It was his turn to invite Candy out, his turn to probably try and treat her. At least, that is what he told himself. He also just wanted to see her but not as a casual run-in. He wanted to enjoy spring with her, see the flowers in their bloom which might just share a similar color to her hair. Overall, he wanted to take today at a very slow pace and treat her to something nice later - but maybe have a momentary dive into the depths of her mind. If it wasn't for this dreaded rain.
While he often had trouble showing his feelings, his face sported a very obvious scowl as he stood there, looking disappointed and maybe even defeated as he failed to predict the spring showers. He seemed to be probably the only fool there with no umbrella, from what it would seem. He wasn't happy, he knew that for sure. He wished he did things differently, yes that too. But overall he was thinking if now would be the best time to tell Candy, who graciously agreed to indulge him, if meeting elsewhere was a good idea.
"I think it isn't the best idea to reschedule now, she might be on her way.." he told himself audibly as he went under a tree to find shelter and sent her his location in case she'd have trouble finding him. What a day.
It would seem like his time with Octavius had some of the other's way of thinking rub off on him. For one, Saeyong wasn't one for deep conversations even after a night of great high, yet here he was, thinking Candy might appreciate it. Well, he wasn't sure what she'd appreciate since she was always an uplifting being to be around, curious uplifting being. His mind trailed at the thought of her, trailing to places it probably shouldn't be treading, but in his defense, it was natural and so far, he did make advances and throw in a bit of flirtatious lines, but what next?

Despite the rain, Mizuti steps out of her house, and then spends no time runing to the park. the trip itself takes a few minutes, because of her daily routine. Close to one of the sheltered area's, Mizuti throws her backpack with her towel, waterbottle and other things. in the dry spot and then with a jump she does a spin kick in the air, followed by ome other martial arts moves, as if moving at high speeds. all the while her cloths are getting soaked from the rain, and normally this would be a hinderance to others but for Mizuti it does not bother her in the least. She keeps up her fighting and move sets for a while, unaware of her surroundings.

The change was odd, but she supposed it was welcome nonetheless - especially one scheduled by Saeyong. She'd grown fond of him thus far and enjoyed his company outside of the workplace. From what she could tell, the feeling was mutual. Then again... Why wouldn't it be? She was the visionary catchall. Her pink bubblegum-like hair was iconic in any city she traversed to, her personality was killer, and she had a bangin' body. She smiled to herself, listening to the gentle pitter-patter falling against the plastic of her transparent umbrella. No, hn, self love was one thing, but gloating and believing herself to be perfection was another thing entirely.
Her crimson gaze scanned lazily for a head of grey hair atop a soft, boyish face. She exhaled harshly. She wasn't fond of the cold. And with the rain... Well, she was fortunate winter had already passed. If the beach town reached anything colder than it already did, it was possible she'd harden into a still statue. Even she wouldn't be able to control the stability of her skin.
Finally, she spotted... An upset and sopping wet (not in the good way) Saeyong. Black pumps clicking quietly over the sodden concrete, she tilted the edge of her umbrella just over his head to offer him a slight bit of shelter with a wide smile that stretched up to her eyes. "Ce qui est faux? J'ai mis trop de temps?" A small laugh to herself as she tilted her cheek over her shoulder and shuffled a matching rain coat on her shoulders. "I'm sorry I kept you waiting." She all but purred to him. Though... Her eyes flitted up and down his body once. Was it too much of a bad thing? She was a bit of a fan of the 'stuck' look he had going on. There weren't any more droplets on his skin, thanks to her sharing the shelter with him. While it wasn't the way he imagined meeting her, nothing even close to it, he couldn't tell how but seeing her and hearing that soothing melodic tone of hers made the negativity slowly fade away. His hues settled in on her face, after a quick glance down her frame and attire. She seemed much more prepared than he was at the moment and that didn't necessarily help feeling like he messed up with his plan to see her outside. Maybe he should truly consider watching the news or paying attention to the weather app before he leaves the house.
The man took a moment to inch away and swipe his hand over his hair a few times to get rid of the excess fluid before brushing it back and straightening up to face his pretty company. He took a deep breath, nearly huffing but not to her. clearly it wasn't her fault God decided to be against him and let the floodgates pour. It was mostly himself. "You're fine." he said almost quietly in a mumble. "I was hoping we'd be able to sit outside and see the flowers, but the weather had other plans." he admitted, crossing his arms across his chest as he looked up through her plastic umbrella then back at her, a little smile creeping on his lips, "You came prepared though. Nice." he said, nudging her side a little.

His tv-like actions reminded her of a known suitor licking their fingers to smooth their eyebrows out just as their love appeal had arrived. She watched each shoulder straighten before he turned back to her, fixating those grey and purple eyes upon her. At times, she had wondered, if he had chosen to wear contacts to hide his true eye color - but up close, there was no additional faint lining that would tell her so. Instead, she settled on perceiving him of something from the supernatural world like herself, though she didn't believe the conversation had come up yet. She pursed her lips and twisted the umbrella handle until the black skeletal arch spun above them.
So he was upset, she could see that much, but not with her.
Turning on her heel, she gestured to the scenery around her with her free hand. While she had no reason to traverse the uptown park often, it wasn't to say she didn't occasionally enjoy a lonesome stroll when she did find herself the time between working or generally being away from her escorts. She liked scrolling social media with a hot drink in hand if she ever found herself shopping in the more upscale parts of town. Personally, though, she liked the guttural parts of downtown more. The parties were better when they felt more raw at heart- Where emotions ran high, drinks were never ending, and people carried themselves without a care in the world.
"I like seeing the flowers in rain as much as I like to see you dripping wet." She cooed, giving him another once over as she brought her finger to the corner of her smiling lips. "Maybe one more than the other." In all seriousness though, she did worry about him being in the cold rain a tad bit, even if she didn't show it outwardly. Her smile slightly faded into one of vague concern. "I'm not a particular fan of the cold. And the rain doesn't make it that much better." She shrugged. "Are you cold, amour?" ____________________ |

The days go by and it is become routine. One day Mizuti will practice her martial arts. Another day it will be meditation, this went on for a while and it became lonely for her, so today it would be different. In the park she fount her usual space, when she did, she took a sign that she was holding and stood it into the ground. The sign read, "free Tai Chi lessons". Once she placed the sign. She began doing some Tai Chi moves, slowly an calmly she moved positions, stances and the like and repeated the process mfoe a while, maybe an hour or too |
