Hey hey there. This is itsie/icy and guess what! New certing thread for a new start

I also cert for soxs1219, Rinial Sisterdragon, Strawberri Stardust
I also cert the Merc Kat race and elven colored Simbas
Rawrs are also posted for certing in this thread if they are from the official Rawr Thread
be they racial customs or FS

I do not cert CYOs or do mate updates, but there are other certists who do

I personally feel uncomfortable placing certain types of specs on certs and certain things are against shop rules
