Although Marni has no kids of her own, she loves being around them, and making sure they're all well taken care of. She has a maternal instinct to rival that of anyone, and she's always prepared to care for someone that needs it.

No matter what it is Marni is waiting for, she's always more than willing to wait. She doesn't mind occupying her time if it means to gain a reward at the end.

Even in hectic situations, Marni is able to remain perfectly at ease. She can handle just about anything life throws at her, though a few times she has to step back and remove herself from the situation. Luckily, she knows her limits rather well.

Marni is great at gaining and holding trust, something she prides herself upon. She will always go out of her way to keep trust for those she cares about, and even those who do not.

Marni usually has her nose in a book, and while she reads, she's often reading the latest medical textbook. She likes to keep abreast of any and all new things in her preferred field, but she doesn't care what she's reading, as long as she's always learning.

Marni grew up in Bibury, England with her parents. As a kid, she loved helping her parents in the garden, because it made her happy to see the little plants flourishing at her care. She would also frequent her aunt's farm and play with all the animals, at it allowed her to learn to care for living, breathing creatures. Her love of helping animals turned to a desire to help humans when she went to Hogwarts. As soon as she was able, Marni signed up to take Healing and Care of Magical Creatures, since both would allow her to pursue her true passion. When she graduated, Marni immediately began work as a healer for St. Mungos. After years of dealing with gore, she decided to go elsewhere, and applied to be a Healer for Hogwarts instead. Once at Hogwarts, she quickly fell in love with the Divinations Teacher, Drusilla Sommerset. Luckily, the other woman felt the same. They started dating soon after. As she worked, people came and went, but Marni spent every day dedicated to helping students and staff alike. Marni worked hard to prove herself at Hogwarts, and she loved working with kids. Sure, there were lots of times she wanted to tear out her hair, but making people feel better was all she needed.
