Entering & Leaving Kiri:
► Read the first post of the thread.
► There are two ways to enter/leave Kiri; via the Docks and Gates.
⇘ The Mother Gates are the Docks
⇘ The Father Gates is the land entrance.
► When you leave or enter, your character will, in RP, sign their name
to a sheet to record; their ID, their purpose, and their mission if applicable.
⇘ Genin cannot leave without written permission / a mission slip having been
giving to them to prove their authority to leave.
Everyone has a Fuuin Seal:
► Every shinobi and citizen as a fuuin seal on their person. Civilians with no
high-ranking duties have no access to shinobi offices in Sero without an
escort that does have a seal with permission. Genin are the same, but they
are not required an escort within Sero. Many areas are still locked with seals
to prevent them from snooping. At Chuunin rank, you can access the Dojo
and scrolls to train without supervision.

Kiri has its own missions and reward points:
► Go to the Sero's entrance and you'll find a billboard listing Kiri-specific
missions available there. You will still need to enter Sero and claim the
mission under your name at the front desk, but each of these missions give
specific rewards you may not find elsewhere!
The village is floating in a GIANT LAKE.
Before you interact with the Mizukage:
► Read the following if you would like some info on the public knowledge of
the Mizukage.
⇘ The current Mizukage is: Godaime Inka Hizara.
The Village Elders' view:
► The village elders believe Inka too young and inexperienced for this position.
Inka may have spent several years as a personal secretary to Sandaime Sypher
Senju and then the Yondaime Jack Snipe, but they feel it was allowed by a bias
being in place. They await Inka to make a mistake to turn it on him in an attempt
to force him to step down or get the Daimyo to call for his replacement.
The Public's view:
► Inka's relationship with Sypher Senju garnered no attention until Sypher was
named the Sandaime. Rumours of favouritism were not uncommon from then on,
and expecially so when Inka's less than stable personality showed through. When
Inka sawed through the neck of an escaped criminal with a damaged kunai, even
Sypher had to start making a stand for Inka to address his issues...
The Shinobi view:
► Despite all of his flaws, Inka has managed to keep positive relationships with
most of the shinobi under his care.

Do I have to claim a headband from the Mizukage?
► No. You may choose to RP the day of your 'graduation' by heading to the
Mizukage's office and getting either the Kage or their secretary to upgrade
your seal and give your headband, but it is not required.
Do I need permission to train/learn techniques?!
► Genin and Students require the permission of the Kage, a higher
ranking shinobi to bring you onto their mission, or for your assigned squad
leader to sign you up. However, Kiri-specific missions do not require this.
What is Sero?
► A gigantic mountain of a tree. Public knowledge it that it grew during a
huge surge of chakra that both protected and harmed the village, which also
caused the village to be drowned in a deep lake, and the current Kirigakure to
be built as a floating village of man-made islands and floating bridges.
