05 - Do Not ask for breeding privileges if:
05a - a kat is unable (too young, fling when mated, etc.), or
05b - a kat is unwilling (Good x Ebil, rival clans, etc.).

I like these. I love to roleplay but I've been very bad about keeping them going. So I'm not as particular about it as I used to be. Want your kat and mine to be mated, and they have no other ties?
