Alright, friend! Let's get started on brainstorming.
You already mentioned that you want me to also link to the Quest Funders Charity. Do you want any other important links included in the mock-up?
Package H provides six announcements. We publish advertisements twice a week: on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Assuming that you want these to be monthly, is there a specific Tuesday or Thursday of the month that you prefer? (The ones that are occupied are listed here.)
Do you have a larger banner that we could use as the header of the announcement?

I don't think we have a bigger banner. We could always just resize the banner we have now if you like. We dont have more links, but I can give more details smile. As for posting once a month would be perfect, I do not have a preference on which tue or thur it gets posted on smile

Oh btw can you say tell them that NSTG sent them that be helpful, XD we are doing a recruitment event and it wil help me keep tally on who invited how many smile
