[PRP] Wild Mischief (Aureole/Carmine)

It was a good thing Aureole had wings cause she was sure the trick she had just played might not be a well warranted one. At least not to the ghoul she had played it on. A little goo never hurt anyone but some where a little more 'prim and proper' than others.

And might not take a jokes all that well.

The wail that rang out behind her signaled to her on her correct judgement of the other. And resulted in her falling into a giggle fit. Her whole body shook as she fluttered backwards in the sky, hands covering her grin-split mouth.

"Please -pfff- tell me I wasn't the -hahaha- one to see that!?" She did honestly hope someone saw the mini explosion of bright green goo from the goo-bomb she had placed outside of a classroom.

Most of Carmine's days were spent rather aimlessly when there wasn't some kind of event going on at school. Classes seemed to either be rare or he just never went to them. Either way, today Carmine was picking fruit and tossing the seeds at hopeless passersby after he ate the delicious flesh. While mindlessly eating himself into a stupor, he noticed a commotion.

A ghoul looked like she was hurriedly getting away from one of the nearby classrooms when she fell victim to an extreme case of the giggles. It was that moment that Carmine felt the slightest of tremors from a goo-bomb going off as well. The neon-green goop went everywhere, and a another ghoul could be heard screaming bloody murder. Meanwhile, the ghoul on the ground seemed to only be laughing even harder.

Carmine's eyes sparkled mischievously as he realized that she must have placed the goo-bomb in the first place. He hastily made his way over to the ghoul, dropping all the fruit he had collected on unsuspecting student heads in the process.

"That was excellent!" he chimed, "Do you have more planned?" he asked, staring at the ghoul. Not even caring for a second that he was definitely invading her personal space and they had never met before. He blinked slowly at her, his lop-sided grin giving away his penchant for chaos.

Her ears twitched at the sound of something falling before her head snapped to the sight of a small boil, eyes a lit with the same glint of mayhem she had! What a lovely duo they could make!

"Thank you," She curtsied before a huge grin broke the 'polite gesture'. "And goodness no! Plenty more where that came from" The Peryton moved the hem of her coat aside to reveal several more goo bombs. She may or may not have holed herself up in her room for quite some time trying to remember her old recipe from childhood. She hadn't exactly written it down. 'Never leave a paper trail.'

And it seemed she hadn't lost the ability to make them, which made her insides flutter around like billions of bats! She was surprised to see herself still able to keep off of the ground with how frantic her wings were trembling of excitement.

"Come, come! The are plenty of others to give a laugh to!" Aureole nicked one of the bombs from the inside of her coat and shoved it into the others hands.

He seemed spry and willing to help so why not? More hands to set the pranks and another to share in a laughing escape! What more could she possibly ask for?

Carmine's eyes grew twice as large and probably appeared to sparkle like coal when the ghoul opened her coat to show off her ammunition. A wicked grin slowly spread across his lips, but morphed into an expression of surprise when the ghoul shoved one of her goo-bombs into his hands.

Oh, this was the beginning of a beautiful friendship.

"Who shall be the next victim.." Carmine mused while looking around the area. In a moment he spotted a group of boils and ghouls all sitting around the grass having a chat. He flashed a devilish smile back at the goo-bomb ghoul before taking off.

Silent as a bat, he flew way up high above their heads, positioned himself over the sitting group, and let the goo-bomb drop. Before it got to the ground, he was already racing back towards his new friend so as to seem less suspicious.

SPLAAAAT!!

The noise the goo-bomb made coupled with the surprised screams of the students was like music to his ears. Carmine was holding his sides trying not to laugh, but when the sound finally escaped him, it was so large it knocked him to the ground.

As he slowly recovered, Carmine wiped a single tear from his eye and stood up. He stretched out a tiny, clawed hand and said, "I'm Carmine by the way!"

Even with both of her hands covering her mouth, the laugh that burst forth could not be contained. She had to bring herself down to the ground lest she lose control and plummet to the earth. A, literal, 'death by laughter' incident was not exactly something Aureole was looking for.

But oh, this boil was gooood!

After wiping a tear or two from her eyes after witnessing the amazing prank, she gave a congratulatory clap and the biggest smile she could. "You aren't too bad yourself!" She grasped the tiny clawed hand outstretched to her and gave it a hearty few shakes. "Name's Aureole, nice to meet someone with a sense of humor! Not too many of them around here, unfortunately."

"Now!" She gave a quick clap before retrieving another goo-bomb from her coat and gave it a few tosses in the air. "Ever stuck one of these in the toilet?"

Oh the wicked ideas this Peryton could spin. She'd given quite a few days of thought for this little 'event.'

Carmine was extremely glad that he had managed to meet someone as destructively fun as he was and looked forward to many many more shenanigans with this ghoul. She seemed to really like the trick he had just played and even complimented him. He beamed a little of course.

She was right though, most of the students at Amityville seemed to be a little too stuck up or in their own heads to enjoy a good joke or prank. Luckily they were brought together to wreck all the havoc that had been missing at the dreary school.

Carmine's eyes grew a little wider when the ghoul produced another goo-bomb and asked about putting it in the toilet, "No, I've never tried that before." A wicked smile began to spread across his lips. He could tell that their friendship was going to be a whirlwind of excitement.

"What if we also left one in someone's locker?" the little bat demon didn't have anyone in particular in mind, but he relished the idea of a surprise goo-bomb to the face when someone opened their locker.
