Celeste, a riolu with the mind of a 5 year old, was inside of a bush having just been abandoned by her trainer. She was crying and she was hurt from having battled too early and her arm was sore. She took off into the woods after hearing him tell her she was weak and kicked her to make her go away. Being a female, she was really rare and even more so, she was learning Aura Sphere and almost had it down. But she could barely move her arm right now and she was barely able to walk from her injuries. But then she collapsed in front of a new trainer and passed out in front of them.

	Misa Dether Misa had begun her new journey only moments ago with her entrusted Tropius in its Pokeball. She took long strides from the town she called home for ten years. Yet, now was the day when she would begin the journey all ten-year-olds dreamed of. As she was well aquatinted with many of the citizens in her small town many of them threw a little farewell party early in the morning to see her off. Seeing everyone's faces like that brought a few tears that morning but those tears were mixed with sadness and happiness. Her steps carried a little bounce as she walked down the road. It was then that a black figure had suddenly jumped out of the grass and landed near her feet. It was sudden and she wasn't sure how to react. Yet, on closer examination she found the little thing hurt and in pain. Her heart screamed towards it as she picked it up in her arms. She knew the little one was in danger so with that spring in her step she rushed back to her small town and straight to the PokeCenter. Lupine Duchess

	When Celeste woke up, she winced as she looked around. Nurse Joy and Wigglytuff were working on changing her bandages. Celeste was young but had been through a lot in the first few years of her life. She was nervous around nurse Joy but calmed down after Nurse Joy smiled at her and explained where she was. Once Celeste's bandages were changed, Misa was allowed to come in and see her. Nurse Joy explained to Celeste that Misa brought her here since she was hurt. Celeste nodded and looked over at Misa and pokemon as Wigglytuff went to get them from wherever they were. Celeste looked out the window and remembered what her old trainer said to her. "I don't need a weak Riolu, even if you you are female! Get lost!" He said as he kicked her into the bushes knocking her out for a while before she woke up in the bushes and walking weakly into Misa and passing out before her which was how she ended up here at the Pokemon Center. When the door opened Celeste got a bit nervous but smiled shyly. Hope the kind

	Misa Dether Misa had waited patiently in the waiting room as the red syringe light was on. It was a sign that Nurse Joy and her assistant were doing what they could for the little Pokemon she found. As a trainer she had first wanted to scan the Pokemon for information but seeing how the Pokemon was unwell and hurt.....Misa couldn't do that to it. She had a bigger heart than that and she couldn't just do that to the poor thing. So, she decided to herself that when the Pokemon was well and healthy she would ask it to pose for her. At least, this way she could get the data she wanted on the Pokemon and the injured Pokemon could go back in the wild, no questions asked. Once the light had dimmed Nurse Joy's Wigglytuff beckoned her into the room to see the Pokemon. Misa walked in with a concerned look as she was worried about the poor thing. The Wigglytuff led her to a windowed room where the injured Pokemon looked healed up and bandaged. 'At least I was able to help it,' she thought to herself. Misa made her way into the room and brought a cheerful smile towards her face. She outstretched her hands towards the Pokemon, "Hello there~ My name is Misa, its nice to meet you." Lupine Duchess

	Celeste not being able to speak human very well said "Olu Riolu." (I'm Celeste.) She then hugged Misa as a thank you when Misa outstretched her hands towards her. Celeste then smiled at Misa as she hugged the girl grateful that Misa helped her in her time of need. Then Celeste sensed Misa's aura. Celeste memories came flooding into Misa;s mind. Mostly it was what her trainer said to her and how he kicked her and knocked her out. Then the memories would end at that point. Celeste was unaware of this. Hope the kind

	Misa Dether Misa was happy to receive a response from the small Pokemon. She was even happier when it jumped into her and appeared to give Misa a hug. The young girl giggled before wrapping her hands around the little Pokemon's frame. It felt soft and warm to her touch. This was a first for Misa as she didn't normally have random Pokemon jumping into her much like what happened now. It made her happy that she went on this adventure because she was able to help a Pokemon in need. The happy feeling that had surrounded Misa's thoughts and feelings were intruded by something of the polar opposite. It intruded into her thoughts and her conscience seemed to fade. Her mind no longer showed her being in the Pokemon Center but somewhere within the wild. In it a person and the Pokemon she had helped earlier. At first, nothing seemed to happen, its like someone had press pause. Then everything began to move as someone hit the play button. The trainer said horrible things that Misa didn't want to repeat, he kept screaming and shouting those awful words to the Pokemon. But the male trainer went beyond words and began to be physical. She saw something Misa honestly didn't want to see, she saw something she almost couldn't believe. But there it was, in her mind....The trainer hurting the Pokemon, abandoning it on the side of the road. Whatever had intruded her memories had faded. Her conscience was back in the Pokemon Center and a tear fell down her cheek. "Riolu...." she began to sob as she brought the Pokemon closer within her and dropped her knees towards the floor. "Riolu.....Riolu.....Riolu.... Misa kept sobbing the Pokemon's name, not willing to let go of this little life she saved. Lupine Duchess

	Celeste hugged Misa before Misa started sobbing. She tilted her head unaware of what happened between their auras. She just continued to hug Misa before said "Riolu?" (You okay?) Celeste nuzzled Misa trying to calm down her new friend. Celeste hated when people and pokemon cried. She kissed Misa's cheek trying to help calm her down. Hope the kind

	Misa Dether Misa tried to stop herself from crying, she really did. With the help of Riolu, Nurse Joy, and Wigglytuff Misa was able to calm down. She wiped away her tears and stood up to place the Riolu onto the table before she took a tissue to blow her nose. Wigglytuff took her used tissue to throw it away for her before Misa turned to face Nurse Joy. "I'm sorry about that, I guess I just got a little emotional." Nurse Joy seemed to understood as she gave her a nod. "Riolu," Misa turned to face Riolu who she could now make better eye contact. "Your previous trainer.....forget him. He isn't worth your thoughts, your time, or your companionship. You should find someone better than that to be your next trainer." Lupine Duchess

	Celeste nodded before she looked at Misa and said "Will you be my twainer?" In pokemon language hoping that Misa would take her in. 	Misa Dether Perhaps it may be because Misa had been with Pokemon all her life that she may have been able to understand the Riolu in front of her. She nodded her head and regained her composure that she left with when she started her journey. "I'll do my best to prove that I can be a trainer who won't make you suffer like you have before." Misa took out a Pokeball from her back pocket, enlarged it with a click of a button, and tossed towards the Riolu. Lupine Duchess

	Celeste smiled and used her good paw to touch the pokeball and go inside. Once it stopped wiggling. She popped back out and hugged Misa's leg happily. She was looking very happy with Misa. "Thank you." She said looking up at Misa with the eyes of a child. She giggled before asking "Does mommy have other friends?" She was wanting to know if Misa had any other pokemon. Hope the kind

	Misa Dether Misa gave a jump out of excitement at the friend she had just caught. The Riolu soon popped out of its Pokeball and she took this opportunity to scan the Pokemon. She took out her Pokedex and scanned the Pokemon. 'Riolu the Emanation Pokemon. It uses the shapes of auras, which change according to emotion, to communicate with others. The aura that emanates from its body intensifies to alert others if it is afraid or sad.' The Pokedex echoed with a male sound. All the information it gave about the Pokemon in front of it was absolutely.....awesome. Now that she knew more information about this Pokemon perhaps now she knew why she had seen what she had seen. Perhaps the Pokemon used its aura to communicate with her while it was in a state of sadness. Even now, she could sense what the Riolu was trying to ask of her. "I'm afraid he is a bit to big to fit in this kind of room. Perhaps outside would be best." She looked up to Nurse Joy to signal if she could take her new Pokemon out. Joy gave another nod as Misa scooped up the Riolu into her arms and brought her outside. "Come on out, Tropius!" She threw her Pokeball up before a white light exited. It transformed into a giant Pokemon that landed with a thud on the ground. Lupine Duchess

	Celeste's eyes lit up when she saw the Tropius. "Cooool!" She said as she got down and went over to the large Tropius before looking up at him sucking her thumb and almost falling over looking up at the large pokemon as she smiled up at him hoping they could be friends. Hope the kind

	Misa Dether Although Misa and the Tropius had only been acquainted for a short time they trusted each other. That is what is meant when a Pokemon and Trainer bond. Sometimes Trainers and Pokemon don't bond all that well but still make a good team. Misa went towards her Tropius side and patted its side. "We have a new member on board for our journey." Tropius looked down at the tiny Riolu at its side. It gave a nod of its as if accepting the small fighting-type Pokemon. "Great, well....we can't sit here all day now can we? We've got to train to get one of the gym battles." She squealed in excitement as she saw her team grow in size. She never thought that she would be able to catch a new Pokemon right off the bat on the begging of her adventure. Lupine Duchess

	Celeste giggled at Misa's excitement. She then placed her paw in Misa's hand smiling at her new trainer. A little later, after Celeste was released and feeling 100%, she was walking next to Misa smiling the most she'd ever smiled. All the while holding Misa's hand happily. Hope the kind
