xxCharms: <E>
Cathy had never been particularly talented with any spell-work but if she did have to pick a magical discipline requiring spell-work that she would consider herself good at it would be Charms. While she was not flawless in her work and definitely not a prodigy at charms she performed quite well and got a very solid E for her natural talents and general work.
xxPotions: <E>
Again, Cathy's lack of obvious talents held her back, however she always performed above average in the class thanks to her natural cooking talents and chose to see potion making in a less scientific form than perhaps a potion professor may prefer but it still allowed her to get an E without any problems.
xxHerbology: <A>
Cathy had always been a quite average gardener, partially from staying exclusively in London till she had reached Hogwarts. Having lived in a town house without a garden and only a few house plants she had no experience caring for any sort of plant life before Hogwarts. In Hogwarts she wasn't particularly poor or particularly great for caring for the magical plants she found in the Hogwarts greenhouses.
xxCooking with Magic: <E>
If it was not for the magical elements of this class, Cathy would have gotten an O; however, her preference to merely prep food by hand and the "muggle" way instead of using magical means resulted in her failing to practice the magical elements of the class quite as much as she would have needed to in order to have gotten an O.
xxGhost and Ghoul Studies: <E>
Cathy's friendliness and willingness to talk to not just the human residents of Hogwarts castle, but the paintings and the ghosts (of course), is what helped her do well in this course far more than anything else. Generally polite and likable, Cathy got along with all the ghostly residents to some degree, and the fact she was able to listen to them (and some ghosts do love to talk) easily helped her understand the subject far more than merely studying from a book.
xxWizard Law: <E>
Being a class of book work over wand work, made this class quite simple for Cathy compared to many classes; however, she wasn't particularly interested in law compared to some subjects and did not care to invest enough time to score flawlessly. She got a solid E in this exam and is perfectly happy with the score.
xxDefense Against the Dark Arts: <A>
Cathy was never particularly gifted with spellwork, especially hexes and defensive spells which was the core of DADA material, but with hard work and studying (and the help of Theo), Cathy did manage to secure a solid A. It might help she imagined that she was cursing Theo after he said something particularly irritating, as she seemed to do the best Defense Against the Dark Arts related spellwork when annoyed.
xxAstronomy: <E>
Cathy never had particular interest in Astormomy, as she never had much interest in sciences in general. However, her love for mythology and legends (particularly Roman and Greek) allowed her to easily learn planet and star names and in the end got her an E instead of what would likely have been only an Average score.
xxTransfiguration: <A>
It was thanks to Theo's tutoring, Cathy managed enough confidence to scrape a solid A in transfiguration. It was far from a stellar grade, but considering her struggles with the subject Cathy was thrilled with the grade.
xxHealing: <A>
Cathy barely scraped an A in this class, having struggled with the subject from the first day of class. However, she had initially received help from her brother. And she could secretly get his notes easily enough. And, then she did get extra help from Theo in this subject, though he was far from naturally and easily brilliant at the subject. However, he did keep up his promise to help her master enough just to get by and so Cathy was content enough with the grade.

Note: Cathy failed to show up properly for this exam due to having had a panic attack thinking she had failed her entire Healing exam which was right before her Ancient Studies exam. By the time she felt well enough to attend the exam she only had enough time to show up as it was over to be informed she'd have to retake the class and take the OWL exam again.
