Cady felt she should be bobbing for something more... beachy, since she was a mermaid tonight. But apples were okay too, although her favorite was mango, personally. Anyways, it was hard to be disappointed by anything when it was her birthday. Twelve, she thought, seemed much more old and mature compared to eleven, and it was one year closer to a teenager. Not that she was in any rush. Teenagers would get embarrassed and 'awkward' at something like this. Not her. Halloween was like, the best holiday ever. Even better than Christmas or Yule or whatever you wanted to call it. Da wasn't picky. She looked over at Elisa with a grin. "I've been ready for this my whole life." Definitely. Not really. She sucked in a dramatic breath, and plunged her face into the barrel, trying not to completely soak her hair, even if it would go with her costume.

Elisabet was stoked for Halloween. To her, it was the best holiday. Free candy, fun costumes... what could be better? In fact, there was one thing to make it better. Halloween was her best friend's birthday. That morning, she'd given Cady a nice handmade card, along with some cookies her dad had sent. After that, she spent a majority of the day preparing her costume. She'd opted to go as a pirate, and her dad had sent just the right accessory. For the evening, she'd slipped off her high-tech prosthetic, only to replace it with a neat old hook hand. It wasn't sharp at all, since she figured that might get her in trouble. She and Cady headed to the apple bobbing station, which was going to be interesting. "I'm glad you're ready, I feel like it's gonna be a mess!" She grinned, though moved to battle Cady in apple bobbing. Maybe she'd win the gift basket, then she could share with Cady!

spaceChrys was still sort of annoyed that Chance was refusing to go into the haunted house, and because of someone being dressed like a zombie, of all things. He'd had to remind her what exactly that was, of course, but once he had, she was convinced that he was being ridiculous. They sounded more gross than scary to her. Meanwhile, she knew herself well enough to not even consider the maze, because she was way too impatient for that nonsense. If she spotted Sher and his little friend wandering over that way, she'd probably go to keep track of him, since the idea of her baby brother getting lost and having some sort of panic attack set her teeth on edge. But, for now, he was over at the bonfire, and she was about to kick the boy's butts at bobbing for apples.

spaceShe'd never done this before, of course, and she wasn't stupid enough to say something like 'how hard could it be?' That said, she was pretty sure she'd do just fine, thanks very much. So, she sauntered up to one of the barrels with a grin. "Ladies first!" she declared, and then, without even waiting for the boys to weigh in, she stuck her face in the barrel to try and snag an apple. It was cold, and her hair and makeup were probably going to be a mess when she was done, but it'd be worth it. Besides, from the pictures Chance had shown her of this Joan Jett lady, the messier she looked, the more accurate the costume would be. It took her a second to get her bearings, but once she had them, she managed to snag an apple, easy as you please. She came up with it between her teeth, and grabbed it, finishing the bite with a satisfied smirk. "Who's next?" she asked, ready and waiting to snicker if either of her friends struggled even a little more than she had.

Presenting: Sir Charlie of Hogwarts

Charlie loved Halloween and was so stoked for the festivities. He was dressed in a costume of a medieval nobleman that his mom managed to score for him. Seeing tje chance to win a prize, Charlie to bob for apples first. Prehaps he would be lucky and be able to get an apple.

Apples wern't his thing several failed attempt with the last one he ended up dunking his face fetting water up his nose. It take him a second to get it out then he may try again.
