[Ergo War]

Tucked away behind the Suna Shopping Superdome lies a large arcade. Tarps strung across the open area between stone roofs provide some relief from the heat of the sun and the road between the two halves of the arcade contains ample room for even the most wandering of paths, but this area is not meant for the casual pedestrian; no, the shaded corners are outfitted with smithing tools of all kinds, their depths hiding a small wealth of materials. Tucked away in one corner is a small library, containing several sets of manuals for the more technical tasks. Separate areas are cordoned off for delicate or precise works, to isolate them from the dirty, noisy, and overall distracting tasks.
Open Missions:

• Sell Your Items: Crafted items may be sold for half the Ryou reward from a mission of their rank. This does not reward Advancement Credit.
  
• Sell Your Arm: Work in the mines out in the countryside and send back whatever you dig up. Spelunking gear provided. Rewards as a standard mining mission.
  
• Medical Supply: Make medical supplies for the hospital! Keep them stocked up and happy, your life may depend on it! Awards as the "Sell Your Items" mission above, plus 100 Ryou per item sold. Naturally, the items have to be medical equipment.

Blueprints: A smith may submit a blueprint or manual for an item that they have created, thereafter allowing any smiths to craft it 1 post faster when working in this thread. Creating a blueprint or manual takes an amount of time equal to the time it would take to craft the item (including any reductions) and pays 100 Ryou per the item's rank.

Still, it had to go, so she animated it and turned it into a spider-like being with a seat large enough for her cat. It sat down regally on its new mount and proceeded to oversee the parade from a more dignified position.

Saiko found himself in a part of the village that was all to familiar to him. Mostly because of his family and how they sold items in this area fairly often. However, he believed that his family was at home. He didn't have time to talk to them anyway. The boy looked around the different areas of the shop looking for a pumpkin.

With a tired and leisurely stroll at this point Ferrah quickly began losing the heart to search through the entire village, honestly the only thing keeping her going at this point was that thought that whoever was leading this charge had better having something awfully nice packed away for her. Especially as she stepped through what Ferrah considered a sketchy part of town. It wasn't hard to see from just the looks of people around it that under the table dealings were being ma. Maybe one of them would know where a pumpkin could be found?

Turns out she kind of liked how rugged this place was, it made her feel like she fit in a little bit. Just another broken piece that got swept under the rug to this. Regardless Ferrah swiped her pumpkin prize and headed out.

BEHOLD THE PUMPO! Kyomei shockingly surprised yet still in no way at the same time not surprised about just how GREAT she was. Rose her final SUPER Pumpo to the sky and giving it a firm shake all three Pumpo's let loose a spooky sigh. Although nothing really happened...she didn't really hear anything but she felt maybe she knew something. A location calling to her but she'd yet to make it out.

The christening of the name given unto every Khakkhara in the family solely because it is a reminder to always follow the way of peace to achieve true happiness in life and that all things despite the good and the bad that occur in them remain in harmony despite what it may seem.

Weapon Name: Keihatsu {Enlightenment}. When slammed a Chōwa becomes what Kyomei's family calls the Keihatsu or The Enlightenment. It signifies that the wielder has been given or found purpose in life. A Chōwa becomes a Keihatsu when slammed down forcefully and imbued with the wielders spirit. Description: The Keihatsu emits a super natural glow, one that often synchronizes with the user's own chakra. Aside from this glowing the Keihatsu bares no other physical difference from it's previous form as a Chowa.

Description: The Keihatsu's rings can separate themselves from the the staff they are attached to, they then grow up to an incredible size. Ranging up to Eight feet in diameter. The rings can be freely controlled by the wielder using the staff as a conduit to direct them. (5-Chakra Per Ring. A Total of 40 Chakra For 8: Rings must be sustained whilst in flight.) The rings are then often intended to place a target in their vacant center and contract immediately to restrict the target. If any of the rings are broken the remains turn into a ball of spiritual light and return to the staff as a normal sized ring and is placed in a temporary recovery period (1 Post). If the Keihatsu is ever disarmed all currently floating rings fall to the ground and return to their normal size. The rings can also be used in conjunction with Shakujou styles if logical. The weaponized rings strength is equivalent to the user's amounted expended for stamina with Formless Style: Shakujou.

Description: Strange Creatures or spirits with malicious intent when bound by the rings undergo an immediate binding. This seal is treated as an S+ seal if all 8 rings find a way to ensnare their target. The target that meets all the criteria 1eing A Strange Creature 2:Harboring/Portraying Violent Tendencies cannot use any of their supernatural strength, skills, or powers, and effectively are stripped of all defenses up to the rank of rings used. Sacred Detainment then drains half said X-ranks worth of Chakra each post it is sustained. Sacred Detainment Does Work on Jinchuuriki but to a lesser extent only being treated as one X-ranked amount less and only stripping them of their [ Demon Techniques and Benefits ] equal to the amount of rings detaining them. Rings can be destroyed by an ability one rank higher than the X-rank of rings used or if there are three strength descriptives or higher when against a similar ranking technique.

Description: When the Edict of Purification occurs the user stands still and begins reciting a mantra. As the Mantra progresses a ring will detach itself grow to it's maximum size and then portray the chinese or kanji symbol of an element. [1 Per Post ] The Elements are
火 [Ka] [Fire] : 風 [Fū] [Wind] :土 [Do] [Earth] : 雷 [Rai] [Lightening] : 水 [Sui] [Water]: 冥 [Mei] [Dark]: 光 [Kō] [Light]: 空[Kū] [Void]. The Mantra Must Be Sustained, Breaking of the mantra causes any rings at that point to fall pointlessly to the ground and return to the Keihatsu. The cost of this technique is progressive per post. [5], [10], [20], [40], [80], [160], [160], [160]. A Total of [640] by the final post. When the Mantra concludes the user spins their staff allowing for one final interruption and then slams it into the ground. All eight symbols glow with light corresponding to their elements fuse together into one giant ring that appears to be an eight sectioned circle with the symbol 真 [Shin] [Purity] in the center. A unfathomably powerful blast that could decimate an entire village if fired downward from the sky shoots forward. However, the beam inflicts no harm to anyone or any structure...unless it is a strange creature, impure of heart, tainted by evil, or wishes to do harm. The technique essentially, even then, does no damage, instead, it places a feeling of tranquility on all evil or violent intentions shutting them away briefly and crossing over any wayward spirits. The option for this technique to cause mass amounts of damage and destruction is possible but is considered Taboo in all accounts and doing so would destroy the weapon and make it's wielder unfit to ever wield another Keihatsu ever again. Even then, such is only achievable by tampering with the chanters rings discreetly carving [Shi] [Death] on each ring. Which no wielder could do themselves as it would make them unfit to wield the Keihatsu. This was only discovered when a former Keihatsu user asking for purity [Shin] to be engraved on the weapon by a blacksmith was accidently replaced with [Shi] the result was labeled in history as [The Black Tragedy]. While it's mark in history was minimal and the small settlement lost wasn't noteworthy the Keihatsu's capability of destruction was discovered that day and only the most heavily versed scholars are aware of it as even many who've unlocked the Keihatsu's abilities are unaware of this. Unfortunately devout historian's because of this are incredibly suspicious of all wielders of the Keihatsu.

The area around Kyomei quickly became something unlike that which was there before. It started as a boiler room, the lights being off and nothing but the flames underneath illuminating the area. Then, a screeching sound echoed throughout the location. It seemed omnipresent until it focused right behind the smol girl. It was there that a man could be seen, his bladed right hand dangling along the iron railing next to him. His head was down as his fedora covered his burned face. His torso was covered in a red and green striped sweater, and his pants looked torn and burned. As he raised his head, a wicked smile came across his face while he stared down the girl. "Welcome to hell, darling. Do you likethe scenery?" He asked as he made his approach. Each step made the floor underneath Kyomei feel hotter. This couldn't be real, right?

To say the change of scenery was certainly surprising, but would it deter the GREAT AND COURAGEOUS KYOMEI NENEMARU! It likely would have if not for the man whom was approaching with a clawed hand turning to face the aggresor. Suffice to say, Kyomei had seen a number of things in here lifetime under her fathers apprenticeship. She had seen many demons, some with forms of monstrous entities, but the form this one took...it was almost...almost humerous.

"Barhabarhabarha." Kyomei would laugh as she pointed at the monsters face. "Kyomei Nenemaru has seen many a monstrosity but truly yours is a face more hideous than many of them combined Bara bara!" to say Kyomei wasnt at least somewhat scared would be a lie. But her fear was disguised and lessened by the fact the demon looked like a meat carpet.

As the heat increased Kyomei attached this feeling to the ground so immediately she would begin her trademark ascension. "Kyomei Nenemaru finds your taste in scenery as poor as your taste in clothing demon Un haha!" A deep exhale to maintain her 'courage' then she would form Kuji-in handsigns. Suddenly after extending her arms in a circular formation 100 fulu would form and levitate around the girls person then begin to form a barrier then they would spread across the area heading toward the 'demon'.

Description: Signaled with the slamming of a staff or rotating one's arms around the body in a full circle a circle of fulu up to one hundred (A.k.a Taoist Exorcism Slips) appear around the user glowing with a mysterious light and the Kanji for purify written on them. The Fulu are then dispersed appropriately either sectioning off an area or attaching themselves to a target. If the target harbors any impunity, intent to do harm, hate, or evil within them they will undergo an unfathomable pain. The Fulu can be Kai'd to be removed when placed on a person. Objects or structures with Fulu on them function similarity when touched by a person or creature that fits the criteria. An evil or malevolent astral projection or spirit is forced back into it's body, crosses over, or is condemned to hell if the Fulu surpasses their rank. Non-malevolent spirits can use the Fulu as a method to crossover peacefully. If the Fulu are dispersed in a manner where it is attached to four surfaces in say a room a barrier will form. Example at 8:24 Any spiritual entities in the room or area will become visible to normal individuals. Activation allows Kyomei to determine a spirits alignment.

The rings are then often intended to place a target in their vacant center and contract immediately to restrict the target. If any of the rings are broken the remains turn into a ball of spiritual light and return to the staff as a normal sized ring and is placed in a temporary recovery period (1 Post). The Mantra Must Be Sustained, Breaking of the mantra causes any rings at that point to fall pointlessly to the ground and return to the Keihatsu. The cost of this technique is progressive per post. [5], [10], [20], [40], [80], [160], [160], [160]. A Total of [640] by the final post. When the Mantra concludes the user spins their staff allowing for one final interruption and then slams it into the ground. All eight symbols glow with light corresponding to their elements fuse together into one giant ring that appears to be an eight sectioned circle with the symbol 真 [Shin] [Purity] in the center. A unfathomably powerful blast that could decimate an entire village if fired downward from the sky shoots forward. However, the beam inflicts no harm to anyone or any structure...unless it is a strange creature, impure of heart, tainted by evil, or wishes to do harm. The technique essentially, even then, does no damage, instead, it places a feeling of tranquility on all evil or violent intentions shutting them away briefly and crossing over any wayward spirits. The option for this technique to cause mass amounts of damage and destruction is possible but is considered Taboo in all accounts and doing so would destroy the weapon and make it's wielder unfit to ever wield another Keihatsu ever again. Even then, such is only achievable by tampering with the chanters rings discreetly carving [Shi] [Death] on each ring. Which no wielder could do themselves as it would make them unfit to wield the Keihatsu. This was only discovered when a former Keihatsu user asking for purity [Shin] to be engraved on the weapon by a blacksmith was accidently replaced with [Shi] the result was labeled in history as [The Black Tragedy]. While it's mark in history was minimal and the small settlement lost wasn't noteworthy the Keihatsu's capability of destruction was discovered that day and only the most heavily versed scholars are aware of it as even many who've unlocked the Keihatsu's abilities are unaware of this. The man fell to one knee as he grunted with pain. What in the world was this? How could she already so easily turn the tide? The world around her slowly began to dissolve. In the real world the man still retained his shape. "I won't..." He said. Reality started to break around the exorcist. "I won't let a b***h like you get the last laugh!" Just then, the boiler room returned. Kyomei would find herself unable to access any of her techniques. He laughed manically as he regained his power. Once he was sure he could fight her, he slowly approached her, grinding his claws against the metal railway. He now had the power again. If he could get close to her, then he would slice her neck and smile wickedly as the blood gushed out.
Now he just needed to kill her before she re-gained control.

As the walls of the illusion began to fall apart Kyomei found nothing but self confidence. Even when the carpet faced man regained control it was clear to the exorcist that he had indeed, at best, had shaky prowess in her presence. Kyomei would point at the man with claw once more as she began to descend showing that she would not provide him an ounce of fear. "Bara bara! Well KYOMEI NENEMARU will laugh again! BAHA UNHAHA! She will laugh again once more at your face! UNHAHA! For it does not slight her in the least! You are a to KYOMEI NENEMARU THE GREAT AND EVER COURAGEOUS EXORCIST a cheap rug! One that is undeserving even to be worthy of being stepped on by KYOMEI NENEMARU THE GREAT AND POWA..ah?"

Yes the one known as freddy had invaded the young girls psyche but would he even be prepared for the things that would lay within? For you see a girl like Kyomei, one who portrays an air of confidence at all times must of course keep feelings she'd much rather not have locked away at all times. She carried not an ounce of fear for the burned man but being within herself, the place most people were unable to do, would mean that the things kept tucked away in said place were given their chance. Their chance to be recognized where they would be ignored in reality.

Kyomei's self monologue broken and perhaps freddy's advance slowed by the sudden shaking of the boiler room. He was not causing this, it was Kyomei. Had she really wrested control from him so easily once more...no...nobody would be in control. The 'roof' of the boiler room, like peeling open a can of tuna would be pulled with a resonating creek of metal. There where the roof once was A giant demonic entity, two faces, one on its stomach, a terrifying sight...or it would have been...if not for the misplaced swirly glasses and long beard. It seemed human like in nature as well. Both the heads would then talk in unison but the voice that came out wouldn't be dark and booming but nasally and creepily inviting, not creepy scary but creepy uncomfortable and sounding like it was coming out of a bad radio with heavy revrbarations.

"HEY KIDDO! THIS SHOULDN'T BE A PLACE FOR SOMEONE YOU'RE AGE! WHY DON'T YOU COME BACK OVER TO MY PLACE SO WE CAN CONTACT YOUR PARENTS!" Suddenly a giant hand coming from the fifty foot monstrosity descended into the boiler room. Placing an open palm next to Freddy. "YOU LOOK LIKE A GUY WHO REALLY 'CARES" ABOUT KIDS TO! HOW ABOUT YOU AN I SHOW THIS GIRL THE WAY TO MY HOUSE HOW BOUT IT BUDDY!"

Kyomei's two fears had combined, ***** stereo-types and greater demons into this 'monstrosity' it seemed to have the full intent of helping out the subconscious invader. Kyomei was at a complete loss. She couldn't move she could only stutter. "wa...wa...we...we..er..er...fu.fu.fu...fu..fu." Should Freddy agree to this alliance of nightmares. The hand would place the sweatered psychopath on his shoulder waiting to see what the two of them intended to do to Kyomei. Of course Kyomei immediately began running. Where? Anywhere but here.

Taylor continued his search. He was trying to find anyone who also had collected their puppets. His eyes widened when he found, of all people, Kyomei among three pumpkins. Did she also do this task? Taylor never thought that she would do so. As she stood there, however, she looked so lifeless. "Miss Kyomei?" He asked hesitantly. His right hand slowly reached out to hers, but then pulled back. He recalled the last time he reached out to her. How much it hurt when she withdrew from him. Still, something wasn't right. Even if she ended up hating him, he wanted to help her. She was important to him, even though their interaction was brief. His hands rose as they fell on both of Kyomei's shoulders. "Kyomei! Snap out of it!" He shouted. He began to panic as he tried to deduce what was going on. His mind then started to connect the dots. When Taylor found three of the pumpkins, that shark attacked him. Was it possible that this was some sort of attack? If so, then what kind of attack was it? Kyomei was a powerful ninja. She was able to stop any physical attack Masato and himself could throw at her. Was it possible then that this was not a physical attack.

"Of course..." His mind recalled his match with Zhi. How she was able to attack him with genjutsu. Was that what Kyomei was facing now? His hand formed the kai handseal as he went to break her out of it. Unfortunately, the technique seemed to have no effect. "I could do this forever and not break her out." He thought. As well as he studied in school, he had no way of knowing the rank of the genjutsu Kyomei was trapped in.If anyone would, then it would be Zhi. His knees bent as he moved to the girl's side and literally swept her off her feet. He carried the girl in both of his arms as he started to head off to Zhi's location. He had no idea where she was, but he hoped he could find her soon. Who knew how long Kyomei had in the genjutsu world?

While this went on, the nightmare man laughed wickedly as he was put on the creature's shoulder. Finally, a bit of power. With Kyomei's natural power to expel evil intentions, he lacked a foothold to keep her down. But now he had her running. The sight of her non-shapely body running made him lust for more. He was in complete ecstasy chasing her down.

Bast sped into the Redolent Workshop Arcade that she, herself, had funded and headed straight to the drawing board in an area meant for tailor creations. She grabbed some parchment, whipped out one of her new pens, and set to work drawing up a blueprint. This was serious business.

Collars were fairly simple, but the ones for her cats had to be special. They had to have some flair, something to distinguish them. Ordinary collars were for ordinary cats; this one had to look snazzy and stand up to general wear-and-tear.

Oh, but what if the cats grew a lot? The fluffy one, especially, looked like it would get pretty big. She made sure to include an adjustable strap in the design.

Now that it was all drawn up, creating the collars would be a cinch. A roll of fancy cloth here and some stitching there was all she needed. Sure enough, she finished the basic creation post-haste.

Next came the finishing touches. This one was red, a color which reminded her of her father. She sewed the name "Asha" into it with soft pink thread and laid it out on the table.

The next one went by just as speedily. The woman was a practiced hand at working with fabrics. Work of this level was thus almost trivial, especially with the aid of the blueprint.

This collar was a cool blue-green. It reminded her of an island off the shore of the southeastern coast of the Wind Country. She stitched the name "Nyah" into it with yellow thread.

Wow, she sure was churning through these! Bast crafted this next one with an energy level not typically seen in seamstresses. Was she a bit crazy?

That answer aside, the collar was done! It was a deep purple with bright blue lettering reading "Furaha". Such a perfect color combination to a big fluffy cat.

Oh no. Bast realized the bone cat should get a collar too, lest it not fit in with the others. Sure, it didn't have flesh or fur, but it was still a cat on some level. She had to recognize that, didn't she?

That abomination was getting a collar too. The base color was a dark forest green. Its lettering--reading "Hecate"--was white.
