NAME OF CLASS: n/a PROFESSOR NAME ToT'er Name: Break
General Information: Break believes that both agility and endurance is the best asset for a to trick or treater to have, so with the interest of looking for potential among the students he invites you all to try his course.
The Course: Thunder Road A rocky, uneven road built to test the students and see how they handle themselves across rough terrain. Your student must run through the entire course, up hill, and keep running without stopping. If they slow their pace or come to a complete stop, they'll be struck by lightning and it will be the end of the line for them!
Course can be ran solo or in groups.
Win - You've survived five rounds of dice rolls and crossed the finish line! Lose - If your HP has reached zero, there is a narrow path on each side of the course. Hop off onto it and exit the room. If insta-killed, you dissipate and wake-up in Nurse Cricket's Office.
Mechanics: Roll a one 8-sided die to determine the results your student will get and make sure to adjust your HP accordingly Each time you survive a round, repeat the above until you complete the course.
1 Insta-kill! 2 Live 3 - 10 HP 4 - 20 HP 5 Live 6 Live 7 - 20 HP 8 - 10 HP
Bonus Mechanics: If you get a lousy roll, a Y2 or Y3 student may roll a one 6-sided die ( ONE TIME ONLY ) and attempt to evade the hit.
Y2 students must roll a 5 or 6 to evade the lightning. Y3 students must roll an even number to evade the lightning.YOU LOSE/FINISH THIS CLASS WHEN... - You hit 0 HP!That means you have to START OVER to try again! You may do so in the same thread or a new one if you decide to attempt again at a later date.

A class on running? Now that was the sort of lesson plan Seiji could get behind. He arrived at the course in question early(always earlier), dressed and ready to go, long hair drawn back in a tight ponytail at the back of his head. Being a ghost stretching wasn't really essential to him, but he found the act of it helped better put him in the mood. So he sank down into a crouch, stretching out those long legs of his, before rotating from side to side.
Then he was off, sprinting along the rocky, uneven path. Not terribly unlike the parkour he'd taken up doing early the previous year, the ghost had no trouble keeping his footing, avoiding rocks, and maintaining a good pace as he ran all out up the steady incline of the course.

It was easy going for a boil that didn't strictly need to breath, who didn't get tired, because he was dead. He kept going, still sprinting, dodging around or jumping over larger obstacles, and barely registering the smaller ones. With his long legs, Seiji was handling himself really well on Thunder Road.
That didn't mean he could afford to be careless. Finishing the class was important. He was close to gradating, only needed a few more credits, and he really didn't want to have to repeat anything just because he started getting cocky.

Class aside, this was a really good work out. It wasn't just stamina, but also a test of his agility. Since he was skipping he usual morning run for this, he definitely appreciated it being a good challenge and an even better work out. Made him want to come back again, just to go through the course again.
His toe hit a rock and he nearly stumbled. It made him curse, legs speeding up for a second to keep him on his feet.
That's what he got for not keeping his mind on what he was doing.

He can see it now. He's almost at the top, and the boulders in his way aren't quite the giants they'd been near the bottom. It should be easier, but it's steeper now as well, and even Seiji, a ghost, feels the strain as he sprints forwards, upwards. But he's still grinning, because it's still one of the best work outs he's had in his unlife.

The finish line was there, and unwisely the ghost slowed. It was a mistake, one that singed along his skin and sent the taste of metal down his throat as electricity raced from the top of his head to the soles of his feet.
When it stopped his ears were ringing, his skin was smoking, and he his vision was haloed. One blink, shocked, then he had fallen sideways, off the course, and landed in a heap at the base of it.
When he coughed a plume of smoke curled from his lips, and he groaned, rolling up on hands and knees. "Well s**t."
Looks like he'd have to do it again anyways.

A short break, long enough for his body to stop smoldering, then he was back on his feet and at the starting line again.
The first few steps were a little unsteady, he caught a foot on a rock, pitching forward, but held onto his balance and kept moving. Not quite the well oiled machine he had been, but steady and quick all the same.

No where near as steady as he had been. It wasn't quite as easy this time, but Seiji soldiered though, picking up speed after another near trip.

It had taken a bit, a rocky start, but Seiji hit his stride again about half way up the steep course. Now he was running smooth, focused and effortless, as the cracked pavement flew by beneath his feet.

This time he knew better than to slow down before he crossed that finish line. Seiji didn't need another taste of lightning, one had been more than enough. So he maintained his pace, even sped up, as he crossed that painted line. Then, and only then, did he start to slow, a wide grin on his face, hair falling around his face from where it had begun to slip free of his pony tail. Another class down, another credit under his belt. He'd have to call Junko, maybe treat his fiance to lunch.
...but first he needed a shower. He still smelled like smoke and worse.
Pushing unruly hair back from his face, the ghost boil started back towards the dorms. As he walked he pulled his phone from his pocket and gave the home button a jab the light up the screen. After unlocking it he brought up the phone app, then tapped his thumb against his fiance's name. He listened to it ring as he walked, whistling softly before Junko's sweet voice came on over the line.
