User Image Era padded into the meadow with ears flicked back and worry across her face. It wasn't that she was afraid, but she was uncomfortable. Era wasn't a huge people person, and while coming off friendly and energetic at times she still was mostly an introvert. She had always wanted to meet more of her family, or just revisit a few members, but that did not mean she was prepared.

Still, she trusted Breeze. Her mother had promised Era she'd set up a meeting between only one fox, at most two, but in the back of her head Era considered that perhaps Breeze was playing a prank on her. What if she bumped into five members, or more? She doubted she could manage a coherent sentence.

Eh. She might as well just keep heading forward. Family was important, especially when you were raised by a woman who regretted never settling down. Especially when you yourself never really made their own family. There was one time she flirted with a pretty tan female, but that hadn't gone anywhere. Perhaps she was trying to connect back to her roots? Era was, admittedly, lonely. She came from a family full of love and here she was, having children with a stranger at a young age (just like her mother, actually), and then sleeping alone. The den was awfully cold in winter...

Blood kin were important, and Era should have visited long ago. It was a shame Breeze didn't come along, but the woman had gone off to visit Meade instead, muttering something about her sister whining constantly for her attention. But, here she was, waiting in a meadow, wondering if Breeze had actually set the meeting up or just threw her daughter out into the wild.
