Kurokasa Processing Plant

A large metal processing plant on the river banks, owned by the Kurokasa family. When in operation, it melts down scrap metal and ore delivered to it from mines in the countryside and turns them into usable metal. In recent months, though, production has slowed and rumors have started swirling that there are illicit deals being made on the plant floor that are keeping it afloat.

While the plant floor is not excessively wide, the building is about five stories tall and mostly open space, making it an ideal practicing ground for Shinobi who have gotten on the Kurokasa family's good side. Once they have gotten on the Kurokasa Family's good side, Shinobi training here receive full Academy and Dojo learning reductions.

The muscle would lead the way along the river's embankment to an open factory front, inside which metals were being melted down and reformed into standard ingots. The stench of the fires reached out for blocks around the building, but it seemed as though not much was happening in the processing plant, as the few workers were moving at a snail's pace.

The plant consisted of a building that was several stories tall, probably 30 meters deep and 100 meters long. The top two floors had a few offices that overlooked the plant floor, and in one of them there was a man in a well-ironed white shirt pacing back and forth and shouting at another man--this one wearing a tattered gray shirt and jeans--who was chained to a pipe running across the ceiling. Near the entrance were a couple of tough-looking individuals, and deeper inside a teenage kid about Bunji's size was chatting with a girl who was obviously not falling for whatever line he was feeding her. These four people--the pair near the door and the two deeper in--were all wearing identical uniforms and what looked to be knock-off Shinobi vests.

As Bunji and the muscle duo approached and observed the factory, an angry woman would walk out onto the plant floor and start shouting at the workers. She was dressed almost identically to the man in the white shirt, though she also sported a purple bandana that held her dirty hair back. She and the white-collar man were clearly the most important people in the area, but the others were a bit more ambiguous.

"It's Kind of Scary..."

Crouching down for a moment Bunji stared taking note of the people in the general surrounding. Looking at the ones first in the shinobi tabi he looked back at his two hired hands. "Think those ninja will be tough?" He asked them. Though as he listened to their response he tried to formulate a plan to get into the building, and to take some of them out. A small huff of a sigh came from him before glancing back at the two of them. he'd whisper to them telling them the plan for now. "So we have to get Mr. Rohan, and Mr. Nolan for Mr. Donnie." He exclaimed knowing they knew this. "So I'm going to distract the front guards and try to take them out." He just continued drawing a small picture near the closest patch of dirt he could find. "When I give the signal, and you'll know the signal; I want you two to bull rush the main gate after I do. Cause they won't expect a lone boy walking through the plant. It'll be a surprise." Bunji then motioned slowly towards the two suits. "The one shouting, that one is to be taken back to Mr. Donnie. An the one chained up that's Mr. Rohan, he's also our target. Now I can transport both of them back safely away from harm, but I'm going to need your help."

"If and when you get the chance during the scuffle then you need to knock them both out. Regardless if Mr. Rohan is Mr. Donnies Friend." He then pointed to the second suit. "The woman...I'm not sure what to do with her. I guess if she gets in the way? I guess well will crack some skulls?" The boy said with a smile. It was almost creepy at this point. How could one smile about doing such things. Either way Bunji seemingly felt ready, and motioned the two larger Guards to move up slowly, and get into position for his signal. As Bunji prepared making sure that each of the three scrolls were tied on securely he moved out of line of sight. His hands made several motions similar to those that he had practiced earlier. Though this time he melded two different ones together. A clone appeared out of sight and Bunji now began to conceal himself into the shadow of the clone. As he did so, each hand took a hand full of dirt reading himself now. This clone when dispersed would erupt into a mass of crows, hopefully startling the guards up front.

The clone of Bunji now walked, smile on his face as Bunji watched from below in the shadow of the clone. He had the clone slowly approach the two shinobi dressed individuals. His left hand laying palm first on the butt of his sword. "Excuse me but can you spare some food for a hungry kid?" He asked. He wasn't exactly sure what to really say, or at least have the clone say. But it seemed only fitting that food got him in once, and hopefully it would do it again. He wanted the two guards he was with to bull rush these two and knock them out. While he would try and go for the two deeper inside the plant. The Clone now started to try and walk into the plant. "Please, just some food...I'm so Hungry..."

The pair at the gate immediately went on edge at the sight of Bunji

"Hah? What you talkin' 'bout? Do we look like a charity? Get out of here!" One of them responded. By the name tag on their uniform, this one was named Francis. He reached out to shove Bunji's clone away, but at that exact moment the girl deeper in shouted at him.

"Get away! There's something off about that one!" she yelled. Her hands were clasped together in a hand seal and veins protruded from her forehead.

The other person at the gate--Robert, by his name tag--immediately jumped into the bowels of the processing plant, hiding behind a sheet of processed steel that had been left leaning against a wall. The boy who had been flirting ran toward Bunji's clone, yelling like a maniac with his fists raised, going in for a punch. While this was all happening, Francis took a few steps back, looking confusedly between the girl and Bunji.

"What's going on?!" he shouted back to her. She gave no answer, instead closing her eyes and concentrating so hard that her face turned red and the veins in her forehead became even more prominent.

The white-shirted woman stamped her feet on the ground, then ran toward the stairs leading up to the offices. She looked livid, but it would be some time before she could manage to get all the way upstairs.

"It's Kind of Scary..."

Right before being pushed the man stopped due to the woman's ranting and raving about the boy being off. Well that was rude indeed. Bunji's clone just reacted the way he would have. Looking at them in a confused fashion he stared. The woman now began to head up the stairs while the boy Bunji's age came rushing in. Francis was still confused it seemed. While Robert himself was thoroughly scared it seemed. So in all the commotion Bunji thought he knew who he needed to try and distract. As the boy ran closing the distance between him and the clone his fist connected right into the jaw of the clone. The explosive of crows now filled the room as the clone disappeared. Being shot up out of the shadow Bunji having been propelled up into the air about five feet crossed each hand over his shoulder. In one quick motion his arms extended uncrossing as he let loose dirt. Yes that's right dirt.

The chakra quickly tightened the material he had tossed forming quickly into shuriken that flew through the room. The first three were aimed at the woman as she was running up the stairs, trying to halt her advances. The other three aimed near Robert to keep his scared self back away from them. Landing down on his feet, at that exact moment Bunji's help arrived storming in head first. Vincino arrived first, his right hand swinging wildly at the boy about Bunji's age. Suzanne came rumbling in second. Throwing her broad shoulder at the gut of Francis looking to knock the wind out of him. Hopefully Robert was too afraid to get involved cause that was the way it looked to Bunji; and the young boy and Francis would be held up with Vincino and Suzanne. Bunji made a mad dash now towards the steps, looking to catch up to the woman.

In the confusion of the crows and Bunji's movements, the boy who threw the punch was caught thoroughly off-guard by Vincino. The punch collided with the boy's jaw with a crack, sending him stumbling backward. He was clearly hurting, but after taking a moment to shake his head clear of the shock, he rushed back toward his aggressor, aiming to return the favor with a blow to the side of Vincino's head.

Francis, for all his initial uselessness, fared well under Suzanne's attack. As soon as he spotted her, he crossed his arms and formed a shield of Chakra in front of himself. He still moved backward after Suzanne collided with him, but looked none the worse for wear. After that, he thrust his palm toward her chest, hopefully knocking her down and winding her. [ C-Rank attack ]

The stone shuriken flew true toward the escaping woman, but at the last moment, Robert spat out a wall of water that intercepted them and knocked them to the side. The woman kept running. [ Technique used: Suijinheki ]

Then, all of a sudden, it would seem as though she whipped around and spat out a massive deluge of mud down the stairs at Bunji. Its size and force were such that it seemed like it would drown the entire processing facility floor. At the same time, the steps beneath his feet would also seem to shift into mud as well. Death seemed to loom in that oncoming tidal wave of mud, but would it find the boy? [ Technique(s) used: ??? ]

Vincino was going toe to toe with the boy, much more impressed that the young man was still standing. As he rushed back in Vincino leaned to the side hoping to read the boys movement, bu he caught one in his jaw as well. Taking a step back the man took a haymaker like swing at the lad though if he missed he was ready. Fully willing to grasp both hands and bring them back down in an axe handle smash. Suzanne was faring a bit worse than her male counterpart. Her broad body was blocked by the man and quickly he moved returning the favor. Her chest hurt as she was sent stumbling back her body colliding with the floor. She moved to get up even going as far to raise an arm to block any incoming attacks she may face.

As Robert, the cowardly ninja stopped Bunji's shuriken attack Bunji was annoyed. It seemed the distract and threat of his other three shuriken didn't hinder Robert at all. While making his way up the steps the woman stopped and turned facing him. As she spat out the mud Bunji stopped holding onto the railing waiting for the embrace. But as the steps seemed to change at the last minute he turned to the let jumping the railing and landing on the floor. Quickly his hands moved etching in patterns and symbols before pressing them to the ground. If she was going to create a mudslide, why not a mud hole. The ground from under the steps would quickly churn and rotate. Ripping the floor and the metal frame of the steps from the ground as a large swirling pit was beginning to form. (C-Rank)

Vincino's first attack hit nothing but air, as the boy smoothly dodged and came in with a counterattack. That hope was dashed, however, just like the boy was when the axe handle smash landed. He hit the ground and stopped moving. Meanwhile, Francis was not letting up with his assault. He continued to wail on Suzanne, raining punches and kicks down on her as she was trying to stand up. It was clear that she would need some help soon if she was to withstand this onslaught.

When the hole in the ground started to form, the mudslide flickered like a candle in the wind, then vanished. The girl who had been concentrating heavily let out a scream as she started to slide into the pit. Before she could reach the bottom, a few watery tentacles jumped out of the ground at Robert's feet and wrapped around her arm. She wasn't being pulled to safety, but she had at least stopped falling in the pit, and Robert had his hands full keeping her that way.

As the mudslide vanished, however, something else would become apparent: the fleeing woman was significantly farther up than she had last appeared to be. Thanks to the bucking of the stairwell, though, she was clinging to a railing for dear life and swearing loudly. Just then, up above, a door opened, and in it stood a female clad in well-maintained armor. After one look at the situation, she pulled out a kusarigama and threw one end so that it wrapped around a support beam, then jumped and swung down toward Bunji feet-first, aiming to stop the dirt pit.

Having stopped the young boy Vincino turned looking at Suzanne as she was being stomped and had punches raining down upon her. She wasn't even able to get up, she was planted on her knees. Hands up and arms across one another trying to cover up. Vincino made his way as quick as he could. His hands looking to grapple onto Francis's shoulders. He'd throw him to the ground if he got the chance, if only to allow Suzanne a chance to get up. Bunji now focused as Robert began to grab the woman holding her steady as the pit raged on. This was a dangerous jutsu, and Bunji as he used it could see that now. but it was too late.

As the pit raged the door flew open and the hanging woman was now screaming. A person in armor appeared from the door weapon in hand as she wrapped it around one of the rafter beams. Bunji not paying attention to himself watched as she swung down and then planted her feet right in the middle of his chest. He was sent flying back and the pit stopped. But the damage had been done, well that was what he had hoped. Rolling along his back and back along his shoulder Bunji rolled back up onto his feet. This one had a weapon, something he wasn't familiar with. He had his sword sure, but what could he do besides swing wildly. He thought about drawing it, but would that provoke an even worse response from this one. She was clad in armor, and had the advantage with her ranged weapon. he wondered. Taking a glance around he looked for things within his surroundings that he could use.

Teaming up against Francis turned out to be a good choice, as Vincino's grapple came as a surprise. The hapless fellow would trip over himself trying to escape the muscular man's grip, leaving himself wide open for a moment. Even a retaliatory punch whiffed.

Meanwhile, Robert pulled the girl free from the now-stopped pit and deposited her behind cover. Her legs and arms were a bit worse for wear after all the strain, as she had not been particularly durable to begin with and being tossed around and pulled at had taken its toll. To get vengeance for his fallen comrade, Robert formed a few hand signs and spat a large gob of mud at Bunji. If it hit, the mud would instantly harden and completely restrain his target.

"Mio, get up here!" the woman with the bandana called down to the armored warrior, pulling herself up and clambering up the stairs. Just like that, the warrior named Mio pulled herself up with her chain and carried the woman into the offices upstairs, where the well-dressed man and his hostage were.

"It's Kind of Scary..."

Bunji was having just about enough of Robert. First he ran and hid behind cover, it wasn't a bad strategy. An then he began hurling out annoying jutsu to distract and to hinder Bunji's progress. An now a Mud ball was heading his way. But off near the entrance the bruisers were fighting still. Vincino swung with his left hand looking to connect mid-section of Francis, while Suzanne got her footing and attacked from the right side of Francis. Her right hand came around looking to catch him with a hook to the side of the face.

As the ball of mud came hurling towards Bunji his hands moved quickly. Finishing the hand sign a shield of water shoot up from the floor. The mud collided with the water swirling into a nasty muddy water mess now. Bunji dropped the jutsu and stared at Robert as he hid away. The woman that had been hanging from the railing called out to the one dressed in armor. Referring to her as Mio. She retreated back but only to carry the woman with the bandana back into the office. Bunji needed to get to there, but how. The stairs were gone and probably unsafe. He wondered. But it wasn't for long as his attention turned back towards Robert. He needed to distract him, but how. He then remembered, if Robert was on edge or at least scared in some way this ought to do him in for a while. Quickly signing away Bunji ran towards the side of the wall next to the office box up near the second level. he then turned aiming his jutsu towards Robert. A sudden emergence of crows flooded the area. Flapping their wings and filling the area with echoing caws as they flew around the room. Bunji's then turned back his feet feeting charka flowing into them before jumping towards the wall. He just needed to get high enough to catch himself. Rushing up the wall his feet clung to the side of the wall as he ran up it. Half way up he tilted his head back seeing half stationary part of the stairs. He pushed down on his feet launching himself from the wall arms extending to grab the railing, the walkway, anything so he wouldn't fall. Catching the edge of the walkway with a piece of broken railing Bunji clasped on for dear life. Gathering himself as the crows still flew throughout the area over Robert's head Bunji pulling himself up along the walkway towards the office.

Individually, Francis probably would have shrugged off the attacks, but this was not his lucky day. Vincino's hit landed, causing him to buck forward, and straight into Suzanne's fist. After that combo, he would drop to the floor writhing in pain.

Meanwhile, Robert freaked out over the birds. It wasn't clear whether he was just so on edge because of the battle that he couldn't deal with the technique or if he had a phobia of birds, but either way, he completely snapped, flailing and launching Jutsu wildly into the murder of crows. Gradually, he wore himself down and was left huddled behind some cover, shaking as he struggled to stay conscious at a low Chakra level.

Inside the office, Mio was standing guard near the door, eyes on Bunji as he approached and sickle in striking position. Behind her, the white-shirt man was grinning smugly and the woman was holding a pocket knife to their prisoner's throat. It didn't seem to be a threat, though; she seemed like she was trying to determine whether she should just cut his throat for causing all this trouble. On the floor next to a desk was a bag full of what looked to be high-grade medical supplies, though their purpose was not immediately apparent.

"It's Kind of Scary..."

Walking carefully now Bunji positioned himself in the middle of the walk way, his eyes staring at the door and through the glass. He could see the one called Mio her weapon at ready. Just barely could he see the man that was grinning, and out of the way from his own sight he couldn't see the woman as she held a knife to the mans throat. Walking closer towards the door his hand came down resting on the hilt of his blade. Bunji still didn't know how to use it properly but he figured he could possibly give it a try. Standing about five feet away from the door Bunji stared through the glass looking at Mio. His assessment of her was that she was the actual fight that he was here for. She was the one that Mr. Donnie mentioned that he might have to crack some skulls. "Give me Mr. Rohan and tell Mr. Nolan to come out and I won't come in." It was a semi-threat. But it wasn't very good, he wasn't sure at this point what he could do. Quickly though he began to formulate a plan, glancing to the side at the wall that the box office was bolted too. His eyes then glanced over the edge of the doors window seeing the flooring of the office. He wondered.

Mio wasn't sure how to respond, but that hesitance did not manifest itself on her face. She was used to taking orders, and the boy's request was outside the scope of what she'd been hired for. Luckily for her, she did not have to make the decision, as Nolan came out on his own.

"What the hell do you want, kid?!" he shouted, stepping around Mio and holding onto the doorframe so he didn't fall. "I've got a business to run and you've royally messed the place up! You're lucky you're over there, or I'd belt you one!"

In the back of the office, the woman was whispering something to Rohan with a deranged look on her face. The knife was starting to draw blood with how hard she was pressing it into his neck, but as soon as she saw the red on her blade, something changed in her face. She pulled the knife back, then swung it for the helpless man.

Bunji would be lying if he said he wanted to actually face Mio in a one on one battle with his sword. She seemed to have been using that thing for a while. Or if it was a ruse, it was a grand one at that. Nolan then stepped forward his big mouth doing what it did best it seemed. He was now in front of Mio his eyes scanned over his shoulder watching her now. She was the threat, he was the target. "Belt me?" He questioned his brow raising thinking back to the time he had been mugged in the street for money he didn't have. Having been looking over Nolan's shoulder he caught the faint sight of red running down Mr. Rohan's throat, and then the sudden movement of the lady in the white bandana. Without thinking he needed a distraction. Quickly his hands threw together signs in the time it took her to pull back with the knife to strike. A murder of crows would appear within the small office. Hopefully he wasn't too late.
