Personality: Kind, generous, and thoughtful; sonyo is sweet like southern tea. The young female finds joy in helping others and guiding lost souls through life the best she can. Sonyo loves nature and the wild, and though she prefers animals over humans, it doesn't necessarily mean she hates humans either. Sonyo tries her best to be bright and outgoing, and in her heart she believes that everyone has at least some good in them. Sonyo would rather take a pacifist role in life, but she isn't against fighting when it comes down to it; especially since moving to Sunagakure. Sonyo is very prone to freaking out in high stress situations then forcing herself to suck it up, only to explode about it later. The young female finds it hard to talk about her feelings and her past, as she feels that it's only a burden to those around her, even if that person is someone she's very close to. Sonyo fears more than anything about losing control of herself and the blizzard of power she knows she holds in her veins. From having emotionally distant parents to being unable to make friends in Otogakure, the trauma of being alone is deeply in-bedded in her. Sonyo can also get very down about herself and her abilities, she has very low self esteem. Often when thinking about herself, sonyo can only think of bad or cruel things. However, when looking at other people, she can only think the best in them. Sonyo sees the world as if it's a grand story that's being written out just in front of her.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬ For most of Sonyo's young childhood ( from birth to age 8 ), she lived in the frozen world of Yukigakure; a frozen wasteland of a place. Born in to a family full of strict people, Sonyo was trained from a very young age the beauties of dance and fan usage; along with other things a woman should know how to do such a sewing and textile work. She was raised as a noble in a peasant's life, leading to a lot of conflict as to what she should be like, as she didn't like the strict ruling of her parents. The young female then, at the age of eight, immigrated with her parents to Otogakure; a land much much different than what she was used to. Snow banks and ice were replaced with swamps and mud, and it took her a long time to get used to the vastly contrasting surroundings. Of course, Sonyo entered the academy as soon as her parents arrived in the new village, as that was the reason they had moved in the first place; so that she could "become a strong and respectable ninja" instead of the failure her parents saw her as.
Sonyo did much better at fighting than at the smaller tasks her parents had her work on since she could remember; she was better at molding ice than she was at sewing clothes, and she was better at kicking than she ever was at dancing. Of course, however, her parents continued to push on her the small tasks she had been doing previously. The young child began becoming over stressed and started to become bitter towards her parents and the world she lived in. However, when Sonyo turned 13, she met a girl who soon became one of her closest friends. The girl's name was Kinu, and she was the only person Sonyo knew to date that had the braveness to push through the blizzard that surrounded her heart. Kinu taught Sonyo patience and kindness; she taught Sonyo how to deal with anger and frustration and pain. However, later on that year, Kinu disappeared suddenly. She was never found, nor did there seem to be any rush to find the girl. It took a lot of strength, but Sonyo let it go, knowing full well that's what Kinu would have wanted her to do.
A few years later, Sonyo graduated from the academy and became an official ninja of the hidden sound village. She vowed to herself that she would work her hardest, for both her parents, and her best friend who couldn't work beside her.
__G E N I N__ Sonyo trained hard in preperation for her first real mission that would be given to her. She was instructed by Sgt. Justice Skelly to find the Village's Master Seamstress, who had gone missing. Early on, Sonyo was crippled by the idea that she might be too late and the female might already be dead. The female shinobi followed the trail given in the ransom note, only to happen upon the old abandoned building in the village; the only of its kind. It was here that Sonyo found not only a breathing Lady Yura, but also an operation going on under the village, invisible to those who never happened under the city. Sonyo knew her life would never be the same knowing this; her innocence to the village's inter-workings and what was going on was now shattered.. and she had a piece of knowledge that could get her killed.
After that things only got worse for Sonyo, she had a hard time going out when suspicions began to rise about what she did that day. Someone saw her, that's for sure. Soon UHV soldiers began pestering her, asking her questions. She was absolutely terrified that she would die... so she did the only thing she could do. She got her parents out of the city and then left on foot a few weeks later, alongside her best friend Elizabeth. The two parted ways at the suna gates after having a brief confrontation with a Village ANBU. Sonyo was left to live in the village alone while Elizabeth became a rogue. The trip to Sunagakure was relatively easy, that is in till they actually arrived at the village. Masahiro Hatake saw Elizabeth in the distance, taking measures to protect Sonyo should she be attacked, and it backfired. Assuming that the two were somehow connected to the UHV, Masahiro took defensive actions only to find out that one of the young females was seeking asylum while the other was only worried about her friend. After Masahiro promised to take Sonyo to the Kazekage, Elizabeth set off to begin her life as a rouge.
Sonyo then met Ayame, who appointed Nariomi Kaguya as her guide and mentor in till her probationary period was finished. Nari carefully guided and helped Sonyo to adjust to life in Sunagakure, even going so far as to allow the female to stay with him in his home as she was homeless upon arriving. The two spent time together and the young female couldn't stop from falling in love with him. However, after shortly confessing their feelings for eachother, Nari disappeared as he was sent of to some outerlying land for a mission. To try her best to keep her mind off the disappearance of the person she loved, Sonyo filled her days with missions and training. During this training, Sonyo met many more people, including her new sensei Theodin and the Community-Minded Woman, Bastet. After a mission to Takumi to get supplies for the mysterious woman's workshop, Sonyo became an apprentice under the woman for various artist pursuits. It was soon after this that Nari finally returned, and Soyno felt herself finally be at peace.
That peace did not last long, as the seven-tailed beast Chomei was released upon Sunagakure. Sonyo and Nari split away from Bast to go and try to save as many people as possible. However, they were only able to evacuate the residential district before Sonyo was stabbed in the back by a young girl who she was treating. Upon hearing her injured scream, Nari too stopped evacuating citizens to rush Sonyo to the hospital. Here she was treated by another one of the Medical Shinobi of the village, Doc Nara. Despite his best efforts, Sonyo fell prey to the poison that had coated the knife that stabbed her and exploded in to a rampage. She not only destroyed a good part of the bunker but also injured a few people who were currently in the hospital before the doctors could evacuate. After a brief fight with Doc and a new arrival Manny Hyuuga, a woman by the name of Kaori stopped the attack and finally broke the trance that Sonyo had found herself in. The young female didn't take her actions well, and fell in to a small pit of depression and disappointment.
Due to the mass of death to the village, the Kazekage threw a party meant for everyone. There was an announcement: relaxation and jolly-making were mandatory. Several of the villagers became drunk out of their mind, and fun was had all around. It was durring this party that Nari proposed to Sonyo, and she said yes. After all she had done for the village during the Choumei attack and everything she did for the village afterwards, Sonyo was also granted her Chuunin rank and thus the young woman left the village for the first time in search for her parents.
__C H U U N I N__ Sonyo traveled for several days alone, making her way through unknown territory, chasing the trail of her parents. Wherever she went, she helped the people she came across no matter what that meant. She healed the injured and the sick, she got rid of small issues and gave guidance to the people who needed it. Traveling became lonely, scary, and most of all bittersweet; she missed her home and her family in Sunagakure, and the more time she spent away from them the more it hurt her. Eventually Sonyo made it to the small fishing village in Amegakure where her parents had settled down, only to find it obliterated. Death was everywhere, and the villagers that had survived were in mourning. No houses stood, farmlands were burnt to the ground, and mass graveyards were everywhere. Panic rose further in Sonyo as she was unable to find her parents, and eventually her worst fears were confirmed. At the edge of the last graveyard sat a dual grave for her parents.
The chuunin felt rage like she had never felt before, a need for vengeance pumping through her veins. It clawed and ripped her up inside like a caged beast, and right when she was about to give in to it all she remembered home. She remembered her fiance and her kage and what they would think of her if they had heard what she wanted to do. And so, with a heavy heart and uncertainties bouncing around in her head, Sonyo made her way back to Sunagakure. She didn't sleep, she didn't stop; she feared if she strayed off the path leading to home she'd do something she'd regret. She made it back home in record time, only to find that her home had all but been ruined by the attack by Chomei even though the battle was long past. Several of her friends and mentors were gone, and Sonyo found herself deep in a pit of depression, still searching for answers.
Sonyo spent some time in a limbo-like state, not making bonds with other people, getting and dropping several students, and generally trying to find herself. She was angry at her weakness, at her inability to save anyone she loved. Eventually a tournament for the gennin in village was held, something for them to do for fun and also a way for them to gain experience. It was durring this time that James returned, relieving some of the burden off of Sonyo. It was durring this Tournament that Sonyo met a little boy named Taylor, and began to bond with the kid. She felt a strong instinct to protect the little kid, and it didn't waver even when Knives walked out in to the field during the final fight and exploded-- releasing the bijuu within him, Shukaku. The fight that ensued was quick, and no lives were lost, but the beast was sealed in Sonyo. Taka, the hokage, who had arrived to give aid to Suna during the fight, married Sonyo and Nari though a handfast like ritual before vowing to keep Sonyo sane and safe. During the fight, Sonyo had met a young Uchiha Jashinist named Kya who she found herself taking an instant interest in. The Konoha shinobi left, and Sonyo was left with worries about what would come.

She was taught to dance by her older sister, as is the person that designed her wardrobe. She loves the sound of bells and thus had her sister fashion them to her clothing, making light sounds of one of the simplest instruments ever created. Upon entering the academy she discovered she had issues channeling her chakra in the proper methods of handseals to form her jutsu. Upon further investigation from her supervising instructors they found that she could use the bells on her clothing to channel her chakra much better than her seals. It took her more than the first year of the academy to learn to channel through her handseals, the music being her first choice. Her instructors wouldn't let her graduate until she was proficient with her weaker form of chakra molding. She is excited that she has finally graduated into the sunagakure military and looks forward to her team placement. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬ Masato raised himself. He never had the heartache of losing a parent, mainly because he never had one nor desired one. He saw all people outside himself as unnecessary attachments One day, Masato simply awoke in a tube inside an underground bunker, surrounded by other people's bodies inside their own tubes. Masato could not remember anything prior to that day. From there he would catch fire to the place, killing everyone who might still survive within, taking his only known belonging, a pendant of Jashin. From that day on he wandered the land of fire until he inadvertently crossed the border to the land of wind where he was found by a trader. Starved and nearly dead, the young boy was taken into the trader's home. Once fed and his strength returned, Masato fled the house in the middle of the night and found himself on the outskirts of Sunagakure. With nothing to lose he snuck into the village and found himself observing the ninja academy from afar every day. After observing and mimicking them for nearly a year, he was invited in by a teacher. Eager to learn how to harness his skills for his own gain, he accepted the offer, thus beginning his life in the hidden sand. He only communicated with select individuals outside the passing needed comment or question. While he went relatively unnoticed by the male population of the village, several females were interested, although he tended to vanish when they would try to find him alone. Finally he would begin his ninja adventure by visiting the Kazekage herself...
Chapter 1: Having obtained his headband and heading to the Dojo to learn his ninja way of punching....everything. Masato would clash with a group of several genin who recently graduated the class after him. With his fists full of ambition he would unleash a forgotten skill, the Kaimon, first gate. His execution of the skill would win the eye of a Jonin who was self proclaimed sage of the first path, offering his training to the group. Masato, being the only one who remained to learn hoped to become his pupil. Accepted by Nariomi Sensei, he became his student. After completing his training for the fifth gate he recieved an invitation to a Genin Tournament held at the Academy. Heading home, he would rest up, preparing for the big day...
Chapter 2: Reaching the Genin Tournament, Masato would blast through his first round, devastating his opponents with his new found power of the eight gates. His ferocity and tenacious battle field presence forced his first opponent into submission within moments. Following this fight however, Masato faced a female who was powerful indeed, and perhaps a worthy rival, but her hit and run tactics in which were used to hide from him in the scenery bored him so much, he forfeit the fight. Taking off to nap somewhere in the arena grounds, Masato would awaken to a giant beast attacking the arena. During his slumber, the one tailed beast, Shukkaku, had been unleashed. Using his eight gates, Masato defended his master, Nariomi as the Sage performed a meditative technique to assist the battlefield. Having stood firm, being assaulted by sand and wind techniques, the battle had ended. Somehow in the midst of the chaos, Masato had learned something he had not known before, empathy. His sadness towards the creature's rage reminded him of his own. He felt as though seeing the beast signified it was time to bring his own rage to and end, after this, Masato had much soul searching to do.
Chapter 3: Returning to his day to day life, Masato found himself in a struggle of knowing himself. While he debated this internal struggle, he would soon wander home to the temple the elderly man had been letting him stay in. To his dismay, he found the temple had been ravaged by thieves who had no issues with harming the man. Seeing his only caretaker beaten nearly to death, Masato's heartache and rage combined to awaken his unknown kekkei genkai, the Sharingan. While unaware of its actual abilities, Masato would soon begin researching the mysterious red ocular transformation.
Chapter 4: Having gotten accustomed to using his Sharingan, Masato continued his training. Surpassing his own strength and becoming exponentially more powerful, he tested himself against three of the genin in the village before Nariomi Sensei called a test of Masato and Taylor. Battling Nariomi Sensei, the two worked together and impressed Nari. Following that, an eerie attack laid claim to the village, resulting in Masato switching bodies with Taylor and Tetsuhiko. Once the attacker was defected from the village, Masato, Taylor, and a new acquaintance Katsumi were called to meet Nariomi at the Kazekage's estate. It was there he would declare the three his students and a team, heading into the wilderness outside the village to complete their training under his tutelage.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|And So Our Story Begins…|├▬ Saiko was born into a practically normal family in Sunagakure. There wasn’t much unique about them as none of his family were shinobi. They were citizens of the Village and nothing more. The only real tragedy happening when Saiko lost his eye in his father's work shop due to an accident. His father runs a store within the city and his mother stayed at home to take care of the children. However, from an early age it seemed that Saiko’s life was not going to take the same route as his parents. It seemed at even at an early age he had an affinity for chakra and not only that but, he wanted to be a Shinobi and protect the village just like the Kazekage. His parents didn’t want this for him but, after much protesting from Saiko, they finally agreed to allow him to join the academy. In the academy he flourished and did much better than his parents expected. He wasn’t the best student but, he did well enough to pass the academy. It was in the academy that he discovered he had the potential to use several Kekkai Genkai’s, an ability that was known to be extremely rare. Saiko took this as a sign that he was meant to be a Shinobi after all. His parents were happy but, extremely worried about their son for obvious reasons. It was almost a death sentence to be a shinobi but, they wanted the best for their son. To show they supported him, they gave him a locket with a single picture in it that had him and his parents together.

Hanako was born with one anomoly that would make her a prized asset to the family, and that was the Sakkakugan. The bloodline limit of the clan. This would shape her destiny as it meant the life of a Kunoichi was meant for her. Though her earlier years were plagued with intense mental training and focus, causing the latent bi-polar disorders to manifest. These were hidden and managed by treating her like a princess, even though she was not a noble of any royal family, the members of her clan branch did so to keep her from going into fits of rage or unbearable depression.
As Hanako aged, she was inducted into the Academy of the Sand Village and trained in the arts of ninjutsu, genjutsu, but for some reason, she was never really able to master taijutsu. The basics of the hand-to-hand fighting technique seemed to be a difficulty, not to mention she was not as sturdy as some of the students. It was her intellect and prowess with Genjutsu that granted her the edge, though, and eventually lead to her graduation. Being granted the title of Genin was a high honor for her, and the family. Now she had to further improve on the honor by becoming a truly fearsome asset to the Sand Village.

Oftentimes he wears a smile and exhibits an enticing, approachable charm that draws others or at least intrigues individuals. He carries himself pleasingly even when faced with awkward situations and demonstrates enamoring eloquence in his speech and insouciant behaviors. The artist he is at heart has faith in the beauty that encompasses his world in apparent detail. When this beauty is hidden, Yugen strives to seek it out, to expose it and make it his own. For it is his inspiration in life and what drives him to carry onward. His fascination with nature and people motivates him to preserve their grace through the form of art. Whether it be by sculpting, paint or other forms of craftsmanship, Yugen endeavors to capture feelings and beauty in his modest works. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬ Yugen's father was an artist and a man consumed by wanderlust. Shortly after having the kid, Kazuma departed to travel the world once more. Lost to his eternal search for inspiration, his father grew famous for his works and was recognized even among the great villages. His mother, Akane, on the other hand, was completely confounded that her lover simply up and left without so much a word. All he left behind was some goddamned piece of art. She sowed seeds of seething hatred for Kazuma. She wished she could see him one more time so that she could hurt him the way he hurt her, so that she could kill him as he had killed her will to love and live. Albeit she never had the opportunity to get back at her lost lover. So she did the only thing her broken mind could think up. She got back at Kazuma through their son, Yugen. The boy looked a lot like like his father, thought Akane. Perhaps he looked a little too much like Kazuma; unfortunately for the poor child. For he would become the victim of horrifying illusions. Akane did not withhold the boiling wrath she had stored day after day, and she unleashed it upon her son through her Sakkakugan. Yugen endured for as long as he could. When he begged and pleaded for her to stop, his mother would only afflict him worse. Many a time Yugen found himself knocked unconscious for the pain her illusions caused was simply too much.
Time passed and the child inevitably fled his wretched mother's torment. During his aimless drift across the lands, Yugen was eventually picked up by none other than his father. The man saved his boy from a group of bandits whom sought to sell Yugen into slavery. And while Kazuma recognized his boy's eyes, the child did not recollect whom his savior really was: his father. Kazuma kept his true identity a secret from his boy and raised him up in the land of his present residence. Sunagakure became the first village Yugen came to know as home, sweet home. His father treated him well, or as well as a man consumed by wanderlust and passion could when he was around. Kazuma taught his child how to paint, draw, sculpt, and a great many other art-related crafts. After he instilled a moderate amount of his knowledge in his devoted child, Kazuma left once more to journey throughout the shinobi nations. Only returning every so often to teach his child further and to check on his store in Sunagakure, collecting his earnings. Yugen's worked for his father up to this day, and even while his journey as a ninja has only begun, he has yet to know of his father's true identity. Unbeknownst to Yugen, Kazuma had stowed away a painting of his mother in a secret place somewhere within his shop...
