Keisuke was born in international waters while his family was travelling away from a hostile area. His parents needed to move somewhere safe due to thieves and such, so they searched for a village that could offer security and a stable life for their children. Kumogakure ended up being their new home, though Keisuke was too young to remember the move. He was enrolled in the academy once he was able and treated as a regular citizen. His family instilled in him a series of principles to follow, Buddhism, and a promise to improve the world around him.

                    He stretched his arms over his head and to the side for both sides. Punching techniques were often considered simple since it tended to be one quick movement. This one involved a little more movement with the rest of his body. He exhaled as he followed the first part of the technique by making a small step forward with his right foot. His body was a little tense as he compressed it, imagining a snake coiling up before a strike.

                    He held the position for a few extra moments to get used to the feeling. It was very pointed and not a stance he could use universally but was probably not a give away to his movement. He threw himself forward while twisting his hips to carry the momentum better. Right hand thrown as fast as possible at it's same height. He was short enough that it'd land on the average shinobi's chest.

                    The next stance seemed a bit silly to him, but this was a praised style and he decided to go along with it. He lowered himself by bending his knees. He kept his left knee raised a bit higher to meet his chest. He practiced shifting his hips side to side like a pendulum. It felt strange but the motion would help with the kick. He swung his hips once more and extended the raised knees as quickly as possible.

                    The next step was two movements. He tucked his right leg back underneath him as he jumped with the folded left. As he was in the air he kicked out with his left leg like he had with the right. He folded the left leg back under him as he landed, putting him in the original rooster pose. He bent his left knee higher this time to practice each side. He kicked with his left and mimicked his previous movements to land, jump, and kick with his right once more.

                    Animals and elements influenced this style that was frequently attributed to monks. Still, he wondered why a bear would be the ideal behind dodging and re-entering. He took a neutral stance as he controlled his breathing. He would have to pretend to avoid an attack; in his mind, the coiling snake punch he'd just perfected. He jumped to the side to avoid the imaginary fist.

                    He avoided the initial blow and bounced back into range just as the snake fist was returning. His hand stiffened as he made his palm available. Before the imagined attack fully recoiled he swept forward with his hard palm. The hand he'd struck faltered and moved to the side under the momentum of the attack, which left an opening. He returned to a neutral stance as the false image faded, knowing he would've been able to use his own coiling snake punch.

                    A defensive technique was next in the style. It took after the idea of birds in two different ways. First was a simple action that could be seen as grooming. The second was to mimic birds on the hunt. Both would deflect an attack. He began the first part by raising his hand above, curving his arm as if he had a cape hanging down from his arms and he was hiding beneath.

                    The second hand hung below tensely. His fingers were straight and together, ready to chop at any move that came near his lower body. He shifted his hips over to complete the defensive stance. His lower hand turned and could redirect or block while the upper hand was capable of protecting him from head shots. The stance offered the option to attack again after blocking due to its openness.

                    He loosened up his body by shaking his arms and legs out. He'd had enough martial arts training for the moment. Instead, he tried something a little more unique. He closed his eyes and focused on his own tenketsu points. He followed his own chakra flow and surged chakra to his right palm. He closed his fingers over to create a fist for a moment as he formed a spherical pool of chakra inside. He peeled his fingers away to reveal a small, glowing ball of Koton chakra. Such was the skill of his family.

                    He dropped the ball of light onto the ground. It was dim but even more so in the natural daylight. He removed the staff from his back and held it parallel to the ground in front of him with both of his hands. He surged chakra to both of his hands this time. The Koton chakra began to leave his hands and cover the weapon. The staff appeared the same at the moment, but if the natural light faded to dusk, the staff would appear to glow. This was the technique he had to use on his scrolls so he could read at nighttime.

                    He returned the staff to his backside. Out of respect to his father who gave it to him, he wouldn't let the weapon touch the ground unless necessary. He was sure it would look weird if night fell and he had a glowing stick, but the other genin didn't seem malicious enough to tease him. He followed the idea of light as he formed a hand seal. He then cupped his hands together in front of him.

                    He worked on controlling his chakra as he pulled his hands apart. Chakra spilled between his palms and stretched with his moving hands. The chakra between them began to glow lightly. This glowstick was then stretched into a spherical shape as he moved his hands like he was rolling a ball around. The ball illuminated his cloak before he clapped his hands together to destroy the light source.

                    He closed his eyes and imagined the outside of the dojo. This form of shunshin would cause him to flicker before disappearing. He would need to leave the room for some of his more potent Koton techniques. He didn't want to temporary blind them, especially if one of them possessed a doujutsu. His techniques tended to be more effective against such kekkai genkais. With that in mind, his put his hands together and focused.

                    In a second he was transported out of the academy with a flicker. He appeared on the front steps of the building with another flash of light. He adjusted his cloak has he examined his surroundings. It was too bright outside to truly enjoy some of his techniques, but he shrugged. If he'd kept a notebook like his father had suggested then he would have marked the technique off the list. He decided not to be a smart alec by using the technique twice to get inside.

                    He started walking up the steps, but stopped himself. There were techniques that really would hurt the others' eyes. He frowned and looked around to make sure there was no one else outside. He put his hands together and focused. His chakra flow ebbed naturally and followed his breath. Chakra training was just as intense as the physical kind, though he didn't struggle to catch his breath and tended to sweat less this way.

                    He surged all of his chakra outward. He could see the reflections of his light as it cast dramatic shadows on his surroundings. For a quick second all of the leaves on the trees had darkened the ground. People that saw this technique would probably feel pain beside the blindness. Distance was probably the best protection from such a light.

                    He put his hands together for a string of hand seals. This was an old academy technique but it used more than regular chakra. This was a lightning type of clone so it required his lightning nature to activate. He channeled his chakra as he focused on the idea of himself. In a moment, an identical version of him appeared. It looked like a mokuton clone, but would send out sparks once hit.

                    He didn't destroy the clone. There was a way to treat lightning clones as walking bombs. This required a lot of attention and not just to activate the technique. If he was in range, he could end up blowing himself up. It would be less explosion and more electricity. Which was another way to say incredibly painful.

                    He sent the clone away from him and away from the dojo. He didn't want to accidentally shock someone inside. The clone finally got a safe distance away and he formed a hand seal. Chakra activated inside of the clone and it tore at the seams. Electricity exploded out of the form and shocked everything near it. It cracked a branch off of the tree it stood under before finally fading into light crackles.

                    His next nature was fire. He formed his hand seals and focused. Chakra control was always hit or miss with him since taijutsu was always more interesting. His breathing increased as his chakra surged out of his body in a test-run. It spiraled outward in a rose-like formation. Or maybe he was just seeing nature reflected in his actions.

                    He then applied his own chakra nature to the technique. He whispered the jutsu name under his breath as he tried not to worry about being burned. His first technique and it certainly wasn't something to scoff at. He breathed through the flames that whipped off his body and ate at the air in front of him. He let the technique burn for what felt like its natural variation before straightening his posture and checking his clothes for ash.

Official Description: A directed wide-area blast of light that can blow through most defenses with ease. The user picks the direction of the blast, and can alter its radius to suit his/her needs. The minimum radius for the attack is one meter, at which point the blast can destroy almost anything it hits and will extend outward for thirty meters. There is no maximum radius for the blast, though it loses its lethality after the ten meter radius mark and will shorten in length until, at a radius of thirty meters, it extends only a meter outward. It will have no effect at all should its radius exceed thirty meters. The blast will throw anything caught within it to its outermost edge in the direction of the blast, and will totally obliterate anything that has to move more than five meters to reach said edge.

Official Description: Creates a beam of light directed at an area five meters in radius of the user’s choosing. The beam of light comes from the brightest light source in the area and does varying amounts of damage based on the strength of the light source, which also determines the technique’s cost. A candle’s light will cause minor burns to all in the targeted area and is the equivalent of a D-Rank Jutsu, whereas direct sunlight will obliterate everyone and everything in the effect radius and costs twice as much Chakra as an S-Rank technique. Requires a full post to charge before firing, though the user need not concentrate on the technique after forming the needed hand seals.

Kiyomaru [ Cleanse ]

Official Description: It is not always possible for a medical nin to practice basic hand washing and other procedures. This technique has the effect of instantly removing bacteria, dirt, blood, and other contaminants from the user’s hands, lower arms, and face. It also insures that any breath that comes from the user’s body will be free of any bacteria or infectious disease. This technique can also be used to clean the wounds of others in order to prevent infection from bacteria. In the event that the medical nin is using this technique to prevent infection of an injury that has been inflicted upon them, it is used in the same manner as if the shinobi were using it on somebody else.

Tekishutsu [ Extraction ]

Official Description: When a patient's body has a foreign object in it, such as the point of a shuriken, a senbon needle, or an arrow, it is important to remove the object without further harming the patient. Using this technique the medical nin places their hands on either side of the injured area and uses chakra to very carefully manipulate the surrounding tissues in order to remove the object without causing any further damage. Depending on the severity of the wound and nature of the object, it can take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes to remove it.

Official Description: Bandages can mean the difference between life and death but unfortunately bandages can run out. Med-nin have learned to make temporary bandages from their surroundings. Objects such as grass, sand, water and many others can be woven together over a wound to create a temporary bandage. The bandage lasts for about five minutes without a supply of chakra from the medical nin.

Keksuki Gyouko [ Blood Coagulation ]

Official Description: The user forces their chakra into a wound to make the blood there coagulate and cause the wound to stop bleeding. This is primarily used as a preliminary treatment option since it does not close wounds. The bleeding from superficial wounds can easily be stopped but deep wounds can require several minutes to stop. Using this technique on deeper wounds will result in scar tissue forming if further treatment is not received.

Ketsuekijunkan [ Circulation of the Blood ]

Official Description: Used when the heart is undergoing irregularities or stillness, this jutsu is good for moving blood forcefully through the heart, to the rest of the body. Alternatively, this can cause open wounds to bleed even more, due to the advanced circulation.
Guild Description: At D-rank, this jutsu can provide a slow, but steady flow. At B-rank, this jutsu acts like a normal but faux heart, with a rhythm. At S+rank, this jutsu overpowers the heart's remaining irregularities or stillness, but any open wounds will mean a quick death via bleed-out.

Chishio Tensou no Jutsu [ Blood Transfusion Skill ]

Official Description: Loss of blood is a serious condition, and not very uncommon one in the shinobi battlefield. When a person reaches such a dangerous state, a medical nin can ease their symptoms by using this jutsu. First, the medical nin places a surgically precise cut on the patient and then another cut on the donor. The donor and the recipient must have their respective cuts within six inches of each other; this is typically accomplished by cutting their opposing arms and having them lay beside each other. The medical nin then forms a sphere of chakra between the two cuts drawing out blood from both patients and altering it so that the blood type of the donor matches that of the recipient. It is important to remember that taking more than 1 pint of blood from a donor is extremely dangerous, even with the loss of only 1 pint of blood the donor may suffer from dizziness and fatigue.

Extending Rooster

Description: The user sinks their body by bending their knees, while at the same time lifting a single knee about chest level. Shifting their hips forward like in a pendulum motion, the user quickly extends their leg in a powerful front kick aiming for the opponent, quickly followed by another kick by jumping forward with the back leg. This is a versatile technique that can be used to off balance an enemy aiming for the legs or an attacking limb, or go straight through and aim for the enemies face or torso. This technique is very easily followed up by “Coiled snake” and grants a slight strength increase to that technique per this technique's rank if it is used immediately afterward.

Bear Withdrawing, Shocking, then Following

Description: The user will hollow out, or scoot back, just out of the way of an incoming taijutsu or bukijutsu attack, and then bounces back in. Using a strong palm strike, either to clear the attack out of the way or as a preemptive strike to loosen up the enemy, the user has then pushed the offensive and closed the distance, allowing them to push the offensive.

Phoenix Spanning and Turning

Description: The user brings one hand up, like a bird looking at its wing, while at the same time putting the other hand down at the ground like a bird hovering over a kill. Turning at the hips, the user has now created a defensive barrier that can parry most attacks. The spanning hand handles everything up top, the turning hand covers everything low. After the deflection, the user has the ability to attack again. Counts as two defensive techniques (one blocking the upper body, one the lower), but only consumes one activation.

Lion Sweeping and Chopping

Description: The user opens their hips by rotating their front foot out. Then sinking, pivoting, twisting and shifting their hips the user unleashes a powerful torquing round house kick, aiming for the leg to cripple or off balance the opponent. Following with a same side elbow to the back of the head, the user then drops the same elbow vertically into the shoulder, sweeping the enemy off the feet. This is easily followed by “Phoenix Launching and Hunting”, increasing its strength slightly per rank.

Phoenix Launching and Hunting

Description: The user launches themselves into the air towards the opponent, either over an attack or around it and crashes into them with a double knee strike either into the chest or into the head with enough force to knock the target down. Keeping contact, the user rides the enemy down to the ground, and uses his knees to pin his opponent to the ground, like a bird hovering over a kill. Conversly, if the target is already on the ground, the user may just simply drop the knees on them, and enter the position that way. From here, the user can rain down strikes repeatedly, damaging the enemy.

Snake Entrapping and Striking
Rank: C :: Complex
Description: The user lashes out with a single hand, utilizing a chakra enhanced grip strength, and grabs anything he can get a hand on, torso, skin, limb, clothes. From here, the user can push, shove, and shake the enemy making sure to keep them off balance as they rain 2-3 strikes down on the enemy, utilizing his body and his limb as a rubber band to ferociously rain punches, elbows, or palms, wherever they can land them. The last strike is almost always a palm to the head, aiming to knock the enemy down.

Unicorn Charging and Goring
Rank: C :: Simple
Description: The user shifts their hips in the direction of the target while performing a fast side kick aimed for either the leg or the torso of the enemy, striking them heavy to collapse the guard and compromise their frame. To follow this kick, the user then rolls his hands to strike, trap and ensnare a guarding limb or to push and clear a weapon for just a second, then unleashes a quick but vicious uppercut into the chin or neck of the opponent.

Python Wrapping and Constricting
Rank: C :: Simple
Description: The user, usually at a close distance, parries or clears away the opponents limbs or weapons while utilizing their own body to wrap up, pin, and immobilize the enemy. After striking twice, the use then aims to wrap around the enemies neck or limbs, constricting blood flow to make a fast choke out or trapping and immobilizing a limb to limit the opponents defenses, mobility, and counter attack potential. Weakness occurs after 1 post effects, after and the limb is numb after 2 posts of being held, or the opponent is unconscious.

Description: The user sends some chakra through their body to vastly increasing their strength for a moment. Once at a close distance, the user lifts the enemy high over their head quickly, then turns the opponent and spikes them on their head in a very damaging body drop. Deals damage to armored opponents as if they were unarmored.

Rushing Rooster

Description: In a near instant burst of motion, the user unleashes a massive array of 9-10 "rolling" machine gun style punches to the opponent, keeping a constant flow of strikes while impacting a single target, or changing targets every strike on the centerline of the opponent. Hitting multiple points makes it more difficult to defend, but continually hitting a single point does massive damage.

Vibrating Palm

Description: The user focuses chakra into their palm and aims to strike their enemy in the torso. After allowing their hand to vibrate, the chakra displaced in the enemy will also vibrate, causing the enemies vision to go blurry as well as make muscle contraction and movement difficult for 2 posts or until treated by a medic.

Rushing Spirit

Description: The user coats their body in chakra, and utilizes it as a small propulsion system, with speed comparable to a shunshin, that quickly closes the distance between the user and the opponent. Once the user is close, a wave of dense chakra is released off of the user. Against an opponent of lesser rank, this blast could launch them off of their feet. Against a user of same rank, this blast off balances them and sends them stumbling. Against an enemy of higher rank it can simply move limbs, clear the weapon, and blind the person for a split second, offering a little opening.

Raikou Henge no Jutsu [ Lightning Transformation Technique ]

Official Description: When performing this skill, the user transforms into an extremely quick 'strand' of lightning. In this quick state, nothing is done slowly - everything is in a rush for the user. However, this strand of lightning is incapable of changing directions on its own. It can only change directions by bouncing off another object, such as a tree or a boulder, but the user is capable of bouncing off in any angle they wish to. The transformation automatically dissipates when the user makes contact with a living target: being in a state similar to lightning, the user plunges completely into their target, and ends up in their physical state on the other side of their opponent. In addition to giving the target a painful electrical shock, this skill may cause temporary paralysis. Because of the fast speeds associated with this skill, the user will feel dizzy, confused, and often nauseous for some time afterward. This technique can be used in conjunction with other Jutsu, such as the Call of Lightning Technique, or the Lightning Clone Technique, to confuse the opponent. However, no skills can be used in this state.

Dendou Hari Fukyuu no Jutsu [ Electric Needle Spread Technique ]

Official Description: The user begins to grow needles of electricity all over the front area of his or her body. Anyone using a Taijutsu on the user at this point from the front side will get a slight sting. Once the needles have grown for two posts, the user then forms one hand seal and all the electric needles launch themselves in a front spreading maneuver in a forward direction. Asuka had to stay home from the ninja academy one day because she was sick, so her mom stayed home too. Of course, her mother needed to go buy some medicine. Her mom came back at the same time a burglar entered the house. They fought in the living room while Asuka was stuck in a fever dream; her own mind supplied an explanation for the sound of screaming that pierced the sleepy haze, and she later woke to find her mom on the floor, dead. Her aunt moved in and watches over the now-genin as she copes with maladaptive daydreaming, a strict personal code, and a suppressed sense of injustice.

Any closed Tenketsu will be opened, and any excess Kūton Chakra will spread out through the body part and pool in wounds and bruises, greatly accelerating healing techniques targeted in those areas as the healing Chakra will be drawn toward the Kūton Chakra.

Official Description: Turns the user ethereal for six of his/her posts. While ethereal, the user is not affected by any kind of physical barriers or attacks, and is unaffected by Ninjutsu or Genjutsu under B-Rank. Likewise, the user cannot use any type of technique other than Fuuinjutsu—provided the user has access to the proper seal—and healing techniques. Official Description: Oiroke no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Uzumaki Naruto. This technique is a variation of the Henge technique. Naruto changes his form into that of a nude, sexually appealing young woman. This technique is normally used to titillate and knock unconscious perverted adults or get Naruto's sensei Jiraiya to do what Naruto wants.

Kaze Fuuchuufuyuu [ Wind Levitation ]

Official Description: Utilizing and controlling the wind, the user is able to force the wind beneath an object in order to force it to rise up from the ground.
Guild Description: The effectiveness of this Jutsu is very much dependent upon the weight of the object in question; large objects will take longer to lift, while lighter objects can be quickly lifted. Additionally, as the Jutsu works by forcing wind beneath the targeted object, the higher the object gets, the harder it is to raise it any higher. A person with only the basic training in the technique would be slow to raise a rock the size of a person’s head. This technique can be used to hurl objects at enemy.

Kaze Nori [ Wind Riding ]

Official Description: Creates a ball of air which can carry the user at great speeds.
Guild Description: The user form a ball of rapidly swirling air beneath the feet, upon which they typically sit (some with exceptional balance may choose to stand). As a result the user is left hovering several feet above the ground, and is able to control the ball to move quickly in any direction, essentially allowing the user a high degree of speed and agility while they remain on the ball. Due to the nature of the ball and its speed, it is quite natural for users of this technique to move across walls and ceilings. Lasts for three posts.

Official Description: The user creates a large tornado about ten feet high directly around their enemy wide enough so that they have little room to move. The opponent will find themselves trapped inside the eye of this tornado, unharmed by the winds but unable to move without touching the tornado. If they attempt to escape they will find the swirling winds will push them back inside the center, with several cuts and scratches due to the ferocity of the winds. However just as what’s inside cannot leave what is outside cannot enter; any attacks or projectiles will simply be deflected back out.

Official Description: By blowing air from their mouth, the user is able to change direction while in mid-air at high speeds. In the anime, it was shown it can also be used to blow up a dust cloud, concealing one's location and movements.
Guild Description: Usable by simply blowing through the mouth, this jutsu is meant more for movement than for attack. Is a lesser relation to the Sage Art version, Fuuton Sunabokori [ Wind Element Dust Cloud ].

Nagare Tensou no Jutsu [ Current Transfer Technique ]

The next physical attack he or she performs is charged with this electrical current; if he or she blocks a weapon attack with a weapon, the current transfers over shocking the attacker. Description: The user will begin by placing two of their projectiles between their fingers, followed by a quick insertion of chakra to their hand. Medium projectile weapons instead gain a slight boost to strength per rank.

Description: Very similar to the shinobi method of puppet control, this technique is performed by attaching lines of chakra to up to five projectiles and then releasing and retracting them. However, unlike the puppet strings, these lines of chakra can be cut, and are not very maneuverable. Allows for the basic control of up to one projectile per rank, starting at D-Rank. The strings can be broken by any Chakra-infused attack. Lasts for three posts.

Description: The user will begin by placing four of their projectiles between their fingers and a single in their grip. They will coat their hand with chakra, and then place it to their forehead as they gather focus. At the users discretion, the projectiles will be flung with increased focus and aim, upon impact with any surface, all five projectiles will erupt causing a one meter diameter burst and moderate damage. Gains a slight boost to strength per rank. The target is denied any reflex boosts to avoid the burst.

Retracting Line

Description: An addition to the technique Calling Cord. By forcing an additional surge of chakra into the strings wrapped around the projectiles, the user is able to briefly control the length, and movement of the strings. Thus, allowing for a much more diverse angle of attacking or retracting. Automatically applied after learning.

Official Description: Upon casting this Genjutsu, the user claims to have gained superhuman speed, and then seems to vanish in a puff of clouds. However, an illusionary version of the user appears behind the target and rushes straight at the target with unbelievable speed, piercing the target’s heart with a Kunai, and then saying something like “It’s over,” or “You’re finished.” The feeling is real, but it does not cause actual injury.

Official Description: Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique which causes the target to travel around in circles. What do you know about it?: Blend of raiton and fuuton; cannot be used by people who fight for vengeance; despite being shadowy techniques they are visible in darkness.

Give roleplay example with bloodline: I bent backwards and let my palms touch the ground as a handful of kunai flew past. I rolled my legs forward to fold underneath me and found myself crouching, facing the target. I held my left hand out as I watched him, carefully. The projectiles he'd tossed were slowly being dragged towards me. I couldn't risk taking my eyes off of him to collect the tools but creating a void-like presence in my palm did the trick.

Just as one got in reaching distance, he rushed me. I clasped the handle and coated myself in chakra, flashing past him and onto a boulder. I couldn't help but smile as he was breathing heavier now. Physical fighters had their merit, but only if they were fast or strong enough to counter their jutsu-reliant peers. I ate those words as he suddenly disappeared from sight. I formed a hand sign with my free hand. A light mist filled the area. The idea of a form just slightly taller than me filled my head and I knew it had to be him I was sensing. I jumped from the rock just as he jumped from behind.

I twisted back towards him as I landed safely and covered my face from the on-coming rock chunks. He broke the entire boulder with just a fist! I threw the kunai into the settling dust and formed a whip defensively. As I expected, he wasn't phased by the tool and came charging out of the dust. I raised my whip and flicked at him. It wrapped around his neck dangerously and I pulled lightly to throw him off balance. He hit the ground hard and quickly scrambled back to his feet, but Sensei came forward and raised his hand to stop the fight. I shook hands with him without any hard feelings, though I couldn't say the same for him.
