I suppose that was his fault. Toso hadn't put the full extent of his skill into the throwing of his weapon. In truth it most likely would have killed Axel if he did. Which was not the Squids intention. He didn't expect it to be deflected so easily. He was disheartened but it takes a lot to get this squid angry. Perhaps Axel's taunt would have instilled some anger if he wasn't right. "Bloop I'm sorry Axel-Nii I simply didn't want to kill you is all. Bloop, you understand." Toso would be forming hand signs perched pretty in his location when he spoke. He would inhale deeply, it looked as if Toso was aptly ready to release and easily defended against ink Blop. Instead however, it was a ball of condensed wind. It would strike the ground at Axel's feet as it burst into a vortex to swallow both him and the ink mines which would burst within it. The combination of the constricting blend to shower his person. If the black blots connected they'd tighten around the skin like a beauty face mask. It wasn't axel who should be concerned. These blends would be causing his iron sand cloud nearest him to clump together turning them from malleable grains to dirt clod like clumps.
The tumultuous winds wouldn't stop there as Toso would then form a string of hand seals to follow. He knew that the winds were strong but he needed to put the nail in the coffin. Any iron sand would be getting tossed about and now the finale. Toso would slam his hands on the roof together as highly pressurized flood waters poured down from above to aid the shredding winds. Toso didn't allude at all he had Suiton jutsu capable of use without pre-made water in his arsenal and now a cacophony of things was occurring. Constricting Blend, Gale force winds shredding spinning up, Turbulent waters slamming down with the resident inside left to be sandwiched between the two. These two pressures from above crumbling down and up simultaneously, the wind scattering what remained of the sturdier iron sand formations. While this occurred Toso would jump down and land where his Midori Gumo found itself. Embedded in the ground. He'd pull it out and turn around. A bead of sweat on his brow. This combination would have taken a lot out of him but he was never one to underestimate an opponent especially his long lasting friend. Toso would find an area free of his iron sands sneaky grasps and await looking at the vortex awaiting it to disperse as he was prepared for a warrior who had most likely yet to give up.

The dart hit Axel on the leg, it hurt much much more than he expected, so much so that he fell on one knee on the ground. Red ink flowed out of his wound, such a deep red color that he thought it was blood. “Damn you Toso.” He cursed and gripped the blade as hard as he could so it would not fall off his arm. He looked up at Toso and saw a ball coming down, he couldn’t make out of what exactly, but he mustered his strength to jump away from the immediate area of the fall. He rolled on the ground as the wild winds erupted and pulled ink and iron sand toward it. The red head felt himself being pulled as well, but he would have none of the squid man’s tricks, not here, not now. He revered the grip of his sword and laced it with chakra as the winds began to pull him from the ground toward the center. He spun his blade, creating a shield akin to the frontal part of a dome, made of stone that was strong enough to block the winds and subsequent water flows his squid friend. While the winds quieted down, he turned his katana back into a bow and 20 arrows. Once the winds died down, Axel would remain behind his earthen shield-semi-dome he had somehow spawned from his katana, somethings never made sense to him, especially how he was able to create earth from his metal blade, but at times like these, he found it was best simply not to question the magical wonders of chakra and simply focus on the fight at hand. The red head kneeled on the ground with his right foot forward, and the left running perpendicular to the ground, but still in incredible pain from the dart that Toso had been kind enough to lodge into his leg. What Axel didn’t understand was why it hurt so damned much; it felt like the worse injury he had ever taken, and he hadn’t taken that many thankfully, but it was like a metal bar has been driven through his leg, and at the moment, it hurt too much for him to peek his head out and shoot Toso successfully.

Technique Used:
Iron Lord’s Decree: By paying an amount of chakra, and Iron Sand, that varies, the user is able to create a weapon out of the Iron Sand that is stored within Iron Decree. This weapon is made up of individual grains of sand packed together, making it solid and fluid at the same time (the weapon is as hard as any normal weapon, with the added bonus of being Iron Sand). Splashing Rain: The user will reverse the grip on their sword, so that the blade runs parallel to their forearm. Focusing their chakra about the blade, they whirl the blade quickly to form a shield of elemental chakra to block incoming attacks.

Toso was mentally exhausted to say the least but his body held firm. He only just noticed that his Midori-Gumo had more red on it than before. So it had struck Axel-nii. He wondered where. The turbulent winds would disperse as it became evident. He was on his knees, blood coming from both his leg. Toso felt two things at once one was guilt and the other...an almost sadistic pleasure from inflicting an injury. He couldn't feel too sorry for his friend after all both had the drive for victory in their hearts. Toso remembered when he had succumb to his father's searing blend, if it could be comparable to anything it was probably how a woman felt giving birth or menstrual cramps.
Now wasn't the time to wallow in such imagery. Toso would continue his assault. Both of them were nearing their limits it seemed, but with Axel's bow in hand Toso would not take any unnecessary risks. Mere seconds after seeing Axle's debilitated state the sign of Toso's practice as a Buki Jutsu user would reveal himself. He would spin the searing tipped Midori-Gumo like a buzzsaw creating an all around defense circling his person shielding him from projectiles and scattering surrounding sands during his advance. The brush would glow resonating with Toso's heroic and mystic spirit. "Let's end this Axel-Nii!" When and if he closed the gap Toso's eyes would target Axel's right side. The area where his stance was weakest from the searing blend. His blades would continue it's relentless sawing assault perhaps marking more areas for the searing blends effects to seep into. He'd continue until he would find that opening and when he did. He'd strike it with the unholy force powerful enough to shatter steel, but utilizing the haft end rather than the blade so not to be filled with killing intent and if this failed Toso's eyes would glimmer because he would allow no opening to be taken advantage of. He would duck or perform and evasive maneuver with whatever counterattack Axel had planned for him and then the haft would immediately shoot for his Abdomen to carry him over Toso's head and slam him parallel opposite of him. At the end of all these maneuvers successful or not Toso would pant heavily and the sound of a crack would echo through the battlefield as the Squids neck seemed to displace itself for the moment. The injuries from Axel's sand burial finally taking full effect. There was a reason why Toso was trying to keep his Bukijutsu use to a minimum. Not just to conserve strength but because pushing himself like he did now after Axel's attack from long ago would have caused this to happen. His right arm and leg caved from the stress that he put on them. Toso smiled to disguise the insurmountable pain as he dropped his weapon and like axel fell on one knee.

ΦShattering Thrust Rank: A :: Simple Description: The user will move forward, identifying the weakest point of a basic structure, before piercing it with their weapon. A precise stab causing a deconstruction of nonliving materials. ( Cannot be used to deconstruct in-use weapons. )
ΦCounter Barrage Rank: A :: Simple Description: Obviously, another counter strike, in which the user will duck beneath the enemy's attacks, and thrust the butt of the spear into their abdomen to raise them into the air, before sending them crashing into the earth with ground shattering force. ((No Idea If Counters like this count as an attack or defense. I think it counts as defense but counts as an attack activation on your next post giving you one less attack activation, because you wouldn't need to spend Stamina unless you actually had something to counter. So its however you wanna roll with it. I used the Stamina assuming Axel would try to defend himself somehow.))
