*hugs* I can't tell you how sorry I am to hear this. It may take awhile, but God will help you through the pain. Drinking and taking pain relievers is NOT the way to deal with this. Have you looked into seeing any Christian therapists?

I have before, but they never seemed to help. And their suggestions seemed a bit like they wouldn't work, such as doing breathing exercises. I did appreciate having the ability to have someone to talk to about things but it just seemed...not helpful.
