After a brief run to fetch some snacks for Akoto, the two had managed to come to the gates of the village. The younger of the two would remain busy munching on a to go order from a deep fry stall within the village. She looked up at Kaneko for a brief moment before focusing back on the road before them. It would be a pretty long ride to their destination. She would be fine with waiting, though it would still very awkward having another person there to help her. She would just have to do her best so Kaneko wouldn't hate her presence entirely.

Akoto walked alongside Kaneko as they entered the village, coming back from their mission in Water Country. She accepted the snack given to her and nodded at the suggestion to take a shower. That exercise had caused her to sweat a good amount from the heat in the buildings. "R-Right. We should turn in the mission first though..." She said, hurrying towards the mission board once more.
In an orderly formation... probably, Kagerou, Miyuki, Takeda, and thei two performers they were to escort approached the tower walls of Kirigakure's land entrance. Turns out that they happened to prefer having as little sea travel as possible. Approaching the gate guards, the group awaited their turn to be processed through and whatever instructions that may have come with it.

• Dream Audience - Kagerou's dream is to help as many as she could. From this desire, the dream world manifested the power to multiply the recipients of all of her eiseijutsu techniques. With neither extra effort nor decrease in power, Kagerou can affect two extra targets for each eiseijutsu activation as long as they fulfill the requirements to be a target (i.e. contact for most eiseijutsu by default or sound when Kagerou performs eiseijutsu). Past the starting two, she must spend a total of 5(n-3)+10 energy split evenly between chakra and stamina for each additional target; n = number of targets. After everyone in Kagerou's group was given clearance to enter the village, with the performers receiving their stamps, Kagerou stepped back into home sweet home after a nice, simple mission. Turning around to face the others after they had also filed in, Kagerou gave a quick update to the VIPs, "Dear guests, we'll be at the Sero in just a little bit. After that, I understand that you will be meeting with others to be further escorted." Then she looked over at Miyuki and Takeda. Miyuki got a friendly smile. Kagerou really enjoyed her company this time. The girl was an interesting fellow. Even though they would be traveling for just a bit longer, Kagerou looked for the next time they would meet again. Takeda got a hard smile. Kagerou hadn't said a word about his wounds for various reasons but that didn't mean she had forgotten or that he had only been recently discharged. After the quick round of nonverbal communication, Kagerou turned around and continued to lead the way back to the Cero, traversing through the ever changing bridges and ferries of the Mist village with the ease of a local.

Kaneko was about to ask her bun bun what to do next when a rather large...pod, dropped in front of her and she seemed to not be able to look away as it unfurled it's own beauty to show....Inka? That couldn't be him, and why did he have to ruin such a beautiful pod?"I...I uh..you don't look like the Mizukage, but you sort of do...who- what are you?"She asked, moving her hand to the spear positioned on her back, this was creepy and she just couldn't look away. Who was this? How did they know she could heal and should she really obey and go help those who need it? She didn't know and was nearly frozen in place by confusion. A pod landed by Akoto as well, Inka's golden liquid form rising from the pieces of the broken pod as it spoke to her, or at least that's what Akoto had once thought. His words hit her like pure venom, striking her as hard as a building. "W-Weak..." Was all that she could mutter as he continued. His instructions were clear: get out of the way and let people get work done. As his words finished, Akoto would run off into a corner, tears flowing down her cheeks as she curled up into a ball, murmuring to herself.
[･･･] Both Inkas gazed up and above your heads, their leaking sockets steadily continuing to make streaks down their cheeks, to their jaws, dripping down to the ground. Whatever words were thrown their way went unheeded and unrecognised, their bodies so still that it would be easy to say there was no life to be found within either of them. As one of you ran away to a corner, the Inka that had landed in front of you seemed to ripple slightly, a gentle motion that somehow was enough to dislocate the jaw - his mouth hanging open, revealing how the pink flesh inside was actually tinted green, and there was no throat - just a crater of a mouth with teeth and a tongue, but no means to ingest anything down or breathe via it. From what little light there is, you can see some kind of mesh pattern where the esophagus is meant to be, glistening with its own, translusent, ooze.

She was ignored and as she looked away to see her bun bun go off into a corner to cry, she became very concerned, especially when what seemed to be another Inka went excorcist and Kaneko had to back up further in fear. She couldn't believe what was in front of her, a terrible monster and...a boring one? She turned and made a beeline for her bun bun, scooping the young girl into a hug and keeping her huddled closed to comfort the poor girl."Shhh, what did he say? That monster is NOT our Mizukage and if I find the real one, I'll smack him for saying mean things to you."She stroked the young girl's head, trying to calm her down and get her back up on her feet so they could go and try to find whatever was causing this.

Akoto would be upset by the words of the fake Inka, though she was still quite disturbed by it's appearance. Feeling the arms around her form, she opened an eye to see Kaneko embracing her, telling her it would be alright. She hugged back, nuzzling into her form a bit before looking back at the two mizukages. "B-Buh-But...H-He said to hide...I wasn't strong enough to help..." The Senju mumbled, tweedling with her fingers again as she wiped her eyes free of any tears.
[･･･] The one with a still properly attached jaw shuddered as yet another one of you walked away. A tearing sound of something thick, rubbery, and juicy sounded as he shivered on the spot - followed immediately by a splash of green-tinted fluid underneath him. The black robe was now obviously soaked and heavy from the stomach down, clinging close but revealing something wrong with his belly area - it clung too deep at one point, and too out just below it. "Leave me behind." they spoke, in monotonous unison. On the one with the dislocated jaw, you could see the mesh-like material where the throat is meant to be flex and pucker, secreating more juices that were now running freely from the maw, mixing with the red and yellow tracks coming from the eye sockets. "You'll be safe now."

She embraced the young woman tightly before standing up and getting her spear out as she wasn't going to just leave these monsters alone to hurt others."How dare you say such things to Akoto! You are NOT the Mizukage and I'm not leaving!"She looked to Akoto and helped the young woman up, not wishing for her to fight but if Akoto wished to, she could either stay and fight or run and find the real Mizukage at the Sero. Kaneko could hold her own and she could heal, someone needed to find the real Inka though."Akoto, your not weak, you are very strong and I've seen you use your abilities with wood, but unless you think you can fight right now, I suggest going to find the real Inka and making sure he doesn't need help or anyone else."She wouldn't care which her friend chose, if the monsters decided to disappear, she couldn't chase them since she had no sensory ability.

Akoto shook her head at Kaneko, the older female’s words have resonated with the small bunbun. ”Na-No! We’re a team. That means that we w-work together. I’m not leaving you behind.” She replied standing beside Kaneko and facing the two Inkas.
[･･･] Both remained in their spots - living, unbreathing, statues - with one gaping wide at the jaw and the other in the stomach. A shiver racks the frame of the one - and the thick, congealing splish sound of something wet and gellatinous landing at its feet occured, obscured by the heavy robe, but the puddle of ooze had grown suddenly... With its eyes on some distant sight, it spoke; "Am I truly so wrong," It's words were tinted with regret. "That I must die?"
Afterwards, the jawless spoke; "Ah ai u-i oh awh," The mesh at the back of it mouth oozed around the deformed speach. "ah eu wau ah ah-ie ie." Was it a question? It sounded regretful, or maybe there is pain in its jaw hanging only by muscle and skin.
