	For who by worrying can add a single hour to his life? heart It's taken me years to learn to worry less. It's a constant battle, well fought through the Holy Spirit and on faith that God will not let you down. "Do not worry about ANYTHING but in EVERYTHING by prayer and supplication, present your request to God and the PEACE of God that transcends ALL understanding will guard your HEART and your MIND in Christ Jesus. Or in the KJV: Phil 4:6-7 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (I love the with thanksgiving part of this)
