NAIVE Naive, childish, innocent... These are perfect words that describe Diego. He's obsessed with candy and playing games. He has a bad habit of spending all of his allowance on candy.
GOOFY Always one with a quick joke or a silly gimmick, Diego tries to be the light of the day. He is silly almost to a fault. He loves to pull pranks, but not mean ones. He greatly loves word puns and silly humor. He'll laugh at just about anything... but don't tickle him because he's incredibly ticklish.
TRUSTING Or, you could say, gullible. Diego believes just about everything everyone tells him. It ties in with his naivety because he believes that everyone is good. But not only is he trusting, he's trustworthy too. He's like a safe for secrets.

EARLY CHILDHOOD DJ's parents, Miguel and Leticia were born and grew up in Mexico. Miguel was born to Muggle parents, the middle of three children and the only one with magical blood. Leticia came from a halfblood family. They met at school in America and fell in love. After graduating from school, they married and, as a gift, honeymooned in Scotland. The two fell in love with the place and decided to move there. Diego was their first born child, a Mexican born in Scotland. His sister, Anasofía followed two years later. At first, the parents were unsure if their children would be magical, but Diego began displaying magical talent at five years old. His parents did their best to prepare Diego for his magical schooling at Hogwarts, despite not being familiar with the school.

SCHOOL YEARS
■ FIRST YEAR Diego enjoyed his first year at Hogwarts. He made lots of friends and generally liked all his classes. Though Diego was ready for summer, he was looking forward to coming back to school in the fall.
■ SECOND YEAR Second year was relatively uneventful for Diego. He made a few new friends and focused on classes. The young boy watched Quidditch and enjoyed the last year away from his sister.
■ THIRD YEAR Having his sister at the school with him just made his life a nightmare. Thankfully, she was sorted into Gryffindor and not his house. But she still found him to bully him occasionally. Diego was looking forward to next year though, because that meant preparation for OWLs, and if she bothered him then, he could easily get her in trouble with their parents.
■ FOURTH YEAR Fourth year was relatively normal for Diego, as he spent most of his time focused on his studies. And thankfully, his sister seemed more preoccupied with some of the boys in her house so she left him alone.
■ FIFTH YEAR During his fifth year, Diego focused hard on his studies so that he could pass his exams, and besides, time spent in the library was time spent away from his sister. He did well on all his exams except one, History of Magic.
■ SIXTH YEAR Continuing all of his classes except History, Diego did well in his studies. His sister seemed to calm down towards him since she had other people to pick on now. He spent time with his friends in between classes to keep himself decompressed.
