With the deaths of the three dragon kings that once ruled the land, sea, and skies of Glimor; With no government and no military force. The once proud country had been reduced to warring clans, and gangs of bandits. With those who still hold to the laws of the old dragon kings, being hunted and murdered in broad day light.
