The brothers were out meandering, not entirely associating themselves with anyone in particular, but instead made a nod where greeted and so on. There hadn't been much attention drawn to them just yet, in fact they hadn't had their meeting that had been promised to them with the individual 'Lil Mama'. Neither of them knew what they should expect, though it was true the entire pride seemed quite loud and 'dangerous', a leader of such a group would need to be just as, if not worse than the rest.
Maintenance was key, Ahriman knew this where Abbadon didn't really care. He pondered the ideals of the pride and what may come up during a meeting - forever the politic trapped in an angry lions body. Abbadon was just simply around, he hadn't considered the future, he certainly wasn't lost/dumb, but he was more of the muscle in the encounters. The pair knew their roles in each others lives and it hadn't changed since the time they drew their first breath.
Those thoughts aside they both wondered when they'd be granted the chance to meet the individual they intended to meet.

It had been a mostly quiet morning for Dwn'r. She got a small report from Mpenzi in the early hours of the morning that she had decided to check on later in the day - something not so pressing that she had to draw away from her Love, who had slept beside her sweetly for the entirety of the colder moments of the morning.
Petal had woken easily, slowly and stretched, nuzzling her sweetly before going on her merry way. The paler purple cheeton was shrouded in innocence, and Dwn'r loved her. Her mate was a healer, bright-eyed and eager to help, and Dwn'r was quite the opposite, hellbent on destruction.
She pulled herself away from the den she shared with her mate and walked along the edges of the cliff-face, always watching for anything that she would have to address.
She hummed a bit as she spotted the twin brothers that Korres had brought into their fold. It was one of the things Mpenzi reported on that morning, and she watched them carefully for a moment.
She hadn't had a chance to personally approach them yet, after all.

"What do you think Lil Mama is like?" Abbadon asked his much less curious brother. Golden eyes met a matching pair before Ahriman answered, their paws had stopped carrying them now and instead they had found a place to simply be that they had figured was out of the crowd enough. "I haven't the foggiest Abbadon." Then golden eyes gazed about and he thought that he caught another feline out of the corner of his eye, but he paid no mind.
"But we do have to be prepared." Even saying the words he knew they'd never be prepared to meet a prides leader. Neither of them had experience within a pride, excluding that time when their parents had attempted to entirely over throw a kingdom that simply appeared not to work. It had become a blotch in their personal history that neither lion liked to speak of, but when it was brought up they made it out to be a wondrous achievement. "I wonder when we'll be able to see the leader."
Ahriman was now frustrated by his brothers words - to repeatedly bring things up would get them no where. So at that point he decided after they finished up here that perhaps it was time they sought out the leader themselves.
Little did they know the eyes on them belonged to just the person they were to speak with.

Dwn'r watched the pair for a while from the shadows. Her dark coat helped immensely with blending in. Its what made her a good spy when she was younger. Her oldest daughter and her mate both had quite light coats, so while Petal stayed within the pride's borders for protection, Atama had to rely on brute strength and her ghostly appearance to intimidate.
From physical appearance alone, the brothers would make an excellent addition to their group.
She wouldn't trust Korres's word completely. She could see how fast the girl had become smitten with the red male - Ahriman. Just like she expected no one to take her words as an unbiased truth about her daughter and mate.
She drew closer to the pair, only stepping out of the shadows once she was close enough, humming lightly to draw attention to herself.

They fell silent as the air changed around them. Abbadon was tense as he raised his dark nose up to sniff at it - he was also the first to speak up in a whisper. "Do you feel that?" He asked his brother, but the question wasn't necessary. Ahriman felt the pelt on his shoulders bristle uncontrollably and he began to feel watched. This shouldn't have been a new sensation and yet it was unique to this particular instance.
Then humming interrupted the silence that had fallen once again following the question. The humming caught the ears of the brothers, but they hadn't had their eyes on the leader yet. In seconds following the sound they turned easily to face whom they could only imagine was Lil Mama, Dwn'r. "Hello." Ahriman spoke up and shared a look with Abbadon that suggested he be the one to speak for now. Between the two of them the red male was far more politically well rounded. "You must be Lil Mama." He remarked with a small smile. There was no place for charm here, but he couldn't help it and was sure that even his green brother was smiling in the same manner.
"I'm sure you're already familiar with us." He stated plainly with a paw gesturing to himself and his brother. "You seem to have a way with the shadows." It was a compliment. He could only imagine she had been watching them just as much as anyone else, not because they were important or special - just because they were new, strange and had grown close to a pride member. Particularly Ahriman. "To formally introduce ourselves, I am Ahriman and this is Abbadon." He opted to remain upright, but gave his head a slightly bow. Another shared look with his brother made the other follow suit. They'd been royalty once before, but never as adults. The hierarchy here wasn't identical and so a full bow might have been too much. However the slight nod-bow, he felt, was somewhere in between.

To say she was pleased with the pair of brothers that Korres brought in was an understatement. The blonde lioness was a great asset to the pride with a good eye for new blood to join the ranks. The two had so far proven they were able and capable of surviving within the ranks of the pride, so which they would not be put to death as to keep the home of the pride a secret. The lands were precious to them, and they made a lot of enemies over the years.
Not that they did not inspire hatred amongst the outsiders.
They were loyal to only themselves after all.
Dwn'r smiled in acknowledgement. "I see Korres and the others have been teaching you the ways of the pride so far. How are you two fitting in?" She asked, as ernestly as was possible for a former spy.
"There is only so much that can be gained from observing after all, even if my skills are very honed." And they were not enemies - hopefully they never would be. She knew her time as the second in command would come to an end eventally, either by death or retirement. She always had her eyes out for her potential replacement.
