Natural Ability: Shadow Walking - As a shadow man, Doyle is able to pass from one shadow to another as if they are gateways. The shadows must be big enough for him to walk through and his travel has a range of 50 ft. He's also limited to using this only once every three minutes!
Personality:
Lazy - Doyle takes things in his own time, preferring not to rush into things until he's had a good think about whether it's worth it or not. He takes things easy, goes with the flow, and does a lot of sighing when it comes to a point where he needs to get into the action.
Capable - It may seem hard to believe for some, given his lazy nature, but Doyle is a very capable kind of guy once he's in nudged into motion. He doesn't do things halfway, even if he's muttering about wishing he could. He acknowledges his own weaknesses and simply plans around them to get the job done.
Observant - Let no one say that lazing around can't come in useful. Doyle spends his abundance of free time watching the world go by, and he takes note of what he sees in it. There's a quick mind ticking away under that hat, and a slowly growing collection of information ready to be put to use if need be.
Dry sense of humor - Even when he's complaining or pointing out the many varying ways a thing can go wrong, there's always a subtle amusement to his demeanor. Why shouldn't life be a bit of a joke to a ghost?
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? What else was there to do? Doyle seems largely to have enrolled on a lark, just because it seemed like the thing to do. He was, however, curious despite himself about what he could be taught.
FEAR Ability: Paralysis (Double Take) - Doyle's red eyes gleam malevolently, briefly pinning his opponent in place with a sudden grip of fear and giving him the chance to land another blow.
