help finding a romance anime

Haven't been on gaia in forever prob will be more now sense i saw zOMG lives again woot lol

but back to main objective i asked once before a long time ago and hoping maybe someone new might know of the manga or anime i dont remember which it was but no one could find it and its about this man and women get locked in i think its a japanese style mansion for a year? or was till they had a kid i dont remember and with a giant wall around it that they can't get threw and the women i think seen pictures of him or heard about him sense she was young so while she was willing he was not and so she decides to help him try to find a way to escape and the more time passes he starts to fall in love with her.

So anyone got any clues unless i dreamed this up in my head xD would be kinda a good manga or anime plot >.>;
