Boufuu Kyuuzou [ Gale Surge ] [x] Rank: D Official Description: A defensive technique. The user distills the air around him or her and, at the exact moment an attack is about to hit, releases a large burst of air. Guild Description: The blast of wind goes out three feet, knocks a victim back at least five feet, and can stop projectiles. It is a defensive move that is usually used when the user is caught off guard. The wind can only be released in one direction and a cool-down period of three posts is required before it can be used again.
Kaze no Bouseki Tate [ Spinning Shield of Winds ] Rank: D Official Description: The user expels Chakra to cause the wind to spin rapidly in a circular motion, creating a shield. Guild Description: Instead of deflecting attacks, the shield will reflect whatever was thrown at it back toward the enemy at the same speed it was fired. Seidenki Ito no Jutsu [ Static Strings Technique ] Rank: E Official Description: This skill allows the user to create strings of electricity that can either act physically as strings, or as a medium that can send small shocks to an opponent. When the strings are placed around an area, they are often fairly difficult to see, and unnoticed by the quick eye. The strings can then be used to detect movement: the static strings form into a string of electricity, but with such a weak current that it is rarely noticed by Shinobi who accidentally walks through the strings. These butterflies are basically used for tracking,though in a minor variation to the technique the butterflies crumple further into paper Shuriken, which are as sharp as any standard Shuriken. The butterflies are able to change direction at the users whim,yet one they are formed into their shuriken versions they gain speed and lose maneuverability. Therefore, it goes without saying that this Genjutsu affects one's sense of sound.

Sense: N // A →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 2 // 5 Chakra →→Source: Vocals →→Description: This Genjutsu is very simple. Upon its execution, the target is made to hear the user's voice at an astoundingly amplified level. This is a Genjutsu often used by academy teachers to awaken students that fall asleep in class.
• Hibanahouden no Jutsu [ Discharge Technique ] →→Rank: E →→P/S. Sense: Touch // - →→Base Duration // Upkeep: 3 Posts // 5 Chakra →→Description: The target of this technique feels a tingle all over their body; their hair even seems to stand on end. Whenever they try to touch an object they receive a painful jolt of what seems to be high-end static electricity. The pain is not so severe that they cannot function but it is distracting to say the least. The key to realizing that this effect is an illusion comes in knowing the nature of static electricity.

While under the effect of this skill, the victim constantly hears the sound of static in his ears, making it difficult for one suffering from this affliction to hear sounds over the annoying noise. Often used to hamper communication between foes, as well as a distraction. The effect is increased by one rank iif the target is wearing/using a communication device.

While under the effects of this Jutsu, the victim's range of vision will be reduced from roughly 180 to 60 degrees; essentially causing them to see only what is directly in front of their eyes. Due to this, the afflicted will find themselves unable to register attacks coming from either flank, and will in turn also find targeting foes for attack more difficult than normal.

A simple Genjutsu, one merely only needs to wave their weapon or arms in a willow's fashion to produce the visual trickery.

They were shocked when they discovered their child had a rare bloodline when they found him making paper float. It wasn't amazing honestly compared to what other kids were levitating, but it was something. He must have inherited from some ancestor they didn't know about. Either way he was a very good student. Always minding his business. Keeping those good grades to make them proud. His teachers loved him. His parents loved him. He didn't have too many friends for some reason though. Either way. He was becoming a gennin now. Adventure awaits.
At night he likes to go to his traps. Cats love olives did you know this? Either way.. He would use their heads. The cats heads not te olives pardon. He would use them...Why did he cut their heads off and skin them? Did he like looking into their dead eyes? Or was it the way they screeched before he managed to cut through their maliable bones. Cats were very flexible creatures and were a bother to cut some times. Dogs were much more rigid, but they did not make the same sound he wanted to hear. They were such pathetic creatures. All bark and growl. The moment the knife went in they would howl like a child. Pathetic. Toya is a strange boy yes. He was adopted at a young age by his current parents. The circumstances are forgotten, but it was necessary to change some of his information. His new parents lock him in a small cellar when he misbehaves. Some times even if he does something right they will lock him up. They love it when he pleads to be set free.
