Rina is a very quiet individual and is noted as being overly serious to the point of aggression, many of her peers find her intimidating because of this. The young shinobi also has a distinct lack of trust in everyone including those titled as her allies, her trust is incredibly tough to gain and even then there will always remain some air of doubt about her person, this never seems to change. Despite her initially cold exterior she is still a capable shinobi and will work well with others if they learn to follow her lead, she is a lone wolf otherwise and will not take orders from those she deems unfit to be directing her. Many of her fellow genin classify her as an unknown and are not sure why she has become a shinobi or what she gets out of it causing them to doubt and fear her in some cases. In reality she is a young girl with a lot of baggage and perhaps the only ones who can truly realize this are the adults, she has lost everything and struggles with herself internally, wanting to eradicate the empty feeling inside of her heart but not understanding how to go about doing something so difficult.

• Resolution: The user is more determined to get fine details from his sensory techniques, but in order to get this type of clarity the user's range of the technique is reduced by half. The user is able to discover type of technique that is about to be active (fuuin, genjutsu, ninjutsu, custom jutsu, complex tai and buki), even specifics such as Bloodline type and rank. Additionally, the user can gain similar information about any chakra source in their sensory technique's range, including what bloodline the person possesses, and how large their chakra pool is.
• Specialist: The user, choosing to specialize in either healing or harmful medical techniques, gains a great boost to their chakra control in that area. • Angel of Death: Using her tendrils Rina is able to sprout wing-like appendages threaded together and protruding from the stitches on her back granting the ability to glide (not fly) short distances through the air. Speed being slightly increased during the time her mock wings are in use. As an added bonus the wings can also be used to negate any serious falling danger from heights, making for a much softer and safer landing process.

"A tragic bleeding heart before me, and I'm starving."
Born into a small village within the Lightning Country the young Rina alongside the rest of her family was born a monster. Living tendrils, hidden cozily inside a suit made of meat in order to better blend in. Attempting to grow up as an average human being was an increasingly difficult task for the young girl who saw no point in hiding away what she really was, being inhuman and attempting to integrate into their society made little sense to her. A couple of years after her birth she was blessed with a younger brother, also carrying the same bloodline as the rest of her family. Satoshi, her little brother clung to her for dear life in his younger years- admiring his elder sister greatly and mimicking her every action. The two of them were inseparable and were often found together even in their free time playing around. This continued on for many years until they were both around seven and nine years old. The simple village life they had grown up in was threatened by the increasing aggressive behavior of neighboring bandits and rogue shinobi. Mock protection fees needing to be paid by the village in order to keep it from being attacked were just barely being paid each month until finally the funds came in short and the assaults began. First it was the outer most houses of the village, pillaged, razed, household members left for dead if they hadn't already been slaughtered. The payments became weekly to keep them from harming the citizens, each week they fell short another family died. Until finally the small village had enough of being attacked and given no aid from Kumogakure, the farmers and families found whatever weapons they could and acted in retaliation. Rina's mother and father were among the militia that went out to face the threat head on, however these were simple people with no knowledge of combat or the ninja art. Even the mother and father of both Satoshi and Rina were no match for their opponent despite the bloodline advantage they carried. Soon all that was left of the village was the passive citizens and the children of the deceased. This was when the enemy took their final step and launched a full on assault on what was left of the people living there.
When the final assault began Satoshi and Rina were both frightened but the latter knew what needed to be done, coaxing her younger brother into following her lead the two of them left their home and ran for the road, attempting to leave the village and find safe haven within the sanctuary of Kumogakure a place much better fortified. However their little legs could only carry them so far before the much older and more skilled rogues were upon them. They had just reached the outskirts of the village when Rina heard voices calling after them and a flurry of kunai and shuriken buizzing by their heads and body. A few of them found their way into the bodies of both Satoshi and Rina, she urged her brother to stand and fight, but take the fall once a normal human being would have succumbed to the injuries received. She did the same, dislodging a kunai from her thigh and using it to defend and attack against the rogues. Before being overwhelmed by the enemy forces Rina was able to moderately injure a few of them, Satoshi even managing to kill one of their attackers. The two of them after being given "fatal" stab wounds fell to the enemy. They stayed quiet and played dead until they felt them to rot, and when the rogues cleared out Rina led her younger brother down the road toward Kumogakure where she hoped they could find somewhere safe for awhile. Making sure to patch up any slashes, cuts, and holes within their human vessels with tendrils while they moved on.
When the two children finally stumbled upon Kumogakure they were instantly identified as children of the Lightning Country and labeled not a threat allowing them within the city walls, under watch for the time being. They were cleaned up, and sent to the current Raikage in order to be debriefed and give an account on what had happened, Rina taking the lead in these discussions and explaining their circumstances. After the village was happy with what information they had been given they took the two children in as wards of Kumogakure and helped them find work and board in order to live without much worry. This worked for some years as they got themselves situated in the village and really began to understand what they were and what their place in the world was. However the siblings disregarded most of this and Rina instead enlisted into the academy some months later picking up on everything rather quickly despite having no prior knowledge when it came to shinobi. Her younger brother Satoshi followed in her footsteps as she progressed through the years and eventually graduated. She was a genin for some years after graduation, still retaining the rank due to not understanding what her role should be on the battlefield. More recently she had discovered her keen ability to distinguish chakra, and her steady hands (or tendrils) when it came to medical practice. Finally getting a foothold, a starting place on her shinobi career she was able to allow her brother to catch up to her so now the two might progress together and become a more powerful and detrimental part of the village.
