 'Oh come on...I thought I had trained him better than this...' he thought, still chasing after Chitto. It had been a couple of months since Rayen and Chitto met, the young pup's mother also abandonded him and his little siblings. Luckily, Rayden was passing through a town in order to get to Soleil, he managed to resuce all the puppies, and sent them to a shelter. Not before long, Chitto followed Rayen on his way out of town and Rayen was amazed that the puppy was brave enough to walk out on his own just to be with him. So, for the young pup's motive, Rayen named him Chitto, meaning brave in his native language.
Chitto managed to run into a white-haired girl right leg. The puppy looked up cutely at the girl and whined a bit. "Woof." he barked at the girl, wagging his little curled tail. Rayen managed to catch up with Chitto and saw that he bumped into a girl. He picked up the young pup, and held him in his arms, petting Chitto on his head. "Err...sorry about that, Chitto ran off on me...heh. I'm training him." he said to the girl in a apologetic tone. Rayen rubbed the back of his head in embarrassment.

Rina giggled a little while Seth explained why he hadn't checked out the town in the months that he has been in Soleil. "It's not really that strange." She said this trying to reassure him. "I'm used to big crowds, but that doesn't mean I necessarily like them. It gets uncomfortable, and usually they're really noisy, and it kinda hurts my ears." One of the main reasons why Rina stays at home a lot. To protect her ears. And so she could sleep, play games, and cook.
After Rina had flung her hands in the air, she noticed Seth's attempt to cover up his laughter, but ignored it. Keep going, and you'll be going down a road with no way back, she mentally threatened him. She walked next to him as he went over to the edge of the sidewalk, telling her to be careful, as she could get mugged easily here. "I know, I'll be fine. I'll jump on their back and tell them to give me my money back." It would be easy considering her diminutive size, and she smiled at the thought of that actually happening. She would do it if it really did happen, what's stopping her from doing it?

Rina didn't mind the awkward silence, she spaces out and thinks of random stuff during these moments. She started humming a little, her hands behind her back. She almost broke out into a skip, but decided not to because she might go to fast for Seth, or bump into someone else coming out of an alleyway.
She continued this until she heard Seth ask what caused her to move to Soleil. "Well, I was already planning to move out of my parents' place, but I didn't know where to move to. Then I heard of Soleil City, the city of paradise, where you can find your true love, and all that mush. I moved here about a week ago, and I just finished putting in all the furniture yesterday. I hoped that my parents would get me a really big house, but then I would probably have snobby neighbors or something, so I got one of those small cozy houses on Etoile street. What about you?" Rina didn't know what to say after saying why she moved there, so she just asked the same question back.

Ann's ears twitched lightly as the man called out to her, telling her to wait. She raised an eye brow as he raised a bag of pure sugar (the lollypops). He went on about no knowing if he was worth her time, and stated that if he won then she'd have to buy him two pounds of candy. She smirked "oh? What if I win?" she asked, her arms crossed. A duel were only one person wins something is so boring. If he thought he was going to win then he should have no issue offering her something in return if she won. It wasn't like she was crazy or anything, fighting was just something she liked to do. Even if it was something her mother and father originally forced upon her. She was curious as to why he had the change of heart "why the change of heart all of a sudden? It seemed you were so against the idea, considering you kept a cool head for the most part" she explained. He then stated he wouldn't fight here, but instead somewhere else. She shrugged "tsk, I just moved here today, so sadly I probably know as much as you do, if not less" she explained. What a bore. She sighed, looking at him again, as he stood just a short distance from her striking range. She wasn't someone so low she'd attack out of the blue, "It's unfortunate, if we fought here then we could start right now-" she stopped as she felt something at her legs. She looked down, as the face of a puppy looked up at her. She froze, no emotion on her face. Holy. s**t. That. Puppy. Is. ADORABLE. It took all her strength to play it off cool, she would never let anyone find out her weakness. If anyone noticed her fetish for cute things she'd probably rather die off the face of the earth.
However, the pups owner made his way over, bumping into her on his way over. He then proceeded to pluck the pup up and plop him on his head. She didn't appreciate him bumping into her, but she calmed down as he apologized to her. She still had her arms crossed "not very well" she added to his statement of training him. Her gaze softened though as the pup look at her. She couldn't stay mad, she literally melted at the sight of the little cutie! She sighed "He is just a pup though so I guess it's understandable that you'd have trouble in the beginning" she said, her mood getting slightly better than before. She looked over at Daichi "didn't catch your name, names Ann by the way... If you're going to be a future sparing partner it's best to at least know who you are... what's the pups name by the way?" she asked plainly. It was then that music started to play and she blinked. She frowned "whose playing the weird music all of a sudden... and why is she dancing to it?" she asked, rather annoyed. Who just danced in the middle of the street? This was a place better suited for fighting rather than dancing if you asked her. She stared at the girl, she sure didn't cover up very much of her skin...

Rayen looked at Ann, then down towards at Chitto, who looked back up at his master, and licked his cheek. "Is that the apology for running off?" he asked the pup, and only got a "Woof." in response. He smiled and rubbed the puppy's head softly. "You're forgiven, bud." he said softly. His blue eyes looked at Anne once again and smiled at her. "Oh, his name is Chitto...would you like to hold him?" he asked her, all girls like holding and petting puppies right? even if the woman was very strong-willed like the one in front of him.
He looked over his shoulder looking the bronzed-skinned woman dancing to what seemed like Hindu music, he had heard many songs from different cultures from his father, who would always bring Rayen a music CD from the countires he visited.'Her dance somewhat reminds me of the dances the woman would do back at the stronghold...' he thought. Then he just realized the first comment that Ann told him, that he wasn't doing a good job in training Chitto. "Well...I train myself in martial arts...and it's just not the same in training a puppy." he said, looking back at Ann. "Oh...sorry I didn't introduce myself, I'm Rayen." he added, bowing his head to her.

Her heartbeat raced. Hair spinning wildly around her shoulders. Smile on her lips. Eyes closed. Wrists twirling along with her hips. One would think that a Sari wasn't well suited for dancing as hardcore as Hindu women did, but that was easily rectified by clips. Even though it was a slightly cold day, when you dance vigorously, you tend to work up a sweat. Once the music ended, she took a deep breath, satisfied with herself. Her arms and stomach were covered in a thin layer of sweat as she reached down and grabbed her iPod. Turning off the device so no more music would play, for now, she clipped it to her hip. "Maybe a smoothie to rehydrate..." she mumbled to herself as she felt eyes on her. Blinking her own, she looked up to see a boy and girl not too far off conversing but still casually looking in her direction.
Her eyes narrowed a bit. What were they talking about? She couldn't hear from this distance and a paranoid feeling came over her. Probably from her years of having rumors spread about her. "Oi!" she called out over the crowd of people, not even paying attention to any of them staring at her. "What's wrong with your eyes?" she asked, mainly to the girl who seemed to be staring the most. Has no one here ever seen a girl in a Sari before?

Ann watched as owner and pet interacted. She didn't mind, only because the pup was beyond adorable. When the guy stated that the pups name was Chitto a small smile graced her lips "nice name" she commented, not showing any emotion. She was dying on the inside though, what an adorable name! When he asked her is she wanted to hold him, her first instinct was to squeal and cuddle the little pup. However, she did no such thing. That would be beyond embarrassing. She shrugged, looking uninteresting "eh, if you want me to I don't mind" she said plainly, taking hold of the dog. Her mood shot up from annoyed to extremely happy. She was practically sparkling on the inside. Holy. s**t. This. Pup. Was. So. Fluffy. And. ADORABLE! It literally took all her strength not to slip up and show her embarrassing fetish to these strangers. She held the pup delicately, like she was holding a flower. It may have seemed she was being cold and looked uninterested, but it was quite the opposite. It they weren't here she'd probably show an entirely different side of herself.
Her attention then drifted off the dog as he stated he trained himself in martial arts and she raised an eyebrow "oh? What a coincidence so do I" she said, somewhat taking an interest in the fellow. She'd have to fight him after she fought Daichi. Maybe this place would provide more entertainment than she originally thought. He then introduced himself "Oh, I didn't really need your name... but I guess knowing will help me locate you in case I'm bored and need someone to spar against" she said plainly. She was serious, but at the same time she wanted them to think she didn't have a girly bone in her. Things would be a lot easier that way. Plus it'd save her the embarrassment of finding out about her secret fetish of cute things. She didn't really think she needed to say her name again, considering she said it earlier so she just remained quiet.
Of course, the silence ended just as quick as it started. She heard someone call out to her, and it seemed it was the girl from earlier. She wanted to know what was wrong with her eyes and she smiled "nothing, it's not against the law to look at my surroundings... what's wrong with you, paranoia?" she asked, her head cocked to the side. She was very good at pissing people off. If this girl thinks she can get all in her face without her putting up some sort of fight, then she was sadly mistaken. She wanted the girl to get angry, even if she didn't she wanted her to make a fool out of herself. Seriously, who got angry just because you looked at someone. What was she expecting? Especially after dancing in the middle of the street in clothing that didn't cover most of her skin? She handed the pup back to Rayen, just in case things got messy.

"Yeah, it's the biggest thing about Soleil City. When I told my mom that I wanted to move here, she got all excited because she thought I was moving here for that reason. The thing is, you have to go through this crazy forest or whatever to see if it's your true love, and I ain't about that life." There was no way on this earth that she going into a forest without some kind of wildlife expert, maps, and some kind of vehicle or something. There could be all kinds of things in there, like snakes. She hates snakes.
Rina ignored the fact that he made a little stumble, but at least he didn't fall. The impact from the fall would probably make the ground shake for Rina. When Seth gave little reason as to why he moved here, she saw that there was no reason to be persistent and ask again. She respected people's privacy, well, as long as they respected hers.
"Oh, you live on Etoile, too? What a coincidence! I've been wanting to meet my neighbors, so, hey neighbor! I live in 1100."
