	Gnomes. Why did it have to be gnomes?

	She hadn't expected the meter to be so... cute. Taking it and clipping it to a wing, Leva had begun her attempts and was surprised. The gnomes were better at this than she'd anticipated. Her approaches would need to vary, and she'd have to be quick on her feet if she had any hope to catching them unawares. Shuffling her wings, the nightmare demon debated her options. Wait it out, or be an active hunter. Idle hands did the devil's work, but busy hand's got more done. She needed to be the predator. Hunting, stalking her prey. Moving as silently as possible she had to get in just the right location to properly scare her victims. She had to choose the right victims as well. It would do her no good picking some iron willed gnome. Seeking, and finding a gnome was easy, thinking they would be a good target was another thing all together.

	Having scared a student by accident was all well and dandy, but Leva had to get gnomes. Otherwise, it would not be ideal.

	+1 Still nothing. Hiding didn't seem to be good. Moveing around seemed to be a better tactic, so she was sly as she could be, widing her way past trees and shrubs to get into position. She was determined to scare and perfect her FEAR prowess.

	Though she'd been moving, Leva didn't seem to be able to find any gnomes. A most... disheartening prospect. So she'd tried her hand at hiding once more to no avail. It was really, quite turning out to be hard than she had anticipated.

	She had been doing fine. Nearly close enough when her foot had gone down on a twig. The crack had proved her undoing and she hissed as she was forced back. A single snap had been all it had taken to upset her carefully laid plans, (which were none). Biting back the urge to decry this foul place as rigged, Leva pressed onwards. Determined.

	+2 Scaring another student, while unintentional, seemed to have worked and Leva wouldn't look a nightmare in the maw.

	+4 Two gnomes it seemed, was better than one. Having gotten both she noticed a nice uptick on the little pin she'd gotten. Just a bit more, and she would be a frightning master.

	Catching the duo again, Leva was so delighted to watch the pin rise and get her closer to her goal. In fact, she looked at the pin itself. Full? Already? Leva wondered if she might keep going. It couldn't hurt right? Maybe she could grab the other pin, transfer the screams from one to another. Win at both courses. It wasn't exactly fair or wise but who was to say she couldn't try? Actually- She looked around. The gnomes were at the edges, and at the start. They would notice. Clacks clicked the meter, debating. She could just to see her progress. But to what end? A waste of time? It seemed a better use of her time would be to hand in her meter pin as soon as possible and gain esteem for finishing so quickly. Faster the better as the saying went. Unless you were a male, which was the part of the saying no one had yet explained the meaning to her as of yet. Mentally, she made a note to ask her elders what that saying was meaning. Later she would and regret that decision, but in that moment with here meter fully filled, Leva was just pleased. She knew she was just this good. Now she'd be able to prove it.
