The history of the Bashirou family is one of war and betrayal going back more than fifty generations when two brothers, vying for the position to become the head of this warrior household did everything in their power to secure the position. The elder of the two brothers married the daughter of a rich and powerful man, a foreigner from lands outside of the Shinobi Nations of the name Storn. When news had reached the younger brother that his father was to name his older brother as head of the clan, he and his witch wife struck, attempting to steal the seat of the rightful Bashirou heir. The older brother, with the help of loyal men, drove back the power hungry younger brother and his promises of riches, but not before some of the clansmen switched sides and went into exile with him to the mountains of the Land of Lightning. The Bashirous remained in the depths of the deserts of the Land of Wind, but never quite recovered.

It had been a more year since I had been anywhere near here. More than a year since news had reached me about this place, which in retrospect was just around the corner, but I had hidden away from. So many memories, so many people. To think, that I was at one point willing to kill them should they attempt to apprehend me, to bring me back to face justice. Whatever that was. I defended this place even though they probably wanted me dead though. I did my part, although I was unsure if they knew about it. Even now, I didn’t know how they would react to me being here. If they turned violent, so be it, I would defend myself. I came here under a banner of peace. Were they to accept me though, I would be cordial, and try to reclaim my place here, as a defender of the village hidden in the clouds. Whatever happened was in their hands. Technique Name: Iron Sense Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Iron Sand Description: An extension of his innate clan abilities with an active and passive component. Passively, Axel is constantly sensing the area [10 feet] around him for metal components that can be transformed into Iron Sand. By paying chakra, Axel is able to send a pulse of his chakra, upon hitting something that can be transformed into Iron Sand, his chakra bounces back, painting an image in his mind of the area around him; every chakra point used is a meter which the chakra travels (ex. 1 CP = 5 feet, ). Description: Iron Decree is an odd weapon, as it is a Jashinist pendant (a circle with an upside down triangle) made of compressed Iron Sand and on the center of the triangle it houses a single pitch black stone that seems to remain there without anything holding it in place. The pendant itself is a conduit to the powers sealed within the black stone.
Ability Summary: • Passive: Iron Maiden: At a very low cost to the user [5 CP], Iron Decree can store and release any amount of Iron Sand that is around the user up to a cap of 500 pounds. Additionally, while the pendant is being worn, the wearer is able to channel the manipulation of Iron Sand with hand gestures instead of with hand signs. After the first 5 charges are consumed, Axel can pays 5 CP to create 5 arrow charges without consuming an activation.
Description: Kodokumaso is a black blade most likely forged of Iron Sand by the first member of House Storn, Akura Storn himself. The blade is laced with his chakra and is the Storn Family’s most prized possession. It is the strongest of the family’s three treasured weapons, the other two being Iron Decree and the fabled, and long lost, Mantle. Upon first being drawn by a member of the Storn family, the weapon communes with them, giving them access to the knowledge of all who came before him who also wielded the sword, revealing to them the powers each individual endowed onto it, but upon being discovered in the wreckage of the Storn family lands, Axel only finds unlocked the passive abilities the forger of the blade, Akura, bestowed upon it, utilizing the two elements that make up the Iron Sand, as well as an active ability which gave the weapon renown. Additionally, the weapon also comes with his father’s signature ability. All of this comes with the prize that Kodokumaso brings upon its user, and that is that upon the blade being that once the blade is drawn the chains that bind the blade to the sheathe wrap around the user’s arm and begin to sap one’s life force until the wielder is killed, the opponent is killed, or chakra is sealed by the Devour ability. To those that can sense emotions and such, Kodokumaso feels like a zone of negative energy, upon being drawn, both blade and user feel inherently hostile, even toward allies.
Ability Summary: • [Passive] To Devour the World: Kodokumaso has the ability to seal chakra within itself, giving it a chakra pool all of its own, from which the user can draw if need be. This pool does not regenerate and can only be increased with the Devour technique. Kodokumaso is first found with a pool of 0 Chakra. Additionally, should the wielder run out of stamina while using the blade, they are sealed away by it and are effectively dead. Every 500 chakra that is sealed the strength or speed all physical attacks done with Kodokumaso are slightly increased. Every 1000 chakra, Kodokumaso can consume the chakra to unlock a new ability. The weapon can only store up to 1000 chakra, when one of these two abilities are used, the chakra is released.
• [Passive] Stone Will: While wielding Kodokumaso, all techniques that do not come from Kodokumaso itself cost 15 extra stamina, but have their power moderately increased.
• [Active] Iron Rush: Kodokumaso is transformed into pure lightning chakra and is fired in a straight line that travels for 50 ft. If it comes into contact with any living being, it takes damage from the bolt and the wielder of the blade is transported 5 feet from the struck target. Costs 50 chakra from the blade, and 35 chakra and stamina from the wielder; the damage from the lightning is treated as B rank. This is treated as a bukijutsu technique.
• [Active] Devour: Kodokumaso’s main ability, by adding one’s energy to the blade, the user swings it, creating a vortex that seals chakra directly into the blade. The vortex is as long as the stroke of the blade and twice as wide in all directions. When interacting with an opposing technique, the wielder must pay the equivalent amount of the technique’s cost in stamina to be able to seal the chakra away. In the case of it being used to seal an individual, stamina must be paid equal to that individual’s body’s rank. The individual is then sealed within the blade until the user choses to release them; upon being released, they come out with 1 Chakra point and unconscious. Up to three people can remain within the blade at a time. Using Devour consumes all of the posts activations.
• [Locked - Passive] Shock Therapy: Upon coming into contact with a target, Kodokumaso releases a shock of lightning chakra, the lightning spreads from the initial target to all of those within a 15ft area except the wielder of the sword. This is considered a physical technique. The damage from the lightning is treated as D rank if the technique is simple and increases the cost by 5 chakra, if it’s a complex technique, the lightning is treated as a C rank and the technique’s cost is increased by 10 chakra.
• [Locked – Active] Full Counter: A Deadlier alternative to Devour, Full Counter is a defensive technique whose purpose is to return a jutsu back to its original caster. The user stabs Kodokumaso forward while having the blade charged with just enough chakra and energy to overpower the incoming attack, but not to disperse it. Instead, the force behind the stab pushes the technique back to its point of origin, or wherever the blade is facing. The cost for using this technique is the original cost of the technique split in half for chakra and stamina, + 5 of each. (If it’s a C rank technique, the user would pay 15 chakra and stamina to return or redirect it. This is treated as a bukijutsu technique.
• [Locked – Active] Guard Breaker: An overall simple technique that has a great levels of power behind it. Typically, a downward slash charged full of the user’s energy and chakra as well as all of the chakra stored inside of the weapon. The power of the attack depends on the amount of chakra stored in the weapon; it cannot be used if Kodokumaso has less than 100 chakra. •100 chakra: The attack ignores all descriptive bonuses of the defending move and individual. •250 chakra: The attack ignores all descriptive bonuses of the defending move and individual, it’s treated as having a supreme bonus in strength and speed. •500 chakra: The attack ignores all descriptive bonuses of the defending move and individual. At this point it has been known to send shockwaves strong enough to slice rocks metal up to ten feet away in a straight line. Every 100 chakra the blade has after this point increases the power and reach of the shockwave, capping at 100 feet with enough force to slice a mountain in half at 1000 chakra. It is at this point that both Guard Breaker and the shockwave can cut clean through Black Steel, a Madokishi user’s shield and a Seidaru Oodachi’s blade.

Puppet Description: Ward MK I is a very simple, rustic solid wood puppet roughly covering a six-foot radius. The puppet is cylindrical, having only three clear orifices: two eyes and a frowning, gaping mouth. Around the eyes, the puppet has red patterns painted on it, creating the illusion of eyebrows and other features that evoke the sensation that the giant puppet is, in fact, mad as hell. The puppet itself weighs over three hundred pounds due to it being pure wood. Because of this, moving the puppet takes two activations, but making it spin where it is takes only one.
