XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXEmma turned her attention to Aidene started talking to her. She put her quill down after writing the notes on the board and nodded. She was going to ask what happened to hers, but looked down at the magazine Aidene accidentally packed and smiled, chuckling a bit, "Yeah of course." Emma whispered back, "What kind of magazine is that?" She then looked over as Brook talked, but still listened out for Aidene to answer the question. If she couldn't answer it today, well they shared a common room and house.

"Oh plum, sweet!" Aidene accepted the plum Brook had offered. She hadn't even noticed she'd missed breakfast, what with missing her textbook and running to the owlery. Brunch sounded great!

When Emma agreed to lending her textbook tomorrow, Aidene flashed Emma a happy grin. Yay! Party member acquired! ”That? That was the latest issue of Witch Weekly. They ran a whole issue on this season's fall fashion." She pulled the issue back out and handed it over to Emma. "Daddy thinks it's rubbish, but I like flipping through the featured fashion and the quizzes are fun.”
