[1v1] Tragedy Will Not Happen Once More [Sharra/Marosa]

If nothing else, practice would serve them well.

Sharra was skeptical about fighting his fiance, as he knew that both he and Marosa were formidable opponents, a far cry from when they'd first started at Amityville. But it was merely sparring, something that didn't at all resemble the first time that the fae boil had seen him die in the encounter with Jericho, and certainly much more removed from the multiple fatalities that, thank Jack, didn't stick.

But he'd gone to meet the redhead at the gym, and he'd brought each of them a thermos this time.

Making the hot chocolate that his aunts had used to make since he was a wee boil had become something of a tradition. Once Marosa had brought him back, the Nergal had continued to make it, sometimes using it as an excuse to knock on the fae's door. But today they were up for something far less sugary. Sharra had been getting back into the groove of things, and today was going to be a testing point. They had to test their mettle against one another.

So Sharra let himself into the gym, realizing he'd gotten here first. Well, all right.

The demon sat on the floor and proceeded to do some stretches. At least he'd remained limber. That was one thing.

Entering a few minutes later, Marosa walked in as he adjusted the bag on his shoulder, stopping slowly as he saw Sharra, the door shutting behind him with an audible clatter.

".... ah."

He eyed the hot chocolate in the mugs, unable to help his smile as he blushed, staring at the ground as he gripped the strap of his bag, walking towards Sharra with a shoulder dipping down. "... Oi. Actually..."

Lifting the bag, he set it on the ground next to Sharra, revealing that he, too, had brought two thermoses filled with hot chocolate... but beside them were bags of mini marshmallows of white to add to the top.

He always liked to mention how the marshmallows looked like bits of snow mixed into the drink, after all.
