A match just for fun between the UHV deserter Elizabeth Lange and one Josephine Uchiha.
Ruleset: Unlimited chakra is to be used. No s rank spamming however. Both characters will be leveled to S+. Sharingan stage set to third tomoe. Elizabeth will be playtesting a custom weapon for this match; weapon has not been officially approved. See below spoiler for details.

Description: Elizabeth working as a bounty hunter runs into the occasional issue where she just needs a target alive. The problem with her current methods is that to take someone alive, she needs to be in close and thus her rifle is much less useful. Elizabeth developed this sidearm to deal with close quarter situations. The pistol in question was made by taking the gas system of a spare dart rifle and applying it to a stripped down and remodeled uhv sidearm.
The LLC Pistol fires 12.7x40mm domed capsules containing pressurized and shrunk golden spider threads. Upon impact with a target the capsule will shatter and the silk expand while sticking to a target. These capsules deliver a fist sized amount of silk onto a target. When hardening this silk is harder than rock and can only really be cut off unless one can weaken the molecular bond. Multiple hits from this weapon can cause the entire body to lock up unable to move.
The capsules are fed through 12 round magazines and can fire at a rate of 3 shots per post. Multiple magazines can be carried however the pistol doesnt have any room for modification through seals and the like so the magazines must be manually changed. Magazine change can be done sacrificing a single release for the turn.
The range of this pistol is around 300 yards but is only accurate within 100 yards. Anything beyond that hitting is luck. The rounds travel at about 400 feet per second and will shatter coming into contact with any hard surface.
Ability Summary:
• Fires capsules that will lock a target in place using golden spider silk.
• Can carry an unlimited number of magazines.
• Three shots per post can be fired.
• Only real method of death from this device would be through covering all air passageways with the silk. Target is pretty much presumed dead if they take a hit to the face and cannot find a way to get the silk off. (See asphyxiation)
Location: The fight will take place in a recently emptied UHV base; some bodies still fresh. The area is a full scale base and bunker complete with facilities.
A little lore:
A page in the bingo book lead Josephine to track down elizabeth to this facility. She knows that she is being hunted and the stage has been set for a showdown. The trail is hot but she is concealed upon arrival. The bingo book gives information on her basic combat style however neither combatant have faced each other and thus have no real idea what to expect.
