Decision Making

Ruth couldn't put it off any longer. Her Superiors were adamant about their decision and she was a good daughter. An obedient daughter. She would perform and behave as expected, which meant tying up loose ends in the Academy before her departure.

Right about now would be the time when Ruth would admit how she never expected she would miss being the Violet. Though really, what she would miss were the creeple that ended up buying the act and not the act itself. The Paranoia Agent knew she couldn't just up and leave a certain flame demon without saying goodbye. Even if it meant burning bridges as she left.

Pondering

Was she really all that good and obedient a daughter? A part of her believed it, one of the rare few moments of genuineness that a paranoia agent reaper could be afforded. And had she still been a first year snot at Amityville Academy she would never have this doubt.

But she wasn't a snot any longer, was she? She was a hob and had gone through so much since passing her exam. Ruth knew she was more than just Ruth. She was The Violet. She was Blondie. She was more than the sum of her experiences.
