The act of combining wind and water chakra in order to generate water-composed ice. This method can be performed on existing bodies of water, or by manipulating the minute amount of water molecules in the air, either way, it is an impressive and powerful feat that requires only a single hand. Ice created this way lays dormant- they are not attacks on their own.
It should be noted that the ice can still be shattered or sliced by physical forces strong enough, one [1] rank higher as per normal. Attacks without chakra cannot damage the ice.

Uri started off living pretty simple. The only strange thing about him was his father was rarely ever around. At a young age, his mother knew that he had been gifted with the Hyouton kekkai genkai, something that had skipped her generation. He went through the academy fairly easily, giving no reason to draw attention to himself.
One day after he had come home, some of the village ninja showed up to their house carrying a note. His father had been killed on a mission. He has stricken with grief, never getting the chance to even know his father. He only knew he was a renowned swordsman. After going through his father's belongs, he found many notes speaking of the seven swords. His father had been trying to find the items of myth and legend. Uri has since decided to dedicate himself to picking up where his father left off, making sure his death was not in vain. |

Kostya was born in the wilds surrounding Kirigakure and left at the door step of an orphanage in the village. For a lot of his younger years, he bounced around from family to family, each one sending him back to the orphanage. After about 3 families, Ky didn’t even care if a family showed interest in him. At the age of twelve, after graduating from the ninja academy, Ky left the orphanage. He swore he would make his life better and make things better for the only people he ever considered a family, the kids living them. |
