	Crimson was not sure they really liked the idea of hearts that did not actually bleed. To what purpose did they have then? Not even decorative really. It was all just very- annoying. Hearts were good for one thing and one thing only. Sacrifices. Okay more than JUST sacrifices but that was a big thing. They were good in meals, and ways to move blood from one part of the body to another, they were only good for a select number of things. Being in the incorrect shape and being used to show affection were not the correct uses. It was shameful really. But- Crimson was a reaper of the people. They would do what must be done. Plus it was a good learning experience, they could hardly say no to that now could they?

	As Crimson began to pick from their options it became apparently they were not really picking so much as they was just being given their applies. It wasn't very good in their opinion, as it was supposed to be a thing crafted from one's heart. (though they were not ready to give their own up anytime soon.

	Crayons , used Popsicle sticks that smelled like various fruit flavors, randomly shaped small plastic jewels, kiss shaped stamps, and scissors with patterned blades were what they got as craft supplies and frankly Crimson was a bit sad. No blood was to be used but as everyone knew, blood would have made it ten times better. That was just fact. That was just what blood did.

	Attempting to put the card in the envelope, Crimson was a bit sad to find it refused to fit, so they began to shove at it. Hey, they could make it work. Just watch them. Again and again they shoved but four ripped envelops later, the blood mage reaper was beginning to have their doubts about it working.

	Crimson huffed as still, the card would not budge. Not even removing parts had helped and had just made the card ugly. With no real other options left, they would have to start all over again from stage one. Crimson still stood by the idea that the hearts would be better if they were real hearts. After all, who didn't like real, raw hearts delivered in the mail.

	Starting over, the paper they got was a bright crimson. Just like them! Smiling the blood mage took it back to their work station, intending to see the project completed.

	Stamps in the shape of kisses, used Popsicle sticks once again, Scissors with patterned blades and finally lace doilies- Crimson figured they could maybe work with these materials. If anything, they might at least get to make cool paper shreds and give themselves fake temporary tattoos from the stamp ink. Or something.

	Once done, the final test came again. Could it fit into the envelope? Crimson was sure it could. They had been extra careful not to load it up this time. However, as they tried, it just kept resisting. He was really not wanting to make yet another.

	Crimson was really wanting to mail their card out, and they already had to start over once, they were not wanting to do so a second time. But if that was how it was going to be they would do it. Maybe they could just not...use so many things. Maybe. No promises though. Right before they gave up however, the card finally managed to wiggle into the envelope. Bless the elder gods, the reaper was half sticky from glue already. They hadn't wanted to try their luck with crafting again.
