Well, I've looked into my manga list (not so big) but still found some, I don't know if you've read them or not, so yeah:

Machimaho: I Messed Up And Turned The Wrong Person Into A Magical Girl (not a light novel if you can believe it) is a really good manga that starts off as a seeming magical girl spoof, but as it goes on it starts turning into an earnestly good series that takes it's world building an character development pretty seriously. Imagine Card Captor Sakura, but Sakura is a chain smoker with the a mouth that would make a sailor blush and an explosive anger issue that makes Vegeta look like Bob Ross.
