[Small Personality Summery] Starlight is a very mundane filly and her personality does not lean too much in any direction. She is a curious girl who is very new to the world and all the wonder and terror that fills it. She is very much still developing her own personality and finding her place - On meeting she seems like a happy little girl who is a little bit cheeky, a little bit boyish and full of amazement and passion. Every day just seems so magical to her at the moment and she wants to learn everything she can as quickly as she can. She is not shy at all and will often approach strangers that she finds interesting, though at the same time she is not careless and even though she will approach strangers she will not fully trust them and knows when it is time to run away if someone starts acting off. The only notable thing about the girl is her voice, blessed by the spirits with amazing vocal cords she loves to sing, but usually does so in private at the current time.

[o1] Welcome to the family! - I am looking at you mock breeding family, I am looking at you. There is so much fun to be had and I would love Starlight to know her mother, father and brother - even though they may not get along, I want them to at least have some part in her foalhood life. Was she not the pretty like beauty queen her father wanted or was her voice treasure enough to quirk his interest? Were her and her brother always clashing heads, or were they best friends? Did her mother teach her the ways of the world, or did she leave her to fend for herself? I want to know the answer to all of these, so family RP is a priority of mine, because lets admit it nothing quite shapes a kid like her upbringing, right?

[o2] That man's gonna be my death, because he's all i've ever wanted in my life! - I really want Starlight to fall for an older stallion, I am talking about full on passionate teenage girl crush. He does not have to be handsome, he does not have to be a knight in shining armour, he just needs to be interesting, a puzzle she will become obsessed with solving. I would prefer it if he was not mean to her or push her away, nor does he have to notice her blushes or babbling. I am thinking more of a relationship like Rin and Sesshomaru, and I want them to share adventures and stories and over time I want them to develop a strong friendship. I have a big plot in mind for this and if you do want to take on this roll please look down at the meta-plot at the bottom of this post, because I would very much like this male to star in it!

[o3] Sing me to Sleep, Sing me to Sleep, then leave me alone! - I would like Starlight to have a vocal instructor, maybe even a couple, singing is the only thing she is talented in and I would like other people to notice that and help her develop her voice. These teachers will become her mentors in life and people she looks up and respects. I want them to teach her about the world and shape her views in accordance to their own. They do not need to be old or wise, they just need to help her become a custom with the world around her and both the beauty and the horror it holds. Kalona may apply as long as they won't try and eat her please. Eventually I would like her to meet every breed because her little brain will implode with how diverse soquili are.

[o4] My words will lead you back to me! I want Starlight to learn that she is a very small blip on the larger scale of things. She finds raising children and falling in love a very mundane life and not one she wants for herself. She wants to meet others who aim for bigger things, who are on quests and adventures that are worthy of legends being sung about and she will sing those legends high in the mountain tops for all to hear. So if anyone would like talking to her about their outlandish aims, even if it takes a while for her to coax them out, I would very much like this! I would also very much like her to meet and elder or two if some are sniffing around the thread!

Her Crush - The older stallion. Someone who she thought would always project her, that was nowhere to be seen at her darkest hour.
Her Friends - Looking for between one and three foals to partake in this. Let's have our young ones experience more fear than they could ever imagine - An RP establishing friendship prior to this would be loved.
The Monster - Skinwalker. Kalona or Mutant. I am looking for someone evil. In the end they will have to chase the foals, if the death of one of them was an accident that is fine, just know what intentionally or not one of them will perish.
The Cave Dweller - Someone for Starlight to make a pact with. (Note that any promises made should not be taken as cannon, none of them may ever come to pass, but we can talk about that in the future.

So this is my life changing arc in the story of my young foal. I am sure this will take multiple RP's to pull off but I would like it done right and I do not mind taking my time and waiting for the right characters to take part in this. So our story starts on a winter evening, snow covering the land. Starlight and a couple of her friends are playing in the snow, it if the first heavy snow they have ever seen and they are amazed by how pretty the land looks, they are all young, and innocent and totally unaware of the tragedy which is about to unfold. None of them had ever seen a monster before, they have heard scary stories but none of them had ever really seen evil. The Soquili might approach them, s/he might torment them or they could just come out of nowhere. Never the less the foals find themselves running for their lives into the forest. Be it on purpose or by accident one of their fiends (NPC) will perish in the pursuit - they could fall from a hight, be caught by the monster or suffer some other misfortune. Never the less the foals will always remember crimson splashed against the virgin snow.

The other foals escape, rushing into a save for safety. The mountain falls and they find themselves trapped inside, cold, hungry and scared. The foals will be trapped in the save for days, wandering around the tunnels in the hope of finding sunlight once more. I want at least one RP where they reflect on what has happened, sudden mortality dawning on creatures which before thought themselves invincible. In the save I want them to find another, someone who lives in the complex mountain tunnels. I am pretty open to suggestions on what this character should be like, but in the end I would like it if they would only lead the foals to the exit for a price. Starlight could offer many things - To become a mute so only they can enjoy her voice. To stay with them as a slave in order for them to show her friends the way out. To come back to them when she is older and sire their children. She would even offer them an eyeball if blood was all that would sate them. Either way if she actually keeps any of these promises is another thing, but in the end some kind of bargain will be made and they will be lead to the exit.

So depending on what the other took as an offering, the plot splits here - she can either return battered and bloodied back home or require saving from the cave by her stallion-crush. Either way eventually I would like her to return home, so traumatised by the experience that she is unable to talk, no matter how much her friends try and coax her voice out. The only words she will say until adulthood will be to her friend, her protector, her prince and those words will be. You weren't there to save us.

I would love him to be a teacher! He is such a mix, Starlight will no doubt be awestruck! ~ I have not really given much thought to how she finds her teachers, though if it could be something as simple as him following her voice to find her then that could work. Though knowing her she would totally deny she was singing, only girls sing and she is very adamant that she is a boy! ~~~ I will keep her special crush open for now, but if nobody comes forward the feelings might naturally come through RP --- After the attack she will be pretty angry at all of her mentors, if you would like to end the plots with them of him leaving with a sense of guilt, we could work it into the plot.

Like he turns up for a lesson to try and bring some normality back into her life for her to completely reject his presence, simple stating that she has no desire to sing when her heart is so corrupted with darkness, the notes would no doubt turn into screams and cries of anguish. I am starting to think her mute years would be more likely to creep in over a week or so, them being an instant result of trauma. Almost like it is the dark thoughts that make her unwilling to speak, rather than the events that triggered them.

And we could leave it there, but I am always up for them meeting again when she becomes an adult ~~

Awesome. I could easily see him hearing her, and following the sound... And when she tries to deny that boys sing, he'd respond, amused since she's clearly a girl, that boys do too sing, and prove it by doing so. He's VERY proud of his singing skill.

And yeah, he'd probably attempt to return at least once to try to see how she is, to apologize, to try to fix it somehow. Maybe write a song about her bravery in escaping the attack and hope she will hear it, and not hate him more.

(note that that'd probably be more a conceptual song IRL cause I don't write songs. >_>;;; )

Neither do I --- I completely plan to steal all the songs Starlight sings off of the internet and just credit whatever source they come from, because I can not write songs either! : D

I would love this, I am not startling any RP's until I am back off my trip, but when I am this is at the top of the list.
